Before heading out to Manhattan Beach we were looking for a local spot to eat breakfast and Good Stuff Restaurant kept popping up so we decided to give it a try. Great service and the carne asada, beans and eggs were delicious. My son ordered pancakes and they were fluffy and very tasty.

Love this place! Perfect spot for breakfast. I went early on a Sunday, parking was easy and the feel of outside or indoor dining was amazing. The food WOW! The pancakes taste real AF not processed or anything the syrup was good too I know because I don't even like syrup and this one was worth it! We got chorizo chilaquiles, kids Mickey pancakes, World Cup wrap and a good meal. Everything was spectacular! The chorizo was def home made. It wasn't heavy it was something I've never experienced before. I enjoyed this place soo much!

Good Stuff is one of my favorite breakfast chains in Los Angeles. I have been to the RPV location, but this is my first time at the El Segundo one. I was happy to see it was just as pleasurable to dine in and the food was just as good. Our server was also very friendly and everything that we ordered came out very fast. Parking is also very easy. There's a large lot right out front. Inside is pretty large and the tables turn fast so there never seems to be too long of a line. For this visit, I chose a special which was the Chile Relleno Omelette. It was honestly really good and covered with feta and I would highly recommend. We also got a Cinnamon Roll and that was wonderful as well. I was happy to see they used glaze instead of cream cheese frosting and I would definitely get it again. Overall, it's a great option for breakfast or lunch and stop in at any of their locations if you get a chance.

The Good Stuff has become one of my favorite spots for a great breakfast -- the name definitely fits. The staff is incredible: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, which makes every visit enjoyable. The food is consistently delicious, and you truly get the quality you're paying for. We've had Stephanie as our server twice now, and she has always been respectful, attentive, and very sweet. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, cozy, and inviting -- like a place that instantly feels like home.

We happened to be in the area and stopped in and the name really said it all. From the pancakes to the burgers, everything was truly 'Good Stuff.' The vibe is a perfect modern take on the classic diner, and our server was fantastic. A great find!

The portion was huge so we just shared 1 order.

Picked up my brother at the airport for a long layover before heading to Vegas. We decided to eat brunch and this place has a good review. They have the regular brunch menu but i can say it tastes better than others. Geo was our server and he was fast and courteous. The reason for 4 start was when we first got in- there was an unusual smell( which we acclimated fast because it's too cold to sit at the patio. But the place was clean. Their WC was clean as well and it smells better

The day of the reservation, the host manager called to confirm that we wanted to share the news at dessert, and if there were any other accommodations we needed, which was very sweet. When we arrived at our table, they had a card signed by staff congratulating us, and it was a night to remember. Great food, great service, and the warm hand towels after my dad demolished the baby back ribs were the cherry on top! Our group also ordered the chilean sea bass, salmon, and bistro plate. 10/10. One of our final meals as a family of two was Valentine's Day 2026. It was our first time being seated indoors, and the ambiance was dim and romantic. The meatloaf special was fantastic! Fast forward to June 2026, and we brought our 3-month-old son to his first NIck's meal (unfortunately, he could not partake) and to celebrate my husband's first Father's Day. On this reservation, I put in a request for outdoor seating that gave us enough room to park our stroller and car seat, and they were able to accommodate that. They were also understanding when me and my husband were running a few minutes past our reservation time due to fhe baby, and we appreciated the flexibility. Noise level was moderate, but definitely quieter outside. If you get nothing else from this review, just remember this: ORDER THE WARM BUTTER CAKE. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT. Thanks for the consistent hospitality and great meals, Nick's!

Too salty and just didn't hit the spot. Not sure if there is a new cook or they changed anything with the recipe, but I don't order it anymore. The other food items are decent and I would visit here again on occassion as it is a solid dinner choice. It's okay with kids. Not a huge restaurant inside, but they also have outdoor covered seating as well for better weather months. Parking: Attached parking structure with pay meters. Street parking. Nearby multi-story lot with pay meters. Can be a bit busy on weekends around here so best to time your visit accordingly if possible.

