Overall a solid burger joint on the strip! The atmosphere is fun and definitely more casual which is nice. We of course all got a burger and one person in the party got the fish sandwich! Everything was pretty good. I had the Hell's Kitchen burger and I loved it! I asked for it cooked medium and I would say it was a tad more on the medium rare side but not a big deal. The truffle parmesan fries were to die for! The staff was pretty attentive even though they were crazy busy. We didn't get dessert but the milkshakes looked amazing! Next time for sure. read more

We started off with the Chambortia... definitely worth the $17 price tag! We split the Truffle Burger and fries. It was a great idea to serve the fries with specialty ketchups (chipotle and curry), a fund detail not enough restaurants take advantage of. The burger was a masterpiece, and cooked to order. Great for late night dining, too. We didn't have to wait to be seated at 9 pm. Minus one star because the decor seemed pretty commercialized and uninspired (aka boring). read more

The long wait was definitely worth it. Everything was fantastic!I had the ultimate cheeseburger and my boyfriend had the Mediterranean burger and both were delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly and all the ingredients on them complemented each other. We split the parmesan truffle fries which were also very good. For dessert I ordered the Oreo brûlée shake and wow! It was simply the best shake I ever ordered. It was blended to the perfect texture and very flavorful. I was pleasantly impressed by this establishment and I have no complaints! read more

Didn't realize there's only two of these restaurant on earth till I got back from the Vegas one that is in planet Hollywood the other one is Chicago sad to say I haven't went but I'm definitely coming back. I did go with my dad to this location in 2012 when they first opened. Best burger ever and quick service nothing to Complain about here. read more

Can never go wrong with a Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Vegas. I was a little irritated that people that were sat after us were served water before our waitress even came over. Sat there for a good 5 mins or so before she came over. We ordered 2 burgers and an app. Food was really good. Atmosphere is nice even though it's right in the Lobby of Planet Hollywood. My.only complaint was the service which wasn't super terrible. Most likely won't come back though. read more

we did not realised we have booked the VIP experience but we would recommend buying if you are able to, our server Ian had the most unbelievable service and I would come back for him alone: thank you so much Ian for the best night you are the best. on the othwr hand the food was still very much 10/10 in our opinion. we had the jalepeno poppers for starter which were beautiful. they did not have much recognisable chicken but flavours were still amazing. both burgers were 10/10 and we would recommend the truffle fries because simply WOW big love to Ian and the chef who personally greeted us read more

We finally made it here on the last day of the trip. Got a table in a few minutes without any reservations. The burgers were good, but mine was kind of cold and the meat didn't seem to be seasoned. The fries on the other hand were amazing. The sweet potato fries actually had powdered sugar on them, which I guess works for sweet potato fries. The parmesan truffle fries were also a worthy upgrade. read more

This restaurant has extremely good food. You can tell the quality is there and I'm sure Gordon would be proud. The only reason I gave a 4-star instead of 5-star is because the seating here is so close together. I felt like everyone was packed in which was just slightly uncomfortable for me. The food I will say was very good. I'm not a huge burger person but my son is. I went plain with the ultimate cheeseburger and it was very good. I'm normally a ketchup on any burger I eat, but this burger didn't need it. The blend of cheeses helped to give it a good flavor profile. He got the celebration burger and said it was so good. We got the onion rings to share. The batter on it was light and it was fried perfectly. It came with two sauces, and ketchup is not served here. For desert we had the sticky toffee pudding ice cream sandwich...and it lived up to the hype. It was amazing. Be prepared to wait, but the line moved decently quickly. read more

