Located at Planet Hollywood, Gordon Ramsay's burgers were very delicious! Many different burgers to choose from including chicken and vegetarian burgers. I went with the bacon cheeseburger and my friend got the chicken burger. Both were very delicious. I also recommend upgrading to the Parmesan truffle fries. Service was excellent as well! read more

I must say I was surprised by how delicious the burger was. I did order the classic cheeseburger with fries. It was cooked medium well and tasted fresh. The fries were delicious and what was most surprising was either the ketchup was housemaid and at worst Kensington brand, which was delicious. The service was quick considering originally the line was out the door but I was able to book a reservation through OpenTable while waiting in line and skipped at least 20 people. At just under $30 this is the cheapest way of eating anything from Gordon Ramsay without breaking the bank. read more

The burgers, service and ambiance are still amazing! The sides are kind of disappointing. We got the onion rings for an app and they were greasy and overcooked and served room temp at best. I got the parmesan truffle fries. For the 3.00 up charge I expected the fries to be tossed in the parm not just have it dumped on top of unseasoned regular fries. The only truffle flavor was in the dip. My husband ordered his burger medium and it was rare, which didn't bother him much, but dor what we paid he should have gotten the temp he wanted. The tea was delicious and the Bleu cheese burger was tasty. My husband really enjoyed the farmhouse burger. We might try another of his restaurants as this ones standards have slipped. read more

My husband wanted to have a Gordon Ramsey experience of some kind. We decided to grab a burger before the Golden Knights game. The burger was good, but we are from WI, so in my humble opinion, I've had better burgers at home. The atmosphere was an experience, the staff were kind, but the price was high for what we got. I have been eating here for many years. The NEW menu has NO PRICES! This is insulting. You have no idea what things cost, or what are add on prices. I saw a few people walk out after seeing no prices on the menu. Server said it was a gourmet restaurant. Yeah, hamburgers and hot dogs are gourmet. Well the $27 hot dog with fries might be, LOL. $27-$37 hamburgers. It is just ridiculous the very cute menu has been replaced with this nonsense. I had the Backyard Burger and parmesan truffle fries. They were both delicious. So much so, we went twice during our 4-day stay. The service was excellent. I'm sad to say, it wasn't all it's cracked up to be. My $33.99 burger (yes you read that right, $33.99) wasn't that great. The braised short rib was very chewy and fatty. We asked the waitress about the ketchup we were given and she said they have two different kinds and she picked each one up that was on our table sitting in front of us, held it to her nose and smelled them. What the heck!! She was very pleasant and attentive to us. My husband received a coupon for a free shake for his birthday and she gave us some long story on why they don't accept them, but then did give him a free shake, which was very nice. It is a beautiful restaurant and I can now say I've been there, but probably wouldn't choose to go back there. Our previous two visits to Hell's Kitchen have been great!! read more

Burgers here are really good and flavorful, you can really taste the quality in the beef they use. I got the stout burger and enjoyed the Gruyère cheese and mushrooms. My mom got the fish and crisps sandwich and couldn't believe how good it was. The onion rings are pretty good on their own, however didn't like the sauces that came with it. Now the item I really came here for was the Oreo crème brûlée shake, and it is to die for, probably the best shake I've ever had in my life! The wait to get a table can sometimes take over an hour, but if you get the opportunity to eat here, you should take it! read more

