Found this place on Yelp before my trip to Napa. My sis and I made reservations there on a Friday night. Our reservations were at 4pm since our flight had just gotten in that day and our bodies were still on East Coast time. There were very few people in there. I imagine it gets much busier later in the night, or especially at peak times for Napa. Overall, I felt like their menu wasn't that big/appealing. My sister really wanted to try the cornbread and I was totally on board since I love cornbread. It came out in four little slices. Overall, I was not impressed. I honestly like Boston Market or Famous Dave's cornbread much better than this. After reviewing the menu, I opted for a burger. You can't seem to go wrong with a burger! The burger itself was okay. I didn't like the pickles (I like dill pickles, not sweet pickles!). But I really liked the fries. I honestly devoured them and they were so good that my sister ordered a side for herself as well because she liked mine so much. Honestly the fries are what separated them from a 2 star to a 3 star review, because overall I wasn't too impressed. All in all, this didn't knock my socks off but it also wasn't terrible. I wanted to try as much as I could so I came here with some friends and we shared few dishes. Bloody Mary . Freshly made in house. It wasn't too spicy, just enough to feel the kick. Started with the Seared Ahi Tuna Niçoise Salad. So delicious !! The fried poached egg really topped it off well. Iron Skillet Cornbread with Lavender Honey Butter . I really wanted to love it but the Cornbread was lacking the flavor and crispness I was expecting. My friends looooved them though so it's worth trying out again on my next trip up. Eggs Benedict . I'm a huge fan of Eggs Benedicts so I had to try this one. I was disappointed that one of my poached eggs was over cooked while the other was perfectly made. This was one of the few breakfast places near our Airbnb that was dog friendly. We walked to this place and were seated outside. **FYI** if you are bringing your dog, they only let you do so in parties of two since the patio is pretty small. Luckily it was a nice sunny day so we did not mind. They have a good wine/ beer selection. We got a mimosa and a glass of french champagne, but were excellent. I got the chilaquiles and my mom got the breakfast tamale. We also ordered the cornbread with the honey butter. Everything was excellent! the flavor was amazing. They had a very limited menu to order from. We started off with some strawberry and peach bellinis with corn bread which were probably the highlight of this brunch. We visited on 9/18 and were seated at a sidewalk table for two. They were very busy. Our server didn't have much time to explain the menu, but it was easy to read and understand the dishes. We started with Skillet Cornbread which came with Lavender Honey butter..YUM. We also tried the strawberry goat cheese with crusty baguette, also yum. I loved our experience at Grace's Table. As walk-ins on a Friday evening, the restaurant was full but they were able to accommodate us at the bar. Bar seating is a little tight but with fairly quick turnover, we had more space in a few minutes. The friendly bartender served us, which made for quick, efficient service. I ordered the burger medium rare and it came out perfect. The fries have a chili powder that I later learned is known for being more flavorful and less spicy. Great spot for a casual Napa style California cuisine type lunch. I liked that they have outdoor seating and there was lots of energy in the diverse crowd. Great for groups. Easy metered street parking. Sat at the bar and started off with their bloody mary ($9) which was interesting since its base is a chili basil soju. I liked the twang of the pickled veggies. The dishes were are all pretty good, but the starters and dessert were the highlights. Make sure you get the cornbread w/lavendar honey butter ($6). Pretty unique and unlike any cornbread you'll ever have. The vanilla bean cheesecake ($8) is another must order. I liked how it wasn't too sweet with the chantilly cream (sweeter whipped cream) and fresh strawberries. The standout is the light and airy texture. Legit! The beet salad ($11) was pretty awesome as well. Fresh chunks of avocado, bleu cheese, and the lemon vinaigrette brightened this well balanced dish. Scallop risotto ($31) was decent. Light sear on the scallops with a more firmer risotto texture. The subtle sweetness of the corn and squash was overpowered by the savory/salty parmigiano reggiano. Skip. My friends and I came for brunch before we went wine tasting so that we wouldn't get too tipsy off wine! ;) We were some of the first people in the restaurant, and I really liked the ambiance of Grace's Table. It was airy and light, but still had a homey feel with candles and table decor running along the polished wood tables. We took a look at both breakfast and lunch menus, and we ended up ordering from both. The breakfast menu is fairly simple and there weren't many choices, but I would definitely recommend the chilaquiles! That was the tastiest dish out of all the ones we tried. I ordered the quiche, which was simple but good. The fish tacos I didn't like as much because the fish were kind of tough. The homemade tortillas were delicious though. Another must-try for the table: cornbread with lavender honey butter! The cornbread was seriously amazing! Crispy on the edges but buttery and and soft on the inside with real bits of corn. Why? Why cannot any other restaurant deliver breakfast like this? Sure it's packed. Inside and out. So you might have to wait 10-15 minutes. Easy to understand why. I have enjoyed both breakfast and lunch here, and you simply cannot beat the food. Most recently, breakfast. A full pig out, but why not when it is so damn good. An egg white omelette with fresh peppers, mushrooms and cheese. Crisp smoked bacon. And a potato patty, chock full of great spices, finely diced peppers and onions. The potato patty is hands down the best breakfast potato serving I have ever enjoyed. They will not give me the recipe :( Accompanied that with a short stack of melt in your mouth buttermilk pancakes, loaded with fresh raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Food is mediocre. By the way brunch menu stops at 12pm! Ordered the gnocchi and Kobe burger and they were okay. Burger was the saving grace for the lunch as it was a juicy and decent burger. Nothing extra special tho - I wouldnt wait in line for this but it satisfied my husband's cravings :) Gnocchi on the other hand - 2/5 at most. Gnocchi is boiled, not even pan seared to get a crust to the pasta. On top of that the pesto sauce was severely watered down due to the water from the gnocchi. Not recommended (it actually made me think that Costco's sample gnocchi is more legit). If you do come visit, try the other dishes, we might've just gotten the dishes that aren't as good because based on our experience, the rating for the restaurant is sadly a little inflated. read more