This is my second Ramsey restaurant that I've ever been to, and I must say, I'm losing hope in the Ramsey game. The first strike was over at Ramsey steak with the rib eye that had so much propane that it tasted like I was eating gasoline, not that I'd know what gasoline would taste like. But if you're curious, you know where to go. Truffle Parmesan fries- 1/5. It arrived somewhat warm and you could tell it had been sitting out under a heating lamp or a batch that had been made a while ago. 10 minutes after being served it had lost its crisp completely and was cold. Street corn dip- 3/5 I was low key judging my friend who ordered this 'cuz why not go to the elote man on the street corner. But it was actually good and was a better choice than the cold, stale fries. Truffle burger- 2/5. It was alright. I was expecting more flavors but not only was it underwhelming, the meat patty lacked fat and juices. Beer-battered Onion rings- 5/5. The highlight of my meal. It was one of the best onion rings of my lifetime. The batter is unique unlike anything I've ever tasted before. It's beer-battered and yet they've managed to keep it tempura style--airy, light, and crispy. I'd go back to just order this and nothing else. Sticky toffee pudding ice cream sandwich- 3/5 it was good. Total rating- 2 I would definitely go back for those onion rings and at this point. I've been fooled twice, so shane on me. I've heard good things about Hell's Kitchen, but at this point I've got little faith and will need to recover before taking a third attempt. read more

Reservations are highly recommended unless you want to wait in the 20+ Person wait line. Have a pretty good west coast beer selection for their Beer Flight. I got the Beer Flight. It consists smaller portions of 4 beers of your choice. The waiter assisted me in the beer selections, since most beers I had never heard of. One of us had the Blue Cheese Burger. The sentiment about this burger is that we have had better Blue Cheese Burgers. The meat was a cooked to the right level. Another one of us got the Crispy Cherry Popper Chicken Burger. Do not get this chicken burger. The meat was I guess minced chicken? No crispy batter. The meat tasted weird. Really uneatable. I had the Hell's Kitchen Burger. (See photos) It was a really great burger. Not over the top spicy-hot and the meat was perfection. Highly recommend getting this burger. I will get it again. Truffle Parmesan Fries is a must get. Our waiter was very attentive and patient. I want to give this place 5 stars but the Chicken Burger was a big letdown. read more

Before attending a taping of "Jimmy Kimmel Live in Las Vegas" as part of the showroom television audience, Diane and I opted to dine here for a major midday meal. To our surprise we were passed ahead of the line when she showed her Platinum Caesars Reward Card given to her by virtue of her 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. This was our second visit to Burger, and we were highly satisfied with the quality of food both times. For a more robust review we ordered Beer-Battered Onion Rings and two types of French Fries: Just Fries and Truffle Parmesan Fries. The O' Rings were crinkled, dusted with Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, somewhat greasy but very tasty, and served with Chipotle Ketchup and Ranch Dip for dipping. Just Fries were fairly traditional and supple skin-on lengths of potato, while the Truffle Parmesan Fries were the best, for the thick Truffle Aioli was filled with expensive truffles and simply outstanding. My Backyard Burger with mushrooms added was barely medium rare as ordered but contained well-melted American Cheese, fresh Butter Lettuce and tomato slices, pickle chips, and White Onions on a soft Sesame & Poppy Seed-dotted Brioche Bun. And I learned that the 7 oz. meat patty was a great mixture of chuck, brisket, and short rib. I requested and received mild yellow mustard and house tomato ketchup in small ceramic condiment containers to further enhance the flavor of my burger. Diane enjoyed a medium rare Ultimate Cheeseburger with slices of Dubliner and Provolone Cheese, sharing the sides of fries. Service by Katherine was excellent, accommodating, and friendly. Seating was comfortable, with cushioned seat bottoms. And, hard-driving piped in background music added to a pleasant ambiance in the brightly lit dining room. Rating against like establishments, this was a five-star burger experience. read more

I surprised my son in Las Vegas . He is obsessed with Gordon Ramsey . He was in the corner an I walked up on him. Didn't know I was in town. The food was delicious. Must have the truffle fries tried them and the onion rings. I had the stout burger it's crispy onions and mushrooms it was unbelievable. The son had the blue cheese everything was wonderful. The service was great the server was knowledgeable made great suggestions. If it wasn't so far away I'd be there now. I rarely eat burgers 3 times a year max. read more

Stopped by here for a late evening snack/meal after a show. On one hand it's gordon Ramsey and the other hand its a burger joint so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Having been quite a few times to hells kitchen a few times it was interesting to compare the 2 resteraunts. Now I know they are two different classes of eateries but are both by Ramsey. I ordered a burger (bacon&cheese I believe) and as expected the food was scrumptious, the service was fast and with a smile and some good conversation from the waiter. The presentation was perfect and the atmosphere was great, not too pompous or too Mc donalds, it was a nice easy going relaxing atmosphere with great food a really nice way to handle the end of a chill evening after a good show. read more

