The lobster rolls will knock yourself socks off. I ordered two reg lobster rolls for $20.95 each and there was a lot of lobster meat in it. It was with the money. Few things to note before even coming here. 1. This business is open seasonally. It closes after labor day for the year and reopens around memorial day. 2. This place isn't easy to find. It's in a parking lot with a small ordering window and some outdoor seating around back. The parking lot doubles as customer parking and beach parking so it gets full fast and is hard to find a spot. 3. It's cash only. They do have an ATM that charges a $2 fee. 4. They have a seafood takeaway place next to the order window. For lobsters and non fried foods. This also houses the ATM. Onto the food. Really great lobster rolls. Cold lobster on a warm roll without the Mayo, and slaw, which is how it should be. Very fresh lobster. You can get either a regular which is very big or a jumbo. The regular is $20 and the jumbo is $32. They do side orders of fries and onion rings for $3. The onion rings are a large portion and are the skinny type. Not the thick ones you get at fast food restaurants. Some may not like them but I did. Crunchy and not soaked in oil. They gave us a ton of fries too. Overall very happy. We had a very nice seafood lunch at this restaurant. We picked this restaurant from Yelp because so many people loved it. It was a beautiful sunny Saturday and parking was tight. We took one space that said "takeout only" even though we were eating there. We learned later that the restaurant is all takeout and that space was fine. We ordered our usual fried seafood platter and it was ready in about 15 minutes. We took it out to the picnic tables near the water and began to eat. You can eat literally 3 feet from the water. Considering this is a highly developed area, the view is quite nice. Our seafood platter was very good. There was two large pieces of haddock and the shrimp were large. We also had full-belly clams (You can pick your own combination). The taste was excellent. We think most of it was fresh in the last day or so. Portions are on the small side but so is the price. Order one for each person if a single order is not sufficient. We wish we had a place like this closer to home. read more

This place is pricey, but it worth every penny. The place is own my local people. It's cash only and it's a private lot for parking. Staff are friendly. I got to Jumbo lobster roll, fried clams, and clam chowder. It came out within 5 minutes. In the back, there is picnic where you can enjoy your meal and have an ocean View. The jumbo lobster roll has about 2 1/2 pounds of goodness. It's on a butter roll with light mayo and lettuce. Really good item to spoil yourself with one a season. The clam chowder was good. It wasn't to salty and a good balance of flavor. The fried whole clams were lightly battered and not greasy. The tartar sauce was perfect with it. We went for lobster rolls today and were not disappointed. It was fresh lump lobster meat with no mayo or dressing of any kind. Just a half pound of deliciousness served on an open bun. Not much else though except for a half-ounce bag of Lays potato chips which we didn't eat. The ambience is not its strong suit. They have a half dozen or so picnic tables with sunbrellas out back where you can share your meal with the local seagulls. We decided to take our meal home since they gave it to us in a paper bag, like take-out. I am still not used to paying almost $40 (cash only) for each lobster roll, but if you want a quality lobster roll then this place should be on your list. read more

This is my favorite location for fresh lobster! Fishermen (lobstermen?) catches lobsters and sells it to Green Harbor. They pull their boat outback. If you catch them at the right time, you'll see the huge boxes of live kicking lobsters straight from the ocean! These lobsters are more lively and stronger than what you get at a typical supermarket (Shaws, Market Basket, etc). Be careful when handling them while cooking them. They will kick their way out of your hands. We ordered 13 lobsters! They ran out of chicken lobsters, but the very nice man gave us quarter lobsters for the price of chicken lobsters ($6.99/lb). Thank you sir!!! I've always had great service here! Just remember to bring enough cash with you. They don't take credit card. If you have the opportunity, try their fried clams - they serve it right next to the lobster pound. Very well seasoned fried clams. The bellies bursts with creamy flavor!
