Very cool place for brunch! Great food! Must try the maple bacon donuts! Staff were friendly and calm even though the restaurant was busy. We went on a Monday and it was packed! Can't even imagine what this place is like on the weekends! Fresh ingredients, and food came out pretty quickly. Finding parking can be a challenge especially with the surrounding community under construction but if you pack your patience to find parking the food here will be the reward! Restaurant was bright and simple deco but seemed a bit cramped. We were seated fairly close to the kitchen area but also next to the main walking aisle. Sitting somewhere different may have provided a different feel. Would definitely try this place again!
We got lucky with parking this morning just before 9am. They seated us right away since we there were only two of us. The service was exceptional and one point during Sunday brunch . The portions were ginormous and I could complain about the 25-30$ price tag on most of the menu items. Everything tasted delicious and my wife loved the ginger lime mimosa
A cool brunch/lunch spot! Parking can be a little tricky, so I'd recommend carpooling if you're going with a bigger group. We went on a weekday and didn't have to wait, but I'm not sure how busy weekends get. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly. The vegan hash had amazing flavor -- I especially loved the sweet potatoes and mushrooms. The maple bacon donuts were good too, but definitely very rich. I couldn't finish one myself, so I'd recommend sharing them with a few people. Overall, the food was really good. A little pricey, but honestly what isn't these days?
We brought my husband for Father's Day and it was such a dad place to be! The portions on the French toast, pancakes, and table side beignets were massive! We ordered one ordered of the French toast logs on their own, one order of the French toast logs with fried chicken, the banana pancakes with peanut butter, and fried banana, and one American breakfast. For drinks we had the mimosa flight, and a hot latte. The service was great out on the patio and the ambiance was lovely. Brendyn was a great server and so kind. I appreciated the fountain behind us and that it's dog friendly though we didn't bring ours.
After passing by this spot countless times, I finally made it in and overall, it was a solid experience with a few things worth noting. First off, the location is right in the heart of Hillcrest near the DMV, so it's definitely a busy area. There IS parking, but fair warning.... the spaces are tight. There's only one way in and one way out, which gets pretty congested. With it being such a popular breakfast spot, there were a lot of people (including families) waiting outside, and it felt crowded. A larger or more organized waiting area would really improve the experience. That said, once we got inside, things definitely picked up. The host was kind and got us seated pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The interior design is beautiful very spacious, airy, and thoughtfully put together. Each table had a small flower vase (looked real!), which added a really nice touch. Service-wise, Edgar took great care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which always makes a difference. For food, we ordered the steak with truffle fries and the French toast. The steak was requested medium but came out more well done than wanted. The truffle fries were really good, though. The French toast portion is HUGE definitely shareable. Personally, I would've preferred the syrup on the side because the bottom layer was pretty soaked, which gave it more of an eggy texture. That said, the bacon and blueberries paired really well and balanced it out nicely. Drinks were a bit of a mixed bag. The mimosas leaned heavily on the orange juice...more than I expected served in a more casual glass than I would've liked for the vibe of the place. I also tried the house coffee, which unfortunately didn't hit for me. Overall: beautiful space, great service from Edgar, and decent food with a few execution tweaks needed. I'd come back, but probably with adjusted expectations (and maybe park a block away next time)
Food was excellent.. everything came out hot and fresh tasting... service was good and server up sold some breakfast items didn't Catch her name but she did well if the owner reads this exactly what you want.. the place is old fashioned but modern inside. The food is amazing the French toast is to die for. Bring an appetite.
Been here twice and liked my second time around a lot better! I can see why they have a Michelin star and it's well deserved. I ordered the Scrambled Eggs with Zucchini and potatoes. It was really good and great taste. The busboy was so kind and funny when taking the things away. Service was very good and helpful. Place is loud but because it fills up fast but it's a great place to have a great time.