My family really likes Gordon Ramsey and we were excited to check out his restaurant. My daughter ordered the truffle burger and I ordered the chicken salad. After a few bites of the burger my daughter told me that the blue cheese was too strong for her. I switched plates with her after eating one of the two chicken skewers that were part of my salad. My daughter ate most of the second skewer and said it tasted great but was "chewy". My wife ate a piece of chicken and spit it out. The chicken was slightly cooked but mostly raw (see the attached picture). My wife told the waitress, who brought it to the "chef". She came back and confirmed that it wasn't cooked. The good news is that they weren't going to charge me for the raw food that that they served me. Whooohooo. I was so exited that I didn't have to pay for the undercooked, possibly dangerous food. I was also told that the manager would come talk to me. After ten minutes the waitress came back and informed us that the manager had stepped into a meeting and was no longer available. She did, however, offered us a free desert. Unfortunately, we had lost our appetites. (My daughter was hospitalized after eating raw chicken that was tainted with Salmonella (from Chipotle). This was four years ago when she was twelve. it almost killed her. I don't think that a free desert is adequate compensation for serving us this meal. I think the manager or chef should have come to our table and personally apologized. I think the $60 meal should have been comped. In other words, take some responsibility for your screw up. I think Gordon would agree. I mean, come on, this restaurant carries his name. read more

Gordon Ramsey's Burger, inside Planet Hollywood. I was prepared to be disappointed ... and wasn't. We shared the Turducken Burger ($16) and the Hog Burger ($19), Beer Battered Onion Rings ($9), and Sticky Toffee Ice Cream Sandwich ($9). Everything was Great. No, really, it was Great. Service was friendly, fast, and attentive (Thank You, Cristian!). There was a 30-minute wait ... but we could see empty tables the entire time. Could Gordon be ... sneaky enough ... to deliberately keep us waiting, so his restaurant always has a line? I wouldn't put it past him, as a business strategy. Hmmmm. Great Job, Gordon. Many things make me happy and good food and Vegas are in my top 5. I love the scene in Vegas and with all the delicious food it's definitely a second home to me. I have been waiting to eat a burger here at Gordon Ramsay for a while. Walked past it and saw the lines wondering if it was worth it or just a tourist hype factory. After about a 10 - 15 min wait, not bad at all, we were seated in the dining area at at table. It was packed and that is always a good sign. I could smell the grilled beef in the air. TV monitors all around with sports and of course larger than life posters of Gordon Ramsay glaring you down to see if you approve of his menu. With so many choices on the menu for burgers my interest was peaked. Since it was my first time I wanted a baseline item for my palate to start with. The Backyard Burger looked just about right. I ordered it well and wondered if I would get feedback about it being dry from the waiter. Nope he obliged and placed my order. While waiting we had some Truffle Fries. These fries here were good, maybe not the best but very good. I would have preferred them in shoestring for more of a crispy fry. After about 15 mins our burgers came out in a beautiful display. I cut it open to see the layers of condiments and the beef. It looked and smelled very fresh and savory. Ok time to dig in. I have to say this had to be one of the top 2 burgers I have ever had. The meat was cooked perfectly. Still juicy and had a slight char taste to it like it was grilled over fire at least some of the way. The cheese was very tasty and the flavor was strong enough to compliment the burger and not get lost in it. The veggies were cold and crisp. The bun too stood on its own. Kind of a sweet bread but I was really pleased it had a flavor of its own too. It was a pretty big burger but I had no problem devouring it up. Drinks were standard. Vodka soda was a good pour. Service was very hospitable and we were checked on frequently. Professional staff. I kind of wanted to see Gordon run in the kitchen and throw a plate against the wall or something - haha. That would be amazing. Like a dinner and a show! Maybe for a special guys, cmon. LOL Defiantly worth the wait and lived up to the hype of the Gordon Ramsay name in my opinion. Now I do want to try more of the unique burgers next time I am in Vegas. read more

