I usually eat in or you can place a to-go order over the phone. They are quick and efficient and your order is usually ready in about 20-25 minutes. Recently, I placed a phone order for a medium grilled catfish and did not eat the food until 40 minutes later. The fish was still piping hot! They give you plenty of veggies and two types of sauce, a tamarind and a shrimp paste (mam ruoc) one. Both are good. I have also had their GRILLED SQUID WITH CHILI SATE- 5 stars and it was very fresh as well. It had great flavor and a nice kick of spice. I can't wait to try their other dishes. We rolled them into the rice papers along with all the veggies and condiments and dipped them into either some sort of fish sauce or tamarind sauce. During the meal I found out I suck at rolling rice paper rolls...but I was able to make a few on my own thankfully.