Y'all... this place is WORTH THE HYPE 100%. I went on a Sunday morning with some friends and put our name in for four. We had time to walk and grab a coffee down the street and come back before our name was called. Once seated, we ordered the maple bacon donuts for the table. Dare I say a MUST have! I usually don't love maple flavored foods, but these donuts got eaten quickly. I then got the picnic brunch because I was in a snack mood and it was so amazing to just graze on some high quality bread, cheese, grapes, and jam. My friends were also raving about their orders. The decor was cute, light, bright, and I can't wait to bring out of towners here soon!
What a pleasant surprise this was. We were sat really quickly and my eyes went all over the menu. I quickly ordered the Caesar of Spain and Pistachio Brie to start. The salad was intensely amazing and packed with flavor. The Brie and chutney.... Holy cow. I could have sat there and eaten a whole wheel. For entrees we ordered the prime rib and buttermilk fried chicken. The mashed potatoes....... Ugh. What a dream. I love old fashioned mashed potatoes that are still chunky! Perfectly flavored. The buttermilk chicken was insanely good. The waitress let me know I could substitute the thigh with a breast. So i ordered two breasts. They were so good and so moist. I can't stand dry chicken and this was nothing near. The donuts were huge and unexpected. They reminded me of fair food. When i bit into mine it felt super doughy and uncooked (i understand it was cooked thoroughly and this is just the texture of deep fried dough). It was heavy and dense. I had two bites and had to tap out. We took these home and ate these over the course of a two days. Quite a bit. As an overall complaint.. I'm not really for dog owners bringing their dogs INTO restaurants. As I understand the CDPH policies against non-service dogs in food facilities... i was surprised to be sat next to someone who had their dog on the booth bench and was feeding the dog from the table/plate. I've never seen a service dog doing that... I noticed a few employees stare at the dog eating on the bench and table and not say anything. Kinda gross. But I'll just have to keep that consideration in the future.
First time visiting for dinner. We started with the pistachio baked brie which was pretty good. I ordered the prime rib since the waiter raved about it, and I do like prime rib, but it's so hard to find a good one. This place wasn't the exception. I was super disappointed in the prime rib. It was super firm and tough to cut despite it's beautiful presentation. The mashed potatoes and asparagus paired perfectly with the meat too. The gravy was also really good! Too bad the cut was poor. I was excited when I saw it too because it was a huge piece of prime rib. Oh well! My husband thought the burger was good but nothing special. Service was okay. No one came over to offer refills on our drinks until we basically got our check. The gentleman working the host stand was pleasant. Overall, the food and experience was average at best.
Great is great and Great Maple is close to it in my book. Great seating indoors or out. Great service from the moment you walk in, til the moment you walk out very full and happy. We got a recommendation here and I honestly remember this place from years ago being just as busy, but now even busier and why I hadn't got to try. But fate and the power of the most important weekend meal of the day, brunch brought us in. I knew I was gonna go for the Vegan Hash, but just before strolling over from some window shopping on Park Blvd, we got a food recommendation for Great Maple's French Toast Logs. Left that all to bae as it's smoked bacon syrup, brioche style cut and battered "fire logs", topped with fresh mountain blueberries + powdered sugar... He ate as much as he could, loved it but couldn't finish it. It's definitely a meal for two. Being the the plant-based foodie of the two of us I can say my, cilantro, charred kale, cinnamon glazed sweet potatoes, fresh avocado, garlic, harissa, mushrooms, onion, tomato, and yukon potatoes via the Vegan Hash was soooo delicious. I added a little hot sauce, ketchup and pepper to get it some more heat. And feel like love with this dish. I do wish they had more clear cut plant-based options in 2026, but always grateful for what I can enjoy, not to mention or server. Pretty sure things like the Kale & Quinoa Salad or Great Maple House Salad can be made dairy free, like their S.D. Eggplant Sandwich. Good beverage options, from Bloody Mary's to Daiquiris to Margaritas and all your juice, coffee, soft drink, tea and water needs. Located on Washington Street with their on lot, encompassed by a unique set of intersections and the streets Cleveland Avenue and Lincoln Avenue. Open from 8AM to 2PM Monday through Friday, til 230PM Saturday and Sunday with dinner hours Friday as well as Saturday only, 5PM til 9PM. Reservation encouraged.