What a great experience we had at Gordon Ramsey. There was a long line but not a wait to be seated at the bar and Victor came to seat us at the bar. Being a big-time fan of Gordon Ramsey I was somewhat disappointed. My husband and I ordered the "Hell's Kitchen Burger". The burger was great. The fries where not fresh and were barley warm and the onion rings where under cooked. I don't feel that this is up to Gordon Ramsey standards. Definitely a nice vibe. Reservations are definitely needed to avoid long wait time. Wasn't intrigued by any of the cocktail selections. The Hog Dog was soo good, it was a bacon wrapped hot dog w/ pull pork and toppings. The flavors meshed together so well. I got the cold slaw and cheese cause on the side though. Great service and good. You definitely want to make a reservation to avoid the long wait time. The truffle burger was a decent size with lots of truffle flavor. Burgers were unnecessarily overpriced. I have frequented this restaurant many times over the past few years. Though it had been a while since my last visit, I was shocked at the drastic price increases. The gimmick that Gordon Ramsays Burger is running now is previously they used to sell only the burger Al a cart with the fries/onion rings as a separate item. Now they include fries with the burger with a price increase of $10+ to compensate for this new addition to the meal. With the average burger cost being $29.99 I would say this place is extremely overpriced for the type of food that you are paying for. read more

I would have given 4-5 stars if the service had been better. I understand that a restaurant in Vegas is going to be busy but I do expect to be checked on occasionally. We got delivery to our room after our convention was over. We got the poppers, Elote dip with chips, and chicken Cesar salad. Gordon does not skimp on any ingredients. Real Parmesan not from a container, homemade croutons, not frozen poppers, and amazing dip. That was the best Cesar salad I've ever had. The dip, so much flavor and the seasoning on the chips, chefs kiss. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend getting room service. read more

I got the ultimate cheeseburger and I liked it a lot. It was really neat to try a burger with three different exotic cheeses. I am so used to Swiss or cheddar cheese in burgers that I never realized how much different cheeses can make a difference in the overall flavor of a burger. The beef was incredibly tasty and juicy. I will not order this again because I want to still try some other burgers they have. I did not like the bun to patty ratio. Too much bread. In fact, I just did not eat the top part of the bun. I also ordered a caramel shake and it was very good. Between this one and the chocolate one I like the chocolate one better only because it was less sweet. Came here on a Saturday night during covid times. The food was excellent (would rate 5/5) but the service was not (would rate 2/5). SERVICE- 2/5 We had ordered food to go and I had specifically ordered the farmhouse burger to be cut in half (and asked if that was possible, to which the host said yes) but the burger was not cut in half when I picked it up. I had then asked her if she could cut it in half and showed her the receipt but the host then told us that the burger could not be cut in half since it has an egg in it. I don't understand why that wasn't communicated to us when I initially ordered if that statement is true. I then had to cut the burger myself using a plastic knife. Secondly, we ordered an Oreo shake, but that wasn't even given to us when I picked up the to go to order. I had to come back and tell the host that the shake was missing and then she gave it to me without even giving an apology afterward. Sorry for the long rant, just very upset with the service. Now onto the food... FARMHOUSE BURGER - 4.5/5 The meat was perfectly cooked to medium rare, and very flavorful. Personally, we weren't too big of a fan of the egg since the egg yolk overpowered the taste of the meat, and would have preferred if this burger came with lettuce instead. The burger also comes with brioche buns which was very flavorful. I normally don't eat burger buns but the brioche adds a hint of sweetness to the burger which I really enjoyed. Overall, my boyfriend and I were satisfied with this order. It's a bit expensive though ($18) TRUFFLE FRIES - 4.5/5 Very great flavor, had a mini explosion of potato with each bite you take. The fries themselves were slightly crunchy, but I would have preferred if it was crunchier. The fries came with ketchup and some white sauce (unsure if it's truffle sauce)? The ketchup was very good and you can definitely taste the tomato as it was very fresh. The white sauce has a very subtle sweet flavor - so subtle, that I didn't even identify what this sauce was. OREO CREME BRÛLÉE SHAKE 6/5 This was the best thing we ordered. My boyfriend and I aren't people who typically enjoy sweets but we had only ordered this shake due to the many reviews that raves about this Oreo shake. It's not overly sweet, yet has so much deep Oreo flavor! The shake is also blended to be very smooth - almost as if it was blended using a vitamix or something. Would highly recommend ordering if you are looking for a delicious dessert afterward! Overall - 4/5 because service was horrible but food was great. Would 100% return for the shake, and would be open to trying other burgers. read more