Food was very mediocre. Fries were cold. Hells kitchen burger was weak. Supposed to have jalapeño on it. None to be found. A big chunk of avocado that was decent. Small patty, no heat at all. Spicy aioli was also absent. For $27, I want at least a decent sized, Juicy burger with the toppings advertised. read more

Allen and I came here on a Friday night around 8 PM. We waited about an hour in line, and another 30 minutes to get our food. Pro tip 1: I *think* if you say that you want to sit at the bar, you can get seated faster! -1 Service was mediocre. The lady who was supposed to be serving us was too distracted by her friends or someone who were dining in at the same time as us. She left us hanging for a while, and took forever to get us our checks because she was too busy taking photos with people she knew! Only glimpse of hope in this restaurant was the busboy who did everything. Double thumbs up for you! We ended up ordering: 1) Truffle parmesan fries ($12): liked the sauces that came on the side! Pretty good portion size, and would recommend. 2) Farmhouse burger ($17): My favorite of the two burgers, just because I am a bacon and egg type of girl. Liked the sesame buns, and medium-well was cooked well! 3) Hell's kitchen burger ($17): This was a bit too much for me, but Allen seemed to enjoy it. A classic, if you don't know what to get here! Menu: pretty simple, nothing super fancy. Pricing: might be $1-$3 more than the average burger sit-down. Was it worth the wait? Not exactly. Worth coming again? Nah. What about first timers? Another outstanding restaurant by Gordon. Every time i am in Vegas i always make sure to go to at least one of his restaurants, if not all. This is obviously more casual than his other restaurants but you're still going to be paying a decent amount for the bill but it is worth it. The street corn dip to start was phenomenal, it was perfectly oozy and cheesy and i still think about it to this day. The truffle fries are always on point at every Ramsay restaurant, a must have with any meal. The burgers are huge and cooked to perfection. I always go for the Hells Kitchen burger which is topped with avocado, poblano and fried onion strings. I promise you will not be disappointed. read more

When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The front counter employee (short, rude, and completely disrespectful) the name of my receipt was "BRETT B." had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The way he speaks to customers is unacceptable. While we were there, we literally watched him look around to see if anyone was paying attention and then pour beer into a cup and drink it while working. We even recorded it -- unfortunately you can't post videos here. It was obvious something was off. His behavior, the lack of awareness, the attitude -- it left customers standing there whispering in shock that he was even on shift. It didn't stop there. While waiting at the pickup window, we watched a tall, bald employee standing on top of the deep fryers -- which were actively in use -- scraping the exhaust vents with a large knife. Those fryers contain extremely hot oil. Watching someone balance over active cooking equipment like that was alarming. If that's not a safety concern, I don't know what is. It certainly didn't look safe or professional. I'm sure OSHA will like to see the video that we have as well as the Southern Nevada Health District because I'm sure that these are both places that will see violation. As I fully planned to call my friend Joshua that works there and email him all of this. As for the food? The burgers are consistently dry and rarely made the way you order them. You don't get what you ask for. Period. I ordered medium and it was completely red inside. Please see photos and when I called and asked him about why it was wrong. The answer I got was the following. " well I don't know what to tell you. We only make what you give us when you order. You should check it before you walked away." It's unfortunate because this location has potential. It's in a casino, right by the sportsbook, and it's convenient -- which is likely the only reason people keep going. But convenience does not excuse poor service, questionable professionalism, and obvious safety concerns. I stand where I can see my food being prepared because I genuinely don't trust what's going on behind that counter. That says everything. This place needs serious evaluation of who they have working there and how it's being managed. Until that happens, I do not recommend eating here. Not unless you're prepared for incorrect orders, dry food, and customer service that makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. You'd honestly receive better service at McDonald's. I won't be going back. Eat here with caution.