Breakfast was such a hit here! First time being here and will absolutely be back. Ordered Johnny's Silver dollar pancakes with the French blueberry crumb and it was so delicious. I added the apple chicken sausage on the side, you don't see that option in most restaurants so that was nice ! and it just made the whole meal that much better. Nice vibe inside the restaurant but the patio is really the spot to sit and enjoy breakfast. Servers were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Overall just a really solid breakfast spot in Hillcrest. Be back soon
We visited Great Maple for Sunday brunch without realizing it's been a Michelin-recommended spot for several years, so expectations were high. The wait was about 30 minutes, which wasn't bad considering the brunch rush, but parking was a real challenge -- especially with the Hillcrest Farmers Market taking up most of the nearby spots. Inside, the restaurant is lively and full of energy, but also very loud and tightly packed. Walking space between tables is almost nonexistent, so if you value elbow room, I'd recommend sitting at the bar or ordering to-go. We ordered the chilaquiles, brisket hash, pork belly, and French toast logs. Every dish was flavorful and well-executed -- meats were tender, portions generous, and nothing felt overly greasy or heavy. The brisket hash stood out for its depth of flavor, and the French toast logs were surprisingly balanced, not too sweet. Portions are large enough to share, and we definitely couldn't finish everything. Food: 4.5/5 - Excellent flavor and texture. Ambiance: 2/5 - Too loud and cramped for comfort. Service: 3.5/5 - Friendly but stretched thin due to crowd size. Overall, I'd give Great Maple a solid 4/5. The food lives up to the Michelin mention, but next time I'll plan ahead, share a plate, and probably skip the coffee -- it was too dark and bitter for my taste. read more
Easy parking, exceptional service, refined flavors, generous portions! Came in for breakfast on a weekday, plenty of seats. Parking was easy on their private lot. Things we ordered 1) hot mocha with whipped cream- rich chocolatey and coffee flavor, mildly sweet. It was really good 2) smoked beef brisket hash was the winner today. The flavors and textures complemented nicely. The brisket was tender and flavorful, very light on salt. Potatoes were so good dipped in the egg yolk from the poached egg. The kale and tomatos also tasted super fresh. This was a well balanced, high protein meal. We will definitely order this again. The portion was also so huge we have enough for another full meal. 3) french toast logs were super light and fluffy. Lots if blueberry and lots of bacon (pile on top and another pile on the side of plate). Syrup was light and not too sugary tasting. Service was exceptional. Our waitstaff made great recommendations and were very knowledgeable about the menu. She also saw the water glass wasn't clean as she was bringing it and fixed it right away. When we packed our leftovers for to-go, they provided an extra side of syrup. The very clean bathroom also had really classy vibes. read more
This place is super crowded and can be very loud . There was a bit of a wait but they have a decent amount of waiting areas to wait around . The service was fine , the food was Fabulous! My son loved the kids sliders . The fried chicken was juicy , needed a tad more flavor but cooked fresh . The French toast was divine . I was a little disappointed on the size of my caramel coffee and weird that it was served in a glass cup that is usually used for water . I would definitely come here again and try something new and perhaps call ahead and put my name on the list . read more
This was a after church brunch. I suggest reservations but we had none. It was just 2 of us. I was put on wait list. The hostess said 10-15 minutes which wasn't bad for this place. My name was called within 5 minutes and was sat on the patio. Stephanie was our waitress and she was great! I got the French toast logs. OMG OMG so soft and buttery. Breakfast at Great Maple Hillcrest was truly a unique and pleasant experience. The place is super clean, even during a very busy morning, which is impressive on its own. What stood out the most was the staff--despite the rush, not a single person looked stressed. The atmosphere felt welcoming, calm, and genuinely happy. The food was excellent, with generous portions, and the fun music added a special touch--it felt like fireworks to my heart. Even the details mattered--the bathroom was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the property was on point. I also noticed the general manager opening the doors right on time and kindly taking the time to explain menu items to a guest. That level of attention