This Burger Restaurant is one of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in Las Vegas. We came to this place on July 20, 2022. We ordered 1 (one) Stout Burger, 1 (one) Ultimate Cheeseburger, 1 (one) order of Beer Battered Onion Rings, and 2 (two) glasses of Pepsi. It took 10/15 minutes to get the food. The burgers were so good! Both the burger buns and the patties were soft, nicely cooked and tasty. We really enjoyed our burgers very much. However, the beverage price was a bit high (it costs $5.99 for each glass of Pepsi which seems overpriced even though the refill is available). The overall service was good. This place is a must try for the burger lovers. This restaurant is always crowded, therefore you may have to wait to get in. read more

Customers beware of over charges. I was on vacation in Las Vegas, I ate at Gordon Ramsay Restaurant in Planet Hollywood, June 11,2025. I ask for medium well burger with sauté onions. I received a well done burger with stringy cooked onions. This place was too busy to complain. Worst of all, the tip suggestion was extremely wrong. The bill was $55.97 with $4.69 seat charge? (might be the tax)for a total of $60.66, their suggested tipping guide is18% = $24.47,19%=$25.83, 20%=$27.19. In reality, should of been 18%= $10.92 or I generally tip 20% = $12.13. What is going on? If you are not aware of tipping protocol, you will pay the suggested wrong price. read more

I came here about 15 minutes before opening, and there was already a line!! Once 11 am hit, we were all seated promptly. I had the brunch tots, which were the best tater tots I have ever had! I loved the fried egg, bacon, and country gravy on top! I also had the farmhouse burger, which was delicious!! I would have never guessed to put Dubliner cheese in a burger! But it works so well! The bacon slabs in the burger were also super thick! And you can even personalize how you want your egg cooked for the burger :) I definitely finished this ginormous burger. And my server was great!! It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

While we were there, we literally watched him look around to see if anyone was paying attention and then pour beer into a cup and drink it while working. We even recorded it -- unfortunately you can't post videos here. It was obvious something was off. His behavior, the lack of awareness, the attitude -- it left customers standing there whispering in shock that he was even on shift. It didn't stop there. While waiting at the pickup window, we watched a tall, bald employee standing on top of the deep fryers -- which were actively in use -- scraping the exhaust vents with a large knife. Those fryers contain extremely hot oil. Watching someone balance over active cooking equipment like that was alarming. If that's not a safety concern, I don't know what is. It certainly didn't look safe or professional. I'm sure OSHA will like to see the video that we have as well as the Southern Nevada Health District because I'm sure that these are both places that will see violation. As I fully planned to call my friend Joshua that works there and email him all of this. As for the food? The burgers are consistently dry and rarely made the way you order them. You don't get what you ask for. Period. I ordered medium and it was completely red inside. Please see photos and when I called and asked him about why it was wrong. The answer I got was the following. " well I don't know what to tell you. We only make what you give us when you order. You should check it before you walked away." It's unfortunate because this location has potential. It's in a casino, right by the sportsbook, and it's convenient -- which is likely the only reason people keep going. But convenience does not excuse poor service, questionable professionalism, and obvious safety concerns. I stand where I can see my food being prepared because I genuinely don't trust what's going on behind that counter. That says everything. This place needs serious evaluation of who they have working there and how it's being managed. Until that happens, I do not recommend eating here. Not unless you're prepared for incorrect orders, dry food, and customer service that makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. You'd honestly receive better service at McDonald's. I won't be going back. Eat here with caution.

