I have mixed feelings for this Goodyear Auto Center. I came here, kind of last minute on 04/18/2017 within about 30 minutes of them closing. Inside is super nice, cozy and welcoming an environment I didn't mind waiting in. However, after I paid and went on my way I started to hear a weird noise from outside of my car. No big deal, because I do have a broken plastic piece that Knicks my tires from time to time. The next day, the sound has increased noticeably. As I was pulling into the gas station, a man informed me that I had something dragging under my car. I glanced down and saw a pretty large plastic piece of my vehicle that had not been put back correctly. It was the plastic covering of my oil pan. The next day on 04/20/2017 I went back and informed the first person I saw at the register that I had my car serviced here a few days ago and the technician had not placed my oil pan cover on correctly. He verified with my information that I had an oil service done at their store. The technician (He seemed like a manager) asked for my keys and in a rush got my car on the rack and inspected the issue. He told me, it was the oil pan cover that was not placed back correctly. He then told me, as I watched from outside that it appeared that the bolt that locked the dragging piece was lost. So they decided to zip tie the cover to somewhere under the car. So now, I have to carry zip ties with me and give them to the next technician that changes my oil. Since I wont be going back to this location again. The manager told me he was sorry and he would talk to the technician that performed my oil change. Awesome, well can I get a lifetime supply of zip ties? I know it the scheme of things its a pretty small fix. But I was just bothered by this stores unwillingness to satisfy my frustration that my car was slightly damaged. Just a handshake and an apology. I wont be back. read more

Had a flat tire and brought it to Goodyear off of lone tree and first off, no charge for tire repair. 2nd with a smile they offered to remove my spare, put the spare back in its storage space(under truck) and then put original tire back on for Free. I will definitely be back. Great service. read more

One of my favorite shops in town. Very professional and kind staff. Didn't have an appointment but they still worked me in to get me taken care of. I've had very bad experiences in the past with mechanics trying to have quick cash grabs. This shop is very honest. I'm very picky about who I let work on my car but this is a good shop. I would recommend to anyone. read more

Home of the $100 oil change....when I asked why it was significantly higher, I was told because of the min wage increase. I was also told that I had carbon in my exhaust pipes and that was due to dirty fuel injectors, ( my mileage was 35,000) that needed cleaning for another $100. My usual oil change facility is on Harding, and they charge $45 for the same exact service, and it is another Goodyear facility. So, the oil on Lonetree is double the price of the oil on Harding...Buy some take out and drive the extra 8 miles. read more

Came in Super Bowl Sunday morning, uhhh best time to go in, it was empty, dropped my car off for a conventional oil change it was like 28$ took an hour got my nails done close by and picked it up after. Great service, I always trust Goodyear stores with my car and maintenance. read more

Absolutely horrible service! I took it to them to get tires installed and they did a good job on that. They also do a brake inspection. They said my brakes are a 7/10. Sweet. The very next day my brakes start grinding. I go back there and they tell me the tech wrote down the numbers wrong and my brakes are metal to metal. Ok so I pay them to do a rear brake job. They tell me that the rotor is "within speck" . After questioning if it needs to be turned or replaced they do it's fine. A month later there is a horrible shake in the rear of the car. The rotor is bad! I would NEVER go there or do anything at this shop. They want to charge me to install another rotor and do another brake job!! Wtf!! read more

We had a fantastic experience with Eric and Spencer. We unfortunately got a nail in our tire on a Sunday, nonetheless, and Eric and Spencer were very accommodating. This was huge for us since we have two small children. We will definitely be returning. Update*** months later 4/15/19 we are back again with another nail in the tire right before they close. My family was visiting friends in Marysville over New Years weekend. I decided to go shopping in Roseville for the day. On the way into town my low pressure light came on. I stopped by Goodyear and was told they could check my tires, but it would take about two hours. No big deal, there is enough in the area to entertain me. The tech found a nail going into the sidewall of one of the rear tires. Unfortunately, Goodyear does not carry Kumoh tires, so I would have to replace the two rear tires. The salesman understood my delimma and gave me the names of other stores that might carry my tire (so I'd only have to replace one). I apologized for not giving him the sale, and he remained cordial and helpful. I thought I had found a tire at another store. The other store ended up not having my tire. At that point, I knew I would have to buy two tires instead of one. I told the second salesman that I would have to talk to my husband to see what he wanted to do. I got in my car and drove back to Goodyear. Their excellent service earlier in the day impressed me enough to give them the sale even though their tires would not match my front tires. It's pouring rain today and my mini vans tires are low. I stopped and asked one of the two guys occupied if I could take use the air hose to fill my tires. The young man replied "I'll check your tires." He asked that I pull my van closer, stopped what he was doing went out in the RAIN, checked and filled all 4 tires. That's customer service! My detailed shiny Camry SE was failed on a Lyft inspection because Pamela the manager thought that the back brake light plastic being broken should be a reason my car isn't in excellent enough condition to give rides to passengers. I will lose that income and have to drive all over to get a body shop to write her a note telling her she's wrong then go back to her for approval. NOT happy at all with this situation. Everything is now closed, I cannot earn tonight and will have to do all of this tomorrow on my day off when I should be Lyfting. Thanks a lot - don't get your Lyft inspection here unless you drive your car straight off the dealership lot into their auto center. It's not good enough for Pamela the manager. read more