The food is solid. It's as tasty and well put together as I remember it to be. We started with the bacon cheddar buttermilk biscuits. I think these have been here since day one. They're FULL of lovely smoky bacon pieces and are at least 4" round! It's a pretty hearty appetizer. We quickly moved on to dinner, here's what the table ordered: Lobster & Sweet Corn Risotto - the risotto was cooked perfectly. Be sure to mix that poblano pepper butter in the middle up, it adds a great smoky chili flavor to each bite. My oinly complaint about this dish is that they used claw meat. I'm just not a fan of lobster claw, it's too gelatinously rubbery for me. Skirt Steak - Oooo, this was medium rare to perfection. The smoked paprika chimichurri gave a burst of flavor and a mild heat at the back of my throat. Chilean Sea Bass - Chilean sea bass always cuts like buttah! 2 people ordered this at our table and I'm pretty sure they loved it, that side of the table was pretty silent for 15 - 20 mins. Pork Porterhouse - This dish had the most flavor. The spaetzle was cooked and browned on the griddle, it had a fantastic crispy crust. It was a little on the salty side BUT I think 's because it needed more carbs to tame the salt. For me, it would have been PERFECT with a little rice or mashed potatoes or creamed sunchokes. Parking still sucks in MB but right behind the restaurant is a parking garage that's free after 6 pm.

Tin Roof has an excellent cocktail program as does their Simmzy's locations. We started out with Brussel Sprouts. Definitely a hit with the whole table. Tin Roof definitely has the best around, flavorful with a nice crunch, never soggy! We all ordered a variery of starters for our first course. Several had Ceasar Salads. Several had the Watermelon and Feta Salad. One had the Bloddy Mary Deviled Eggs, and another had the Fig; Pistashio, and Cottage Cheese Toast. Everyone loved what they ordered. We were full before our next courses arrived! Our server was Malcolm. He was very attentive even though it was an extremely busy afternoon since it was Father's Day. He was very helpful explaining some of the options only offered on today's menu. They offered a Bistro Burger (five out of six of us ordered!) and I wanted to know how different this burger was from their Simmzy's Burger (my personal favorite). I don't know, but this place had a big menu and decent reviews so we chose to hit up this spot. The vibes in here were super laid back. There was only one woman who we saw working which was also the hostess and everyone else's server, which was just us and another woman to tables away from us. We had a difficult time choosing something to order since the menu was so diverse. Everything from croffle ice cream, to clam chowder, to a full Thai menu. I saw banh mi on the menu and instantly knew I had to order it since I've never tried it before. So, I ordered the chicken meatball banh mi sandwich with a side salad (removing the jalapeño and spicy mayo). My friend ordered a Thai iced coffee and the pineapple curry. The food came out relatively quickly. My friend enjoyed her Thai iced coffee, but she said she wished she'd ordered the Thai tea instead. She also really liked her pineapple curry, and it came out piping hot. I tried it and it was super spicy, so not for me, but she really enjoyed it. My banh mi sandwich was interesting. Right off the bat, it was 75% bread. The bread wasn't bad. In fact, it was chewy and not tough to tear into, but the sandwich itself was mostly bread. There were only like three meatballs in the sandwich, which were cut in half, and I feel like there wasn't anything special about the meatballs. If I was blindfolded, I would think they were the Great Value frozen meatballs in a bag from Walmart. The pickled cabbage was nice though, even if the mixture made the entire bottom of the sandwich soggy af (but I like soggy bread so it was fine with me). I tore most of the bread off and left it on the plate. The side salad dressing also spilled onto the sandwich and contributed to the soggy bread. Now that I'm looking at the photo I took of the sandwich, there wasn't much cilantro on there at all. The pickled cabbage was at the very bottom buried in between all the bread.