We had a bachelor party July 29th 2022 weekend in Vegas. Highly recommend Brian Pfeiffer and Surreal Nightlife to help plan your event for success! Planning can be a lot of work, and having a seasoned professional focused on your experience can melt away the stress in your busy lives to ensure that your special and memorable event goes off without a hitch. Marquee day club was an absolute blast. A true highlight of the trip. Our group of 9 lads were staying at the Cosmo, so Marquee was a great way to kick off our Saturday after getting some early morning thrills in the dunes with Sun Buggy. Brian was there to greet us at 11:30, set us up with our Cabana and kept in touch through text and added an instagram post. It's natural to embrace a little volatility when Sin city is your destination, but this felt like having an extra member of the team. We are already talking about returning next summer. It would be very hard not to find us spending another afternoon at Marquee day club. DJ Spider was great. Everyone was friendly. We definitely picked the right hotel for this event. It is central on the strip, and we had free room upgrades, which was a pretty nice surprise. The on-site Marquee is party central, Secret Pizza was fun to try. We were not disappointed by the options for a quick bite to eat, and loved the short walking distance to Bellagio, Drai's at Cromwell, and Gordon Ramsay burger at Planet Hollywood. We did the Sunbuggy Mini BAJA chase at the Nellis dunes, about 20 minutes off strip. Transport was included pick-up and drop-off to hotel. 60 minutes of dirving and 4 hours total excursion time door-to-door was a blast. Highly recommended. If you are going in the summer, it will be hot. It is smart to do this activity early in the morning. Shout out to Mike and Levi! We caught a Tom Segura comedy show at the Mirage Aces of Comedy. This was another big winner. We are all huge fans, and were definitely not disappointed - very memorable. Brian Pfeiffer with Surreal Nightlife also organized our Saturday after Speed Vegas Exotic Racing. We raced Lamborghini Huracáns on the track. I don't know what else to say. Smiles for days. They offer discounts for groups of 5 or higher. For those that want to save on budget, you can enjoy the scene, take pictures and participate in there other entertaining options: Drifting ride-along and Go-karts. We managed to fit in Battlefield Las Vegas on our big Saturday bachelor day. I was pretty happy with this choice for a gun range, as we got picked up and dropped off at our hotel in a HUMVEE. The driver was in military uniform, it was just a really fun vibe, and rolling around the strip with doors off and sitting on the back of a HUMVEE was actually really fun. We had a really great experience, and this activity only takes two hours. The staff was very knowledgable, safe, and all the while keeping the energy high. Shooting AK47's, Desert Eagles and an array of other guns, this made for some pretty cool photos. We also got to keep the 50 Cal shell as a momento, and got to keep our target pages! The bachelor had a free round of that 50 Cal, which was a nice touch. Saturday night we saw Lil Wayne perform at Drai's Night Club. Brian Pfeiffer with Surreal Nightlife set us up with a bungalow table outside, which worked out perfectly for our group. We had a great view of the stage, the energy was great outside, the stogies drinks and good music were all flowing. Staff at Drai's are very professional, this is a classy establishment. We had zero issues. The worst service I have had in over 25 years! Mr Ramsey needs to go in undercover & shut this restaurant down! 1 waiter who was very bad, then 2 people bring over priced burger for the size with 3 sides of fries. Our party couldn't understand one word they said because they talk so fast like they were on drugs. Asked for a side of mayo & a beer with my burger. No beer, the mayo was literally just thrown on the table and who ever that was wasn't our waiter that we were told would be there to get my beer. No salt or any other condiments on the table as well couldn't see any to help myself. Then 2 others in our party of 3 started yelling to get someone to wait on us 10 minutes later again finally waiter came over and tried to apologize with a have way attitude, and when I tried to have a voice he immediately cut my words off. WOW Really I end up snapping saying I don't need a apology I need you to be quite and listen to me now, I didn't interrupt you. NOW the whole time the manger stands 10 feet be hide watching & listening to everything smiling like a punk kid waiting on a fist fight between me and the waiter & did NOTHING! If Mr. Gordon were there the manager would have been fired on the spot and he would have shut the restaurant down fired a lot & before reopening retraining his employees!! Got to say, this one surprised me. I generally find "celebrity" restaurants to be disappointing, and I generally find most everything about Planet Hollywood disappointing, but my buddy was in the mood for a "great burger" while we were in Vegas, and our Uber driver (who seemed to know what he was talking about) really pushed to stop here. There was a pretty decent line when we arrived at 12:30 pm on a Friday, so it took about 20 minutes to get a seat. This restaurant is obviously used to the volume - the staff worked like a finely tuned machine, and was turning over those tables like clockwork. I think we were at the table for 15 seconds before we were being presented a drink menu, and our waitress was always close by (but never rushing). We had a clear view of the kitchen, and those chefs were working top speed without a single hiccup. From start to finish, it was clear that whoever manages the day-to-day at this place is just killing it, as not a single cog was out of place. Foodwise, this place is what it is - don't expect a lengthy,relaxed meal, but do expect a perfect place for a great burger, fries, and a beer. If it matters, I went with a Farmhouse Burger (egg, cheese and bacon), and it was just incredible. We split an order of Parmesean Truffle fries, and they were solid, but the real star was the homemade Kettle chip "nachos", with a cheddar cheese sauce, sour cream, corned beef and short rib. I've had dishes like this dozens of times, but this was absolutely perfect - don't miss it. Well, today we moseyed on over to Gordon Ramsay Burger for a little lunch before the day got away from us. The wait staff was mighty accommodating right from the start -- we asked if we could watch the Bama game, and our waiter didn't bat an eye. Friendly as could be, he helped us find a table with a good view and made sure we were settled in. Now, I've gotta say, I still can't get my taste buds to make peace with this Vegas water. I don't know what's in it, but it tastes like it's been filtered through the Great Salt Lake. So I waved the white flag and ordered myself a good ole root beer instead -- problem solved. My wife asked the waiter to change the TV to the Alabama game, and he jumped right on it. But Lord have mercy, that move nearly started a civil war among the staff. One fella clearly wasn't happy about losing his TV channel -- bless his heart -- and he spent the next fifteen minutes poutin' and chunkin' things around like a toddler who dropped his ice cream. We just sat back, sipped our drinks, and enjoyed the entertainment. As for the food, I ordered a hot dog this go-around, and well, it didn't exactly blow my boots off. Nothing terrible, just nothin' to write home about either. Next time, I'll take Gordon's hint and go for one of those fancy burgers he's famous for. All in all, good service, great staff (minus Mr. Grumpy), and a fun atmosphere for some football and lunch. If you stop by, order the burger -- and maybe keep the remote out of reach. read more