Brunch food was slammin! The wait was nothing, as we beat the crowd. My husband ordered the chilaquiles and I had the eggs benedict. The chilaquiles was so perfect, all the flavors melded together beautifully. It looked like a killer mess but it was the perfect song in each bite. My eggs benedict consisted of perfectly toasted English muffins with over easy eggs cooked with soft yolk ooozing out slowly over the Canadian protein. I couldn't tell you how slowly I ate it to savor each moment with the benedict. Each bite got me closer to finishing it and I didn't want our relationship to end. But alas, all good things must come to an end and I left smiling at how perfect everything was. I'm definitely making this place my go-to brunch place in Napa. I don't think this place takes reservations so come early to grab a seat because it gets packed. We got here at around 10am and had to wait 15-20min to get seated. I thought the cornbread was supposed to be cooked in an iron skillet but I think it had some grill marks on it... anyway... the cornbread was pretty average and a bit dry in my opinion but that lavender honey butter was BOMB. Eggs Benedict, Canadian bacon, artisan english muffin, herbed hollandaise,peperonata potato cake: This was a pretty solid dish. The flavors were excellent and that hallandaise sauce was so good. My only complain is that one of the two eggs was busted before it got to the table :(. They should've replaced it before serving... Grilled chicken sandwich with rosemary aioli, grilled onion, provolone, butter lettuce, focaccia, house made pickles, with root vegetable chips: One of the healthier choices I think. This place is a five star place, the waiter neglected to ask if I wanted dessert and just handed me the bill. I just thought they did not have dessert but I noticed some great looking dishes in the photos later on - minus one star. I started with the corn bread with lavender honey butter. This is what I look for in a great chef, it was the best corn bread I have ever had. I moved on to the pork belly app - again, they rocked it with pear and a crostini. Finally, I chose the tamale because it looked so good in the pics. I was not disappointed, it was not only delicious but it was a piece of art. The presentation was so creative. I really want to give this place the fifth star, but I walked around town trying to find something for my sweet tooth and came up empty. I will definitely be going back though. read more

Got there and there was wait time which was fine, (30 min). When we got our table they got our order and took over 30 minutes to give us our food. Then an extra 15 minutes because they didn't have my brothers food ready and then we waited another 20 minutes for them to bring the check. Mind you there was a bunch of empty tables around us so it shouldn't have taken that long. Plus the food came to us already just warm. Not even hot and ready but warm and it got cold pretty fast. My glass of water also had red specks of food inside meaning it wasn't clean. They also add 20% automatically of gratuity so you can't even control that especially if service was just mid. It was definitely not Michelin star flavor either. It was not good, and I'm from the Valley so I've had my fair share of busy, and good places. It's disappointing. read more

The menu wasn't huge, but it has plenty to choose from for everyone. We've ordered fruit plate, cornbread (with lavender honey butter. sooo lavender-y), seared ahi tuna salad with fried egg (thats something new!), chilaquiles etc. Everything was delicious. There was no wait for a table of 2 and we were seated quickly. The waitress attended to us almost immediately for our drinks, but the service fell off quite a bit after that. It was approximately a 15 minute wait to put the food order in followed by 20-25 minute wait for the food. Speaking of the food, we got the steak and eggs and the pancakes. Both were average and borderline bland. For the price charged, neither meal was worth it. The ambiance inside was very nice, but did not make up for the lack of service or food quality. read more

After looking through yelp reviews/ pictures I wanted to grab lunch here with the bf before heading to the next winery in wine country. I love the lavender honey butter but the corn bread itself was ok to me. Ahi Tuna Nicoise Salad with Deep Fried Egg: MMM! This dish wasn't a disappointment. Every ingredient on the dish balance each other very well. The yolk fried egg was a plus! Hangar Steak and Frites: The meat was cooked to medium rare which was perfect but I was not particularly fond of the marinate. I liked the fries more than my steak which was a bummer. Kobe Beef Burger with Bacon, Cheese and a Fried Egg: My BF asked for medium rare but it the patty was cooked to medium which made the burger taste very dry even with a fried yolky egg. My BF also enjoyed his fries more than the burger. Overall, the service and food was mediocre. And lunch was expensive, $65 before tax or tip.
