Our server was fantastic--super friendly, attentive, and checked on us throughout the meal. We were very grateful for her. For our second visit, we ordered many of the same dishes but decided to try the salt and pepper fish instead of the rock cod. It was moist, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Another great choice! The service on our second visit was a bit slower, but it seemed to be a much busier day. We had to ask for our rice, and we never received a water refill. Thankfully, my husband wasn't drinking much of his water, so I was able to finish his. Even with those minor service issues, the food was excellent and more than enough reason for us to return. I'm confident it was simply an unusually busy day. Overall, great food, generous portions, and a restaurant we'll definitely be back to visit again.

Once at the table, we ordered generously--soup dumplings, BBQ pork buns, shumai, beef and broccoli, and still more dumplings. Everything was outstanding. The dumplings and other dim sum items are made fresh in-house, which really shows in both the texture and flavor. They were so good we left almost nothing behind. Originally I asked for inside, but after I walked in and realized inside was hotter than outside (someone should look into this), I asked for patio. You have to kinda squeeze through the patio and battle the overgrown vegetation on your way to your filthy table and seat. I initially wiped everything down dry, but ended up having to clean it with lemon and water after our water came out. Thats how dirty the table was. There were a lot of trip and slip hazards in the walkway (inside and out) and that was concerning. Service was a drag and needs some improvement. I really hate that our visit to this location was so disappointing. :(