As a big fan of both Gordon Ramsy and juicy burgers, I felt obligated to try this place out while in Vegas. After wandering around trying to find this place (we didn't realize it was inside of a casino), we were finally ready to sit down around 10pm. Fair warning, since this is inside a casino, you have to walk through the clouds of cigarette smoke and crowds to get to the bathroom if you need to wash up before or after your meal. As for the menu, there are tons of really enticing options. I went for the Hells Kitchen Burger, because I love spicy foods. I must say, the burger was cooked perfectly, had incredible flavor, and did not have insane amounts of heat. There was also a seafood burger on the menu, which sounded too good to pass up! A burger patty made up of lobster and shrimp? Count me in. But because it's a $26 burger, we decided to order it and split it amongst the table so we could all taste it. The burger ended up being incredibly disappointing. I suppose we had high standards due to the fact that it was so expensive, but it did not at all resemble lobster meat and just tasted like we were biting into a burger made up of shrimp. Not great. All in all, I feel mixed about GRB. Food was good overall, but the prices are a bit high, the location isn't ideal, and our food took quite a while to come out, which was surprising at such a late hour when it was not too busy. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience my family and I had at Gordan Ramsey Burgers, particularly in our interaction with Michael Sager. Anticipating an enjoyable dining experience, my family of four arrived early, excited to try Gordan Ramsey burgers. Despite being the fourth party in line when the restaurant opened, our enthusiasm was dampened when we were seated by Michael Sager at a table uncomfortably close to the outside waiting line. Note, 99% of the restaurant was empty. Requesting a more inner table, we were initially directed to another table at the entrance/waiting line, which was far from ideal. After a discussion with Michael, we were reluctantly moved to a more inner table. This unnecessary back-and-forth significantly marred our over experience. Michael Sager's explanation regarding staffing constraints did not align with the subsequent seating of parties that arrived after us. Contrary to Michael's reasoning, they were comfortably seated at inner tables, leaving us puzzled and dissatisfied with the inconsistency. Regrettably, our entire dining experience was overshadowed by this incident, and it was exacerbated by what seemed to be a lack of customer service on Michael Sager or a potential exercise of unnecessary authority. I sincerely hope that this does not occur to other customers, especially when the restaurant just opened and they are still empty. read more

The Hell's Kitchen Burger, though, was a bit of a misfire on the heat; expected a little more fire from the name, but those peppers did add a nice kick. My only real squabble? The avocado needed a bit more time to hit that ripe sweet spot, kept sliding out of my burger with every bite. The fries were a letdown, pretty bland and nothing to write home about. I was here two years ago and had a good experience. Not so tonight :( I ordered a burger and onions rings and requested both items at the same time. They forgot my onion rings, and over cooked my burger. I guess they don't know what medium-plus is (even so I explained to the waitress it's slightly over medium)... my burger was dry - yuk. After I asked for the onion rings again, the waitress said oops I forgot to add it to the order, then grabbed my "ticket/bill" in the glass in front of me and charged me for the onion rings that came way late. Really? when you make a mistake like that you offer the item complimentary. Anyway for all the fuss Ramsay makes on TV about being perfect and this isn't bleeping good enough, well Gordo, that really wasn't BLEEPING good enough. Shame on you, shame on your staff. What a farce and disgrace. I guess real life is harder than a TV production. I'm not coming back. I live in NYC and there are a plethora of burger places that beat this place by a mile...and I don't have to wait 30 min in line and another 30 minutes for half my order. Ok, starting off, yes inside of it's location you are going to have to plan your visit due to it's popularity and wait maybe 20 - 30 minutes but once you are seated it is SO WELL WORTH IT! I have to say, I spoke to DESTINY one of the hostess at the front. She was so AWESOME and told me where to go "REST" until our turn. We were text messaged and in no time she had us a seat! THANK YOU DESTINY. We then handed off to Lenesia who then passed us to Karah who sat us. So nice people! Then, we get blessed to have SERGIO as our server! He never let the glass run empty, never let us ask for ANYTHING, and performed service that would be expected in the finest of dining! He even brought our son a desert for his birthday as well as one for us as our anniversary! THANK YOU SERGIO! Finally, we were table dropped no less than 2 times by the General Manager MR. Joe Rich. Nashville hot chicken differs from other types of fried chicken in that it's brushed with a spiced cayenne oil after frying for extra flavor and kick. We ordered the chicken sandwich ($17.50) and the pimento mac and cheese for our side. We ordered it mild which still had a good kick and I liked the comeback sauce. The chicken was on the drier side though and not as good as other locations I've visited. The pimento mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy. This place also sells boozy slushies which are popular items especially in Vegas. It's a fast casual spot and the food was good.

The burgers are absolutely fantastic, freshly prepared with very fresh tomatoes, pickles, onions, and lettuce. A burger is a nice size burger and extremely juicy and made to your direction. The onion rings are probably the best onion rings we have ever had, especially dipping in ranch dressing. Service is very friendly and attentive, and the food is prepared fresh and served hot. They do have a few areas to sit down in and you can do some people watching while you eat. If you're looking for a burger or a quick bite to eat while you're at the casino, we highly recommend stopping here.

Our table wobbled the whole meal and the place seemed short-staffed, but our server handled a heavy load without making it feel that way. 3.5 stars. Come for lunch. Skip the coffee either way.
