My son wanted sushi for lunch/dinner. I started looking online because the last place I got sushi from I was not happy with. I found this place and after looking at the reviews decided to try this place. I placed an order for pick up for 3 different sushi rolls, Alaska roll, crunchy roll, and spicy tuna roll, all 3 were delicious, but my favorite was the Alaska roll. The staff was super friendly, my food was ready for pick up fairly quickly, was reasonably priced, and was packed with care. We had bento boxes and yakisoba, and it was excellent. The sushi in the bento was rolled well and tasted good, the tempura wasn't greasy and was cooked properly to crispy perfection, the beef was grilled as well as the vegetables and you can taste it. The grilled meat tasted amazing, it was a finer cut of beef with good sauce. The yakisoba was also cooked to perfection and more importantly, the veggies with it were also grilled well and had a great taste. Here's the small stuff why I rate it a five beyond the excellent food: sturdy forks, tempura sauce in larger wider sealed containers you can actually dip properly into, kