I ordered two chicken tender with garlic fries, a street corn, and a golden state cider. That came up to 38 dollars. The took about 10 minutes to receive. Drink was handed to me after paying. The corn was hard,burnt. It was not boiled before being grilled. It did not phave any favor to it at all. We didn't even eat the chicken tender. Took one bite and was done. Ate like three fries before calling it quits.They were Hella small and tasted like panko breading. The garlic fries weren't seasoned. We throw everything away which was a waste of money and food. Being very familiar with the Ferry Building location, I hadn't eaten here before, during, or after a game. It must have been tough opening while the NBA teams were still playing in the bubble where fans could not attend games. When the season started this year, we mostly ate in my car before going in for games. Now, as things are opening up again (vacc cards not required for entry into Chase Center), Gott's is getting a good following now. A few East Bay friends who'd never tried any of Gott's locations chose this for a post event meal on a weekday evening. There was a short line and it flowed pretty smoothly. We found a table in the main dining area near the door and waited for our buzzer to sound. A few minutes later, my friend and I went to the pick-up window and brought our order to the table. My friends enjoyed their orders of burgers and onion rings while I snacked on a soft serve with chocolate dip since I had a light meal at the event. A cool thing was that we shared our communal table with some of the event performers (Golden State Warriors' Hardwood Classics Dance Team). Fast forward a couple of weeks later, another friend and I came for the Billie Eilish concert. Boy, what a difference. The condiment dispensers were not functional likely due to Covid protocols so I went to the pickup counter and asked for some ketchup packets. We shared a California burger and some onion rings while my friend enjoyed her pistachio milk shake, a seasonal menu item. We were rushing a bit, not knowing whether there was an opening act, so no food photos. My Warrior seat neighbors enjoy the menu here so this is their pregame meal stop for most games. Best spot to watch the warriors game! They have lots of tables inside and out, multiple TVs inside, and a front row view of the giant screen on the chase stadium. The food is always great as well as their bar options, especially the frosé. Lines are always crazy during games so ORDER ONLINE and skip the long ass line. The restaurant was extremely busy, it's a upscale fast food venue and we didn't have too long until our concert was kicking off. Gott's over delivered, I got the chicken schnitzel sandwich. My son got a burger. We were both super surprised at how tasty the food was and how organized they were. The schnitzel was really tasty, better than some semi-upscale places that have something similar. The burger also was very tasty. They give you buzzers so we were able to hunt down a table whilst we waited. It's a bit competitive looking for an open table when there's an event on! We have been to Gotts in the Ferry Plaza and this place is so different - I highly doubt if I will return to the Ferry Plaza location. The way the Staples Center handles the food delivery is efficient. It is a beautifully decorated interior and a good patio to sit it on a sunny day. We had two glasses of wine and they served it in a Riedel glass. Also orded the Ahi tuna sandwich - best ever - fresh tuna. In addition we ordered the kale caesar which was also excellent - we did not know you couldn't order it without chicken but the chicken was so good we ate it all I ordered a plain hamburger which was super juicy and I asked for it rare and it was definitely rare - just the way I like it. Gotts at the Warriors location had a great experience. We did not go on gameday (which is why they were probably not slammed) but I would much rather walk or trolly to the Staples Center than be served cold mediocre food. read more

It can get crowded with any events at the Chase Center, but I'd be a lot better without any events. This location, which is their eighth in the Bay Area and only second in the city of San Francisco since founding their first location in 1999, is perhaps their most exciting yet, as the Chase Center arena, which serves as the new home to the NBA's Golden State Warriors is now serving as a new backdrop thanks to a gorgeous new courtyard area that also serves as a home to other restaurants, their ticket window, the entrance to the interior of the arena, and even an open-air area in which they show complimentary movies on the side of the main building. With this location having finally opened in September of 2021, I was determined to get here, as I have been to a majority of their locations (with their independently operated stand at the San Francisco Airport currently out of commission) and getting this one off my checklist while we had out-of-town tourists staying with us, who had a hankering to get their hamburger appetite satiated, only added to our insistence on finally making an appearance on a recent winter afternoon for lunch. The menu at Gott's Roadside is simple as it is broken down into sections such as The Burgers, Fries & More, Sandwiches, Salads, Soup & Chili, Tacos, and Hot Dogs. All of the burgers sold at Gott's Roadside feature an angus beef patty from Niman Ranch that is cooked medium well along with a locally baked bread roll. I decided to order a California Burger, which was topped with a fried egg, Cowgirl Creamery's Wagon Wheel cheese, Zoe's bacon, arugula, balsamic onions, and mayo all served on a toasted sesame brioche bun. Others in my party ordered their Kimchi Burger which featured a hamburger topped with a fried egg, kimchi, American cheese, Zoe's bacon, and spicy gochujang mayo; their Cheeseburger which was topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and secret sauce on a toasted egg bun; from their Today's Specials Menu, their Dungeness Crab Sandwich, and from their Kids Menu, their Chicken Tenders, which were three tenders served with fries and small drink. Along with a generous amount of French Fries ordered from their Fries & More menu, the wait for our food took more than its fair share of time, but once they came out, we were ready to feast! It's tray service at Gott's Roadside, in which your transponder buzzes and then you approach the counter to pick up your entire meal, which is presented on a metal tray in which you bring back to your table. This casualness fits in perfectly with the picnic table ambience in which you eat your burger straight off that tray and right into your tastebuds! I thought my burger was nicely evenly cooked served with a lot of ingredients, some of which were working against one another when you absorbed every bite, but overall it was a hearty burger, one in which I would totally order again. Everyone else in my party seemed to enjoy themselves and their meal as well, as the vibe is definitely more sports bar-esque thanks to the number of flat panel television screens hanging from above playing various sporting channels. And what better place than at a sports arena to grab a quick bite and then catch a game or event in the indoor event center right next door? I plan on returning to this location of Gott's Roadside many more times down the road, as the Chase Center will no doubt have more events to attend, and what better feeling is there than grabbing a well-made relatively inexpensive quality hamburger before heading inside for an experience that you will remember for a long time to come? I've been to the Gott's at the Ferry Building, Walnut Creek, Napa, and this particular one at Chase is probably my favorite! A great addition to cheer on for the Warriors. It has a great view of the main projector outside to watch the games. Despite the large crowds during events, service is reasonably quick and the team members are very friendly (they help clear the tables for you, which is super nice!) The California burger is my go-to order, and it never disappoints. It's juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of toppings to make it a real treat. Fried egg and balsamic caramelized onions? Had the opportunity to visit Gott's Roadside at Thrive City during its soft opening week. I've eaten at Gott's in Napa and St Helena so I have an idea of what to expect. You could tell the soft opening was needed because the staff was trying to get used to the flow, their specific roles, customer service, etc. Menu offers a wide range of american traditional and fusion foods; for example, you can get a bacon cheeseburger or be adventurous and get kimchi burger, cob salad or vietnamese chicken salad, you get the idea. You can choose from Burgers, Fries/Chicken/Brussel Sprouts, Sandwiches, Salads, Soup & Chili, Tacos and Hot Dogs. Along with a wide selection of beers and wines. Service - As expected, still needs to work out its opening kinks but no red flags. Actually, we decided to eat outside on the steps and a staff member who was on break saw my coworker drop a lemon wedge. He offered to go in and get her another one if needed. The effort is definitely there so I can appreciate that. Food -Bacon Cheeseburger: Cooked medium-well, could've been seasoned a little more, bacon was pretty thin 6/10 -Garlic Fries: Delicious but remember, if you plan on wearing a mask afterwards, you'll be breathing in your own garlic breath for hours. No chunks of garlic, but the garlic butter its tossed in was infused into the fries pretty well. 7/10 -Ahi Poke Crispy Tacos (3 tacos): These were refreshing, crunchy, ahi was decent, nice slice of avocado: 8/10 -Chili Cheese Fries: Wish it was hot when I received it, but they were a bit soggy and underwhelming. Chili had a good flavor and thickness to it. 5/10 -Arnold Palmer (lemonade/ice tea): Solid, cant go wrong with this drink. Seating They offer long bench