is rare. Usually, in busy places, managers and staff don't have time to connect with customers, but not here. The manager's engagement and positive energy clearly spread to the entire team. Everyone felt welcome. It's refreshing to see a manager so present and involved, rather than hidden in an office. That leadership makes a big difference. Thank you, Great Maple, for delivering not just great food but an unforgettable experience. The complimentary birthday dessert was the cherry on top--priceless. We stopped by this popular brunch spot in San Diego and it didn't disappoint. We got lucky and didn't have to wait that long, about 5-10 min. We started with their Maple bacon doughnuts, a must try! They come out hot and fresh, and have a soft chewy texture. So good! We also had the French toast logs, Chicken sandwich, Sunshine squash blossom hash, Smoked brisket hash, Chorizo and Hardwood bacon scramble melts. All the menu portions are quite large so you can share if you want. The restaurant is pretty large with a lot of seating. They do get really busy, but all the staff were friendly and accommodating. Favorite brunch spot in SD for over 10 years. Huge plus is that they accept reservations, so no worries getting seated quickly if you plan ahead even on a busy holiday weekend. The interior is charming retro diner style, and service is always swift and extra friendly. The menu is big and has something for everyone. The carnivores at my table enjoyed the brisket hash and chorizo dishes, which each come attractively plated with seasoned potatoes, bread and/or fruit mini sides. I tried the peach donuts, which were hefty, filling and delicious. The beignets are paper bag shaken tableside, and are best eatilen piping hot, still pillowy and dipped in fresh lemon curd. I always want to try the apple pie and cocktails but never have enough tummy space leftover. Last time I ate here, a mystery patron comped my table's tab, which has never happened before and left me with an extra special impression of this spot. Look forward to sating my occasional brunch cravings here for many more years to come. read more

Went for a Saturday morning brunch (my 3rd time there) and it was exceptional! The food was fast, the portions were gargantuan, and the pickle Bloody Mary was *chef's kiss*! The service was efficient and it had everything you'd expect in a breakfast diner, but make it upscale. We had a reservation at 10:15 and there was no line, but by 11:15 there was a line out the door. read more
This place gets quite crowded on the weekends so reservation in advance is highly recommended. There's always a big crowd outside waiting. We were seated on their back patio this time. The table top was a bit warped and uneven so we had to be careful placing our drinks. There was plenty of shade. Our waitress was great. Service was stellar and she kept on checking in with us. I wish I remembered her name. The food was delicious. We ordered mimosas all around and beignets to start. Our entrees arrived all together and portions were large. I ordered their brisket hash and that was really filling. I had to take half home. Their French toast was very popular. We ordered it as well and my friends liked it. We've always been happy with the food and service here. Parking on the weekend is a little difficult to find. Head across the street to the north side and park in the residential area. read more
What can I say about Great Maple? They live up to their name of being great, this place hits every time for brunch! the service is always fantastic and the vibes are always feeling good. i love their patio area very much, its nice and shaded and it feels open. the inside gives modern diner vibes and is also so great to sit in (and with comfortable chairs, which is a plus as a plus-size person) I only come for breakfast so idk about their dinners but i can tell you that their morning bites are AMAZING! i often get the squash blossom hash because the stuffed squash blossom is soooo good. i also love their seasonal scramble. their french toast logs, which they're known for, are kind of iconic. but their bacon doughnut, which is their signature??? legendary! that ish deserves an award, it's so so good. love great maple, it's a staple in the community and i always am happy when i get to head over there. read more

Had a fairly decent experience here for brunch. My group ordered the beneighs to share. I ordered a peach Bellini and bacon scramble. Everything came in good time and our server was attentive. I asked for hot sauce and it came in ok time as well. The flavor of my scramble was pretty standard and a decent portion. I remember coming a couple years ago and it sucked (it prior came in a small metal tin). The cheese on top was only partially melted so there were still strands of cold cheese. Additionally, one set of utensils we were given was not clean and had food in the fork. Everything is standard pricing for brunch, expect to spend $20-40 each. Parking will likely be a struggle. read more