We had a bachelor party July 29th 2022 weekend in Vegas. Highly recommend Brian Pfeiffer and Surreal Nightlife to help plan your event for success! Planning can be a lot of work, and having a seasoned professional focused on your experience can melt away the stress in your busy lives to ensure that your special and memorable event goes off without a hitch. Marquee day club was an absolute blast. A true highlight of the trip. Our group of 9 lads were staying at the Cosmo, so Marquee was a great way to kick off our Saturday after getting some early morning thrills in the dunes with Sun Buggy. Brian was there to greet us at 11:30, set us up with our Cabana and kept in touch through text and added an instagram post. It's natural to embrace a little volatility when Sin city is your destination, but this felt like having an extra member of the team. We are already talking about returning next summer. It would be very hard not to find us spending another afternoon at Marquee day club. DJ Spider was great. Everyone was friendly. We definitely picked the right hotel for this event. It is central on the strip, and we had free room upgrades, which was a pretty nice surprise. The on-site Marquee is party central, Secret Pizza was fun to try. We were not disappointed by the options for a quick bite to eat, and loved the short walking distance to Bellagio, Drai's at Cromwell, and Gordon Ramsay burger at Planet Hollywood. We did the Sunbuggy Mini BAJA chase at the Nellis dunes, about 20 minutes off strip. Transport was included pick-up and drop-off to hotel. 60 minutes of dirving and 4 hours total excursion time door-to-door was a blast. Highly recommended. If you are going in the summer, it will be hot. It is smart to do this activity early in the morning. Shout out to Mike and Levi! We caught a Tom Segura comedy show at the Mirage Aces of Comedy. This was another big winner. We are all huge fans, and were definitely not disappointed - very memorable. Brian Pfeiffer with Surreal Nightlife also organized our Saturday after Speed Vegas Exotic Racing. We raced Lamborghini Huracáns on the track. I don't know what else to say. Smiles for days. They offer discounts for groups of 5 or higher. For those that want to save on budget, you can enjoy the scene, take pictures and participate in there other entertaining options: Drifting ride-along and Go-karts. We managed to fit in Battlefield Las Vegas on our big Saturday bachelor day. I was pretty happy with this choice for a gun range, as we got picked up and dropped off at our hotel in a HUMVEE. The driver was in military uniform, it was just a really fun vibe, and rolling around the strip with doors off and sitting on the back of a HUMVEE was actually really fun. We had a really great experience, and this activity only takes two hours. The staff was very knowledgable, safe, and all the while keeping the energy high. Shooting AK47's, Desert Eagles and an array of other guns, this made for some pretty cool photos. We also got to keep the 50 Cal shell as a momento, and got to keep our target pages! The bachelor had a free round of that 50 Cal, which was a nice touch. Saturday night we saw Lil Wayne perform at Drai's Night Club. Brian Pfeiffer with Surreal Nightlife set us up with a bungalow table outside, which worked out perfectly for our group. We had a great view of the stage, the energy was great outside, the stogies drinks and good music were all flowing. Staff at Drai's are very professional, this is a classy establishment. We had zero issues. The worst service I have had in over 25 years! Mr Ramsey needs to go in undercover & shut this restaurant down! 1 waiter who was very bad, then 2 people bring over priced burger for the size with 3 sides of fries. Our party couldn't understand one word they said because they talk so fast like they were on drugs. Asked for a side of mayo & a beer with my burger. No beer, the mayo was literally just thrown on the table and who ever that was wasn't our waiter that we were told would be there to get my beer. No salt or any other condiments on the table as well couldn't see any to help myself. Then 2 others in our party of 3 started yelling to get someone to wait on us 10 minutes later again finally waiter came over and tried to apologize with a have way attitude, and when I tried to have a voice he immediately cut my words off. WOW Really I end up snapping saying I don't need a apology I need you to be quite and listen to me now, I didn't interrupt you. NOW the whole time the manger stands 10 feet be hide watching & listening to everything smiling like a punk kid waiting on a fist fight between me and the waiter & did NOTHING! If Mr. Gordon were there the manager would have been fired on the spot and he would have shut the restaurant down fired a lot & before reopening retraining his employees!! Wish I could give -5 stars, will never recommend this restaurant to anyone, will never go back again and actually had plans to go to his steak house next week but no way, no how, not now! Got to say, this one surprised me. I generally find "celebrity" restaurants to be disappointing, and I generally find most everything about Planet Hollywood disappointing, but my buddy was in the mood for a "great burger" while we were in Vegas, and our Uber driver (who seemed to know what he was talking about) really pushed to stop here. There was a pretty decent line when we arrived at 12:30 pm on a Friday, so it took about 20 minutes to get a seat. This restaurant is obviously used to the volume - the staff worked like a finely tuned machine, and was turning over those tables like clockwork. I think we were at the table for 15 seconds before we were being presented a drink menu, and our waitress was always close by (but never rushing). We had a clear view of the kitchen, and those chefs were working top speed without a single hiccup. From start to finish, it was clear that whoever manages the day-to-day at this place is just killing it, as not a single cog was out of place. Foodwise, this place is what it is - don't expect a lengthy,relaxed meal, but do expect a perfect place for a great burger, fries, and a beer. If it matters, I went with a Farmhouse Burger (egg, cheese and bacon), and it was just incredible. We split an order of Parmesean Truffle fries, and they were solid, but the real star was the homemade Kettle chip "nachos", with a cheddar cheese sauce, sour cream, corned beef and short rib. I've had dishes like this dozens of times, but this was absolutely perfect - don't miss it. Well, today we moseyed on over to Gordon Ramsay Burger for a little lunch before the day got away from us. The wait staff was mighty accommodating right from the start -- we asked if we could watch the Bama game, and our waiter didn't bat an eye. Friendly as could be, he helped us find a table with a good view and made sure we were settled in. Now, I've gotta say, I still can't get my taste buds to make peace with this Vegas water. I don't know what's in it, but it tastes like it's been filtered through the Great Salt Lake. So I waved the white flag and ordered myself a good ole root beer instead -- problem solved. My wife asked the waiter to change the TV to the Alabama game, and he jumped right on it. But Lord have mercy, that move nearly started a civil war among the staff. One fella clearly wasn't happy about losing his TV channel -- bless his heart -- and he spent the next fifteen minutes poutin' and chunkin' things around like a toddler who dropped his ice cream. We just sat back, sipped our drinks, and enjoyed the entertainment. As for the food, I ordered a hot dog this go-around, and well, it didn't exactly blow my boots off. Nothing terrible, just nothin' to write home about either. Next time, I'll take Gordon's hint and go for one of those fancy burgers he's famous for. All in all, good service, great staff (minus Mr. Grumpy), and a fun atmosphere for some football and lunch. If you stop by, order the burger -- and maybe keep the remote out of reach. read more