seating indoors along with a couple of tables in front of their business. You can always take your food at sit anywhere in Thrive City to eat. They have TV's broadcasting games inside. What to expect? You're going to spend anywhere from $13-35+ per person depending on what you order. Don't expect huge portions; if you've never eaten at Gott's, take a look at other customer's meals as you're waiting in line to get an idea of size. Finally had the chance to check out Gotts on 10/4/21 for dinner after a long day of work. This hot New addition to Thrive City next to the new Chase center is in a peak location for people to grab some food before or after a concert. We came in with high expectations for this new burger spot. It was Mediocre at best. I honestly expected more of a wow factor when thinking of this type of burger location especially given the price of all the items on the menu, especially since the cheapest burger on the menu is a hamburger starting at $8.00. We had multiple items on the menu WISCONSIN BURGER CALIFORNIA BURGER GARLIC FRIES CHILI CHEESE FRIES CHICKEN TENDERS 2 Fountain Drinks I payed about $57.00 The best item that we ordered for the evening would have to be the California Burger. It was a cooked well, the egg on it was perfect. The bun was toasty, yes it could have had more bacon but overall really good burger that I I would grab again. I enjoy the temperature that the meat was cooked at, it was pink and juicy so good job on that. The Wisconsin burger was meh. I did ask for the mushrooms on the side since I didn't know if they would make or break the burger. I was correct in my assumption since I enjoyed it more without the mushrooms, but honestly its just an over priced bbq burger. The fries can honestly be sooo much better and there is so much room for improvement, the garlic fries were lacking garlic. They tasted bland. The Chili Cheese fries were also not that great. The Chili itself was lacking flavor. The chicken tenders were also okay. I didn't care too much for the breading. I can honestly say that my biggest turn off factor to this location is the lack of Normal flavored sauces. What type of restaurant doesn't carry Plain ranch, or plain Bbq sauce. Yes I understand that this is supposed to be a "fancy burger " location but some people might not enjoy spicy bbq sauce or cilantro ranch. So overall it was super over priced and totally overrated location. I might have to stop by just to try other items on the menu and hopefully something else can catch my attention. The employees were wonderful tho, very friendly and had fantastic customer service. Didn't think it was possible, but it's even better than I remembered it! We are so excited to have a burger place in our neighborhood, and even more stoked that it's a Gott's Roadside. We have been taking our walks with the pups around the Chase Center every so often to check in on the progress of its opening and we're lucky enough to dine during their soft opening today. Just a short walk from my apartment makes this mildly dangerous to my waistline But I'll be glad when I'm craving a burger or wanting to refuel from a long run around the city. Nice outer crunch and sweet interior. Garlic fries were solid, but the ones at the Giants Stadium will still make it difficult to win out. I also got an Arnold Palmer and my bf got a lemonade. A super fun place to get a quick bite without having to pay for Warriors tickets! The atmosphere is super fun on game days- there are lots of fans cheering on the Warriors inside. It's made even more fun by the picnic style seating so you can mingle with others or sit in a booth. I was a little thrown off that there isn't BBQ at this restaurant, it's more hot dogs and burgers. I will say that I have enjoyed the food every time I've gone! I always get the Vietnamese chicken salad which is a terrific blend of spicy and sweet. Seriously the chicken on it is soooo good. Of all the eateries outside Chase Center, Gott's seemed the most approachable and affordable. Seating is available inside but the patio seats are coveted because you have a view of the incredibly huge video screen. I got lucky, they had Pliny the Elder on tap (10+% ABV) and it was delicious. I love this place I'm here about twice a month. Perfect burger great salads ice tea. All round a great restaurant. Till you get to the FRIES. 50% of the time they are bang on hot crispy ( I order extra crispy). The other 1/2 I have send them back they are cold, soggy, and limp. Went there before the Metallica concert they were slammed. We got the Crab sandwich and garlic fries. The Crab sandwich was amazing worth the price $25 the crab was done perfectly there was a good amount on the sandwich some lettuce and mayo nothing else to mask the taste of the crab it came with green onions we ordered it without. The sandwich was so delicious that when we were leaving town for home we stopped and got them again to go. Again awesome!! Don't change a thing on the sandwich.