We had the best time at the place with our Server Kaylyn! Her attitude was just so joyful and amazing and positive! We sat outside and it was such a nice day and the waterfall noises make it so peaceful and a great dining experience overall! Soo clean! I cant even rate the food because no number exists that can describe how great the food is! Weve been here three times and it just gets better and better. Whatever happens in the kitchen im sure its magic! We stopped here for dessert only today and We got recomendations from Kaylyn to get the keylime pie. Hands down best keylime pie we've ever had! We have reservations elsewhere for our first family trip and were definitely canceling those reservations and switching over to Great Maple to eat dinner! read more

Very cute and trendy brunch/lunch spot in hill crest. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was great as well. The staff we helpful and pleasant. We started with the beignets with a lemon sauce on the side! Please order these to complement your coffee or expresso! We also ordered the traditional breakfast with bacon, eggs, and potatoes; the tacos, and vegetarian breakfast skillet. Everything was so tasty and fresh! My only Regret is that we weren't in town long enough to come back and order more! Highly recommend this place if you're in the San Diego area! read more

Absolutely AMAZING experience from start to finish! The food was amazing. We ordered the Fruity Pebbles pancakes and they were not only super fun but insanely delicious -- fluffy, perfectly sweet, and loaded with toppings. The savory dish was just as impressive -- perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and that sauce on top? Chef's kiss. Everything tasted fresh and beautifully plated. But what really made this place stand out was the customer service. The staff was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They checked on us often without being overbearing and made sure everything was perfect. We were able to enjoy the weather out on the patio since we're traveling with our dog. And the sweetest part? They even gave my dog a pup cup That small gesture meant so much and made the whole experience even more special. Great food, amazing service, and dog-friendly? 10/10. We'll definitely be back when we come back to visit SD read more
Wow! Amazing food and service all around! They offered so many different options on the menu! Our group of 5 wanted to try all of it! Lol! We will definitely come back again when visiting San Diego. If we knew about it earlier, we probably would have gone the entire 3 day weekend we were in San Diego! The smoked brisket was DELICIOUS! And the French Toast was perfect! Very good! We traveled out of the way to check this place out. Only downside is the portions are pretty large and it was hard to order multiple thins to try a lot - champagne problems I know! The mimosa flight was nice, but gets warm too quickly. The beignets were soooooo good. Definitely order. Everything else was fine! Service was okay. Would go back if I was in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way. read more

The Great Maple is a happening brunch spot. Remember to make reservations! We went a year ago when we were in town and my husband has been looking forward to returning again, specifically for their fried chicken. Parking is a bit tricky so plan for extra time scoring a spot in their small lot or finding street parking. We sat outside and felt insulted from the outside traffic noise and even the rain that started. We were a party of 6. Service was just okay. Food was still stellar. Four of us had the House Bloody Mary's. It felt more naked in garnishes than I remembered but still a good mix. We ordered for the table their weekend churro doughnuts. Mmmm, wow. What's not to love? I was content with just the sugar/cinnamon doughnut but if you wanted to sail off the cliff of decadence, you can dip each bite into a ramekin of chocolate. My friend and I shared the House Smoked Brisket Hash. Sooo good. The chunks of brisket and potatoes were big enough that you could taste each one separately or pop in a forkful of several of the ingredients so all the flavors and textures waltzed together as hash. Poached eggs were perfect and the pop of crispy bacon was a pleasant bolt from the blue. Tables around us were laughing and conversation was lively until the food arrived and a quiet lull ensued after the first bite. Keep doing what you have been doing Great Maple - we will see you again next year! read more
I just had brunch here with my family. This restaurant was magnificent. They were very generous on the servings. My husband and I ordered the smoked bacon melted scramble and the brioche French toast logs. Wow! The flavors were all incredible. Our waitress was very, very nice. I would definitely recommend making reservations, especially on a weekend. It wasn't super crowded. But with limited parking, you would have to do street parking. I would definitely recommend this place as a really good brunch spot when in San Diego. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town! read more

I have found my new breakfast spot!!When I enter the restaurant I was greeted with a huge smile and a good morning and welcome!! The restaurant is very clean everyone is sooo friendly and welcoming!!we were seated and they are willing to answer questions about the menu and have great suggestions.It's very hard to make a decision everything on the menu looks fabulous! And very fresh!The coffee specialty were piping hot!!Love it and the whipping cream didn't melt!Can we say amazing..Our Maple logs are to die for and the beignet are out this world!! And the bathrooms very clean.. I must say that I have not had such a elevated experience such as this in a long long time!! I will be back very soon and I am bringing some friends to enjoy!! read more

Once a classic, always a classic. I came here back in 2023 and loved it so was glad to finally have another visit! I came around 1p on a Thursday and hadn't realized they closed at 2 until I finished eating and the place remained totally empty at 2:15pm. The staff were so nice about it though, they told me to leave whenever I wanted (I did leave like 10 mins later). But the staff were friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were immaculate, and there was tons of seating inside so I was seated right away when I arrived even though there had been a lot of people eating there when I came. I got a guava elderflower mimosa that was GORGEOUS and a pretty good size (like $16?) and an order of bacon chocolate pancakes (comes with like 5 medium sized ones) with a side of 2 eggs, and the kale salad. Everything costed $75 including tax and tip, and it was so much food I was stuffed after the pancakes, eggs, and just a bit of the salad. I took the rest of the salad to go and ate in on the plane ride home for dinner - it was the perfect amount of food for two meals. Overall this place is Michelin recommended and I think that award is completely justified - it's a gorgeous place for brunch with excellent food and service! I'll come here every time I visit SD, even if just for another guava elderflower mimosa, because it was gorgeous (but so was all the food - and very memorable!). They are famous for their French toast logs and lemon beignets so you should try these too: I got the beignets when I last came and they were excellent as was the hash! The French toast logs are massive and dense so I've yet to try them but other peoples' always look excellent :) read more
I met up with two other friends for breakfast at Great Maple on Saturday morning. I tried to make reservations in Open Table but the seemed buggy. One of my friends arrived before I did and was able to make reservations. I ordered a mocha (light on sweetener) and the squash blossom scramble. It was plated nicely. My eggs arrived poached when I asked for scrambled (they were able to fix it) and here was a bit too much ricotta in my squash for my taste. Both my friends enjoyed their meal and would return again. (They ordered the maple bacon and maple bacon donuts.) There's always a line to the bathrooms so don't wait until the last minute to wanna go. Parking may be tough in the area. The parking lot is small. read more
The maple bacon donuts and churro donuts were amazing. The chilaquiles had great flavor, but I was a little disappointed because the chips were not crispy. This is our families greatest breakfast/brunch restaurants in San Diego. The food is awesome and the choices are just right. There's something for every palate on the menu. The portions are huge so you have to go hungry or else carry most of your order home . The service is simply awesome and staff are very attentive. Michelin listed, this place has the cafeteria style ambiance which is a bit noisy but tolerable. We tried the more 'exotic' menu items alongside the traditional and have not been disappointed. Went here for my birthday brunch--I've been before, and as expected, the place was packed on a weekend. While the overall vibe was lively and fun, our server could have been a bit more friendly. We sat outdoors, and although it was a bit noisy, it still had a pleasant atmosphere. We ordered mimosas and the "freshly squeezed" orange juice, though it didn't taste fresh at all. The weekend churro doughnuts we shared at the table were absolutely delicious. The French apple pie pancakes were good, but the standout dish was definitely the vegan hash--so flavorful. We also tried the scrambled eggs, which were just okay, and the GM house salad. The portion sizes were generous, so while the prices are on the higher side, they do feel somewhat justified. read more