As a big fan of both Gordon Ramsy and juicy burgers, I felt obligated to try this place out while in Vegas. After wandering around trying to find this place (we didn't realize it was inside of a casino), we were finally ready to sit down around 10pm. Fair warning, since this is inside a casino, you have to walk through the clouds of cigarette smoke and crowds to get to the bathroom if you need to wash up before or after your meal. As for the menu, there are tons of really enticing options. I went for the Hells Kitchen Burger, because I love spicy foods. I must say, the burger was cooked perfectly, had incredible flavor, and did not have insane amounts of heat. There was also a seafood burger on the menu, which sounded too good to pass up! A burger patty made up of lobster and shrimp? Count me in. But because it's a $26 burger, we decided to order it and split it amongst the table so we could all taste it. The burger ended up being incredibly disappointing. I suppose we had high standards due to the fact that it was so expensive, but it did not at all resemble lobster meat and just tasted like we were biting into a burger made up of shrimp. Not great. All in all, I feel mixed about GRB. Food was good overall, but the prices are a bit high, the location isn't ideal, and our food took quite a while to come out, which was surprising at such a late hour when it was not too busy. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience my family and I had at Gordan Ramsey Burgers, particularly in our interaction with Michael Sager. Anticipating an enjoyable dining experience, my family of four arrived early, excited to try Gordan Ramsey burgers. Despite being the fourth party in line when the restaurant opened, our enthusiasm was dampened when we were seated by Michael Sager at a table uncomfortably close to the outside waiting line. Note, 99% of the restaurant was empty. Requesting a more inner table, we were initially directed to another table at the entrance/waiting line, which was far from ideal. After a discussion with Michael, we were reluctantly moved to a more inner table. This unnecessary back-and-forth significantly marred our over experience. Michael Sager's explanation regarding staffing constraints did not align with the subsequent seating of parties that arrived after us. Contrary to Michael's reasoning, they were comfortably seated at inner tables, leaving us puzzled and dissatisfied with the inconsistency. Regrettably, our entire dining experience was overshadowed by this incident, and it was exacerbated by what seemed to be a lack of customer service on Michael Sager or a potential exercise of unnecessary authority. I sincerely hope that this does not occur to other customers, especially when the restaurant just opened and they are still empty. read more

