Iced vanilla latte with oat milk
    Lindsey B.

I wish I could give this higher praise. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. The coffee? Great! The espresso was not bitter and had a great flavor. The oat milk? It was oat milk, no complaints there. The vanilla flavor? Non-existent. I would think this was simply a mistake, that it had been forgotten, but I overheard another customer say that they could not taste it in theirs either, even after requesting more to be added. I really enjoy the vanilla flavor so this was hard for me to get over. But what truly makes this a 2-star experience was the customer service. The man taking my order was great- no complaints. He took the order, answered my questions, everything I would expect with no extra frills. He then wrote my order and name on the side of the cup, which prompted me to listen for my name to be called. However, that never happened. Instead, a couple of minutes later I heard my order shouted across the restaurant, after looking around and defending that no one else was walking to the counter, I got up to check for my name. The cup was blank. Not wanting to be a coffee stealer and cause future trouble for the workers, I asked someone behind the counter "is this for Lindsey?" the worker responded in an annoyed tone with "well did you order .... then it is for you." Despite nothing being written on the cup and no name in sight. While I understand she may not have meant anything by this, it really turned me off from the experience. As someone who really thinks through everything before asking questions of workers who probably get a lot of crap from customers, it was hard to get a response like that. I look forward to trying other local shops, but won't be returning here.

The coffee is excellent. We grabbed some for the first time yesterday before the theater (Gypsy!) and were so pleased with the product that we rushed back this morning on the way to the train. My go to is a breve latte and my sweetie's is an oat milk latte. We are unrepentant coffee snobs so the coffee is the thing. Gregorys grinds a mellow bean with kick. Hurray! Service was swift and surprisingly friendly. The logo is genius. We want a cute Gregorys in our neighborhood.

You can't see the greatness through this cup but the Black Forest Latte & it was DELIGHTFUL! It was my first time at Gregory's, the staff were really nice, fast service and helpful with recommendations. Its a smaller coffee shop with a few seats, a cold case for to go drinks and snacks

Good experience and good service. The Fall Oat Boy drink is a winner for me. Casual atmosphere, but enough room to hang out for a bit and check emails or just unplug and sip ;)

Gregory's Coffee (58 West 44th Street) gives me consistent service every time and every location. This location is so convenient to many of my favorite businesses. It's especially convenient to meet friends and relatives from out of town. Gregory's offers gluten free and vegan pastries. I love the jalapeño scone with my coffee. To me it's the vibe of cheers in most of their neighborhood locations. It's clean and comfortable. I don't have a Gregory's location close to my home. If I want a coffee and light meal when I'm in this neighborhood this location is great.

I come here 3-5 times a week. To be honest I have low expectations for anything in time square as a local. I continue to be impressed with the level of service and hospitality at this location. Thank you Jorge for making a normal day memorable for a guy in the service industry. I don't drink coffee but they have they have great vegan options. Love the staff and appreciate all the hard work this team does. Well done.

Quick in & out for coffee, and this shop was close to my hotel. Their house is a smooth medium roast and tasted great. Music in the store seems really loud for the 6am hour but that's just me. The staff was really kind!

The egg shortage is hitting this coffee shop, I'm assuming because they didn't have any eggs (outside of vegan) even though they had specials with eggs listed. Outside of that, it's a little cramped with a few tables but at the same time everything is spaced and organized well. Both the vegan breakfast sandwich and the fall oat boy latte were delicious. Best coffee I've had in Times Square area. Reasonable prices considering location.

Great coffee on a cold day, service was great and helpful. Coffee and dirty chai were both great and flavorful. My daughter loved her Hot chocolate. Super cute shop

It felt like items weren't made with care and mass produced at a factory or something. I went 10 minutes before they closed and there was still 10+ of each dessert. I'm not convinced that they will dispose of them. Even if they do, it means they didn't do a good job in forecasting demand especially after being in business for multiple years. I ordered mango and yuzu. Both were too sweet and had one dimensional flavor and textures, not refreshing per their stated flavors. Even if their appearances take effort, they don't look pretty enough for me to forgive what goes in my mouth. I'm used to having patisseries with many layers and elements. Mango's sponge probably only took up 20% of the bottom, because I barely had bites of it. Most of my bites didn't have any. I didn't like how liquid the filling was. It didn't exactly ooze out but just melted into a puddle in my mouth. Yuzu looks pretty with the pink and yellow glaze, but it didn't go with the realistic fruit theme. I chose it for the flavor combination which is strawberry, yuzu, and guava. This was slightly better in terms of flavor variety in the mouth. The flower on top had a weird off putting flavor. The bottom crispy rice apparently is supposed to be chocolate but it came out plain. It was tasteless anyway, so not effective in terms of flavor or texture.

I had to run to work after an appointment so I ordered for takeout. The person taking my order was friendly. I opted for the Lumberjack and a black cold brew. I received the drink very quickly, with a short wait for the sandwich. While waiting, one member of the staff stocking up supplies on the side started chatting with me and then she offered to check up on my sandwich. She came out with it shortly thereafter. She was very friendly and helpful. The sandwich held up well during my 15-minute commute to the office. It is a really indulgent sandwich, with each bite revealing the sweetness and butteriness of the maple crueller, the saltiness of the thick cut bacon, and the savoriness of the cheese and the eggs as the yolks popped. I sipped the cold brew in between bites to cut the richness. It was a very satisfying meal. The Lumberjack is not something I would recommend you eat every day, but it's good as an occasional treat. In the past I've ordered lunch from Daily Provisions via delivery (the "Chefy" salad and the chicken milanese with arugula salad are my favorites), but I might start adding other breakfast sandwiches to the mix.

I will say that's it's definitely not a good on-the-go sandwich, as it falls apart easily. However, I don't think this is a great spot for coffee. I was a bit underwhelmed by my latte, which tasted more like thin drip coffee than a rich, strong espresso. I also think they could offer more sweetener options.
