If the server wasn't training another person, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. However, when training another, I believe it is extremely important to set the expectation. Service: When you have to ask for a second cup of coffee, that's a miss. Food: The sausage patties and toast were both burned. Not completely inedible, but if you teach your underling that shortcuts are the norm, it's only downhill from here. Ambiance: The restaurant was fairly full, some table tops were empty with plenty of servers. If the cafe was bustling I could forgive some of this. I will be going back, because Good Stuff is good stuff. It's consistent and reliable. However, I suggest when training your employees, set the bar high. The higher, the better. read more

Love this place! Perfect spot for breakfast. I went early on a Sunday, parking was easy and the feel of outside or indoor dining was amazing. The food WOW! The pancakes taste real AF not processed or anything the syrup was good too I know because I don't even like syrup and this one was worth it! We got chorizo chilaquiles, kids Mickey pancakes, World Cup wrap and a good meal. Everything was spectacular! The chorizo was def home made. Good Stuff is one of my favorite breakfast chains in Los Angeles. I have been to the RPV location, but this is my first time at the El Segundo one. I was happy to see it was just as pleasurable to dine in and the food was just as good. Our server was also very friendly and everything that we ordered came out very fast. Parking is also very easy. There's a large lot right out front. Inside is pretty large and the tables turn fast so there never seems to be too long of a line. For this visit, I chose a special which was the Chile Relleno Omelette. It was honestly really good and covered with feta and I would highly recommend. We also got a Cinnamon Roll and that was wonderful as well. I was happy to see they used glaze instead of cream cheese frosting and I would definitely get it again. Overall, it's a great option for breakfast or lunch and stop in at any of their locations if you get a chance. read more

The service was great with a table available on arrival and food delivered in 10minutes or so. Our cinnamon roll pancakes were a weekend special for $18 that came with the pancakes, eggs and sausage. All of the food was solid with nothing feeling "cheap" or skimpy. The ambiance and food felt like a "better Denny's". Honestly, the best part about this restaurant is the location: We had only 2 hours between flights and were able to get through customs, get to this restaurant, and back with plenty of time to spare. The food was delicious. We had the street tacos, the hamburger sliders and my daughter had the chicken tenders. My street tacos were really good and had lots of flavor only thing I didn't like so much was the meat being so charred. My husband hamburger sliders was a10/10. Very juicy and had onions with it. Still our go to spot for a quick and satisfying work lunch or lazy weekend breakfast. Staff knows us and brings our drinks (two iced teas one without lemon ) without even asking. Always kind, never in a rush and just a perfect small town eatery. Gluten free pancakes are delicious. The plates are generally hearty but with a clean, healthy taste. The ingredients taste fresh, and with a good balance for flavor. The place is clean and the service is always friendly and on point.