The Hell's Kitchen Burger, though, was a bit of a misfire on the heat; expected a little more fire from the name, but those peppers did add a nice kick. My only real squabble? The avocado needed a bit more time to hit that ripe sweet spot, kept sliding out of my burger with every bite. The fries were a letdown, pretty bland and nothing to write home about. I was here two years ago and had a good experience. Not so tonight :( I ordered a burger and onions rings and requested both items at the same time. They forgot my onion rings, and over cooked my burger. I guess they don't know what medium-plus is (even so I explained to the waitress it's slightly over medium)... my burger was dry - yuk. After I asked for the onion rings again, the waitress said oops I forgot to add it to the order, then grabbed my "ticket/bill" in the glass in front of me and charged me for the onion rings that came way late. Really? when you make a mistake like that you offer the item complimentary. Anyway for all the fuss Ramsay makes on TV about being perfect and this isn't bleeping good enough, well Gordo, that really wasn't BLEEPING good enough. Shame on you, shame on your staff. What a farce and disgrace. I guess real life is harder than a TV production. I'm not coming back. I live in NYC and there are a plethora of burger places that beat this place by a mile...and I don't have to wait 30 min in line and another 30 minutes for half my order. Ok, starting off, yes inside of it's location you are going to have to plan your visit due to it's popularity and wait maybe 20 - 30 minutes but once you are seated it is SO WELL WORTH IT! I have to say, I spoke to DESTINY one of the hostess at the front. She was so AWESOME and told me where to go "REST" until our turn. We were text messaged and in no time she had us a seat! THANK YOU DESTINY. We then handed off to Lenesia who then passed us to Karah who sat us. So nice people! Then, we get blessed to have SERGIO as our server! He never let the glass run empty, never let us ask for ANYTHING, and performed service that would be expected in the finest of dining! He even brought our son a desert for his birthday as well as one for us as our anniversary! THANK YOU SERGIO! Finally, we were table dropped no less than 2 times by the General Manager MR. Joe Rich. Fast forward to 2026 and the quality of the food remains very high. We split a fish box as the amount of fish in the box was generous and we knew there would be fries a'plenty as well. The two dipping sauces came in handy for both the fish and the fries, and I honestly have to say that the tartar sauce at Gordon Ramsay's is my absolute favorite; I love the smoothness and taste without the unsettling crunch of the relish/pickle bits you find in most tartar sauces. I followed this all up with a sticky toffee shake and while it was very good, the whipped cream was both underwhelming and far too plentiful. Next time I would forego the empty taste and calories. Staff were pleasant and efficient, our food took a handful of minutes and was definitely hot for us, too. My biggest complaint is the lack of seating and that what is there is so uncomfortable. Perhaps that's the idea, "eat and scram!," but the decor is so overly British and the food good, it would be nice to sit for a few minutes after devouring the seafood, you know?

The only reason I subtracted a star was that it was a tad greasy and slightly too much batter for the seafood BUT it was crispy and so tasty. The curry mango sauce was so good. The service was so friendly and it was really quick to get food. It's a great fast-casual place to stop by if you want some good food.

I guess gone are days of under $5 breakfast in Las Vegas. The multi-gran toast was large with accompaniments of butter and jelly. We ordered the chicken sandwich ($17.50) and the pimento mac and cheese for our side. We ordered it mild which still had a good kick and I liked the comeback sauce. The chicken was on the drier side though and not as good as other locations I've visited. The pimento mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy. This place also sells boozy slushies which are popular items especially in Vegas. It's a fast casual spot and the food was good.