I came to Great Maple last Friday for a baby sprinkle breakfast my amazing team threw for me. I was genuinely excited, this is a spot I had picked myself because I remember loving the food from a previous visit. As someone currently dealing with hyperemesis gravidarum, it's rare that I actually look forward to a meal, but I was really hopeful. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. I ordered the French Dip Trio because I remembered how delicious it was, and the fries were practically calling my name. But this time, everything was off. The bread was so stale it was difficult to eat, the meat was tough and chewy, and to top it off, the entire dish arrived cold. Super disappointing, especially given how much I'd been looking forward to it. On the bright side, the service was great--friendly and attentive--and of course, being surrounded by my team made the morning special. I really wanted to love this experience, but sadly the food let me down. Hoping this was just an off day. read more
I love love love this restaurant! I mostly come for brunch, but I've come for dinner as well and it's always been absolutely delicious. I usually make a reservation on OpenTable, and every single time I've been seated immediately. They've got a small parking lot and some street parking. There's a really great vibe, the decor is a little retro and I love the velvet seats. Not only is the food phenomenal, but their drinks are really good too. If you're gonna have a brunch cocktail, I highly recommend the espresso martini! Service has always been friendly. It might seem a bit pricey when you're looking at the menu, but it's absolutely worth it. Their French toast logs are so delicious, and it's served with maple syrup that has big chunks of thick bacon in it. One of their most popular items are their maple donuts, they are very good but very very dense. You have to buy an order of three and for me, it was a one and done. I just needed to have the experience, but it's not something that I would order again. They have delicious beignets and I think those are better than the donuts. overall I had a very nice experience here! the maple bacon donuts were absolutely amazing (but I recommend sharing because they are HUGE!). the breakfast I got was just ok. I got the "provence sunshine squash blossom hash" which wasn't bad but wasn't anything special. the potatoes were soggy and there wasn't a lot of flavor. First time here at this location and first time ever for my best friend. We were seated immediately in the patio and was loud outside . Our server was great She ordered the avocado feta toast and I ordered the house smoked brisket hash and the maple bacon donuts and 2 coffees . The maple donuts were very dense and really too sweet for my taste . The smoked brisket hash was great love all the bacon in it . My best friend liked her avocado feta toast but said there was too much feta . Not sure if I will come back again but you never know. read more

The Famous Portobello Mushroom Fries was absolutely delicious so good I finished it before I could even take a photo. LOL. The Mary's Farms Duck & English Pea Risotto was perfectly creamy, rich without being heavy, and the cheese added just the right balance to the dish. The duck was tender and flavorful, pairing beautifully with the sweetness of the English peas. Every bite was comforting, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. If you're at Great Maple, this risotto is a must-order. Easily one of those dishes you can't stop eating once you start. read more

Unfortunately while their food is very yummy they are not particularly gluten free friendly. No indications on menus, no GF bread etc.
Did you use a spicy tequila in your margarita that came with a shot of poblano liquor. That was such a good margarita?

Unfortunately No. They serve breakfast in the morning till certain hours. I do know that it can be as late as noon but I don't think their menu allows for breakfast anytime after that.
Do they have a happy hour ? And what are the happy hour specials?
The website says they have a happy hour from 5-6pm....with small bites too
Do they have a parking lot?
Yes, they do but it is small. Make sure you time your visit otherwise you will have to circle the neighborhood looking for street parking.