I came in late in the afternoon with a problem. My vehicle had a gas leak. These guys treated me so nice even though it was close to quitting time and they also had other cars to take care of. But they took my vehicle right away and found the problem. I told them I was from out of town and had to drive home that day. I was so nervous. Spencer has great customer service and was very patient and answered all my questions. I was in and out of the shop quickly, and since I dropped my car off I received phone calls before they performed any other maintenance when issues arose. We popped in for the first time about 6 months ago to have our oil changed. For full synthetic oil change and tire rotation it was about 30 dollars less than Jiffy Lube. We just recently shopped for tires for my wife's SUV and daughters Sonata and the overall value of quality/price when comparing other options (even compared to Costco) was about 25% less. Service is good and turn around time is good. No complaints here whatsoever. Free installation definitely helped on top of the good price on their tires. Absolutely worst service I've ever had. Not only did they rip out my side view mirror and shove it back into the socket of where it should have been and then let me drive away with it broken, they also destroyed my ac compressor (which was working fine before we came in) but after we left, my ac that had always worked perfectly fine was shot. We told them to fix whatever needed fixed and spent over $2,000 and 3 days in the shop, just to leave and need more tuning up after we left. I'm a girl and usually when I walk into auto body shops I'm already taken advantage of price wise, but they were truly awful here. read more

I was at a job site and ended up getting a screw in my tire. I called these guys after going to 2 pep boys and calling 3 others. They were going to close in 10 minutes but said 'come by and we'll take a look'. They looked at it, let me leave it over night and said it'd be done by 9 am the next day. I never leave reviews. One I'm just not a review type of person and 2 I own a few businesses and I know mistakes can happen and don't want to ruin the reputation of a company trying hard as long as they remedy their mistakes. I called in to make an appointment and they booked me for 1pm. I showed up at 1pm and they didn't have me anywhere on the calendar. I verified the phone number and they showed no remorse and simply just said they don't have me on the calendar and can't fit me in. I was upset but called in again the next week to schedule and try again. They booked me in for 1:30 and I showed up about 10 min early. They said they wouldn't have my truck done till 5:30! 4 hours for an oil change! This place has scheduling problems and my main concerns is they don't care. They act like it was my fault and that I should be willing to work with them. I will never try this place again. I understand mistakes. Making two in a row for my first two tries trying to use this company and then they don't even care. I'm done. read more

I had the alignment adjusted about a year ago on my car and all went well so when I needed a couple of rotors resurfaced I phoned them on Saturday morning to get a price. I was quoted $20 each. I told them I would drop them off within the hour. I sent my 16 year old daughter to drop off the rotors and when they wrote up the paperwork they told her it would be $160. She called me and I spoke with the attendant who denied anyone would have told me $20 each. I asked him why would anyone pay $160 to resurface rotors when you can buy two new ones for a total of about $100. He then started to change his story to, well maybe it would only be a half hour of labor for $80. Honest mistake on the $160 quote? Will never know, I just won't be going back. Phoned Goodyear on Harding Blvd before writing this review, the guy on the phone quoted me $15 per rotor to resurface. read more

Worst oil change auto service place I have ever been to. I went in for a basic oil change and those crooks didn't plug things in right so my check engine light came on. Luckily I took it to a nearby auto repair shop and they plugged everything back in and told me to never return to Goodyear auto ever again. It was obvious that they did not plug things in right and left a few unplugged. They also said I had a leak in my power steering and a bunch of other crap that they made up so they could steal my money. Will NEVER recommend or return to this awful place. read more

I am writing to show my appreciation for excellent service from the tire store and especially service advisor Spencer Reed. I apologize for it being a year since my service visit but I am new to Yelp. On a Sunday afternoon in June of 2017 I was traveling down highway 80 in my motorhome when 2 rear tires blew out. I had to change a tire in the 100 deg. heat on the side of the road. The prospect of driving to Tracy with only one tire on the rear dual wheels in this heat with questionable tires was not a risk I was willing to take. At 4pm on a Sunday I was not making much progress until a phoned Spencer. He had all 4 tires in stock and even though the shop was booked for the remaining hour that the shop was officially open he understood my emergency and took my Motorhome in. He and his technician stayed overtime to get me back on the road. Spencer was very friendly and informative about what went wrong. I learned a lot about tires from him that day. Spencer went above and beyond the normal call of duty. He resolved my tire issue saving me an expensive tow. I would recommend Spencer and the tire store to anyone needing quality service!!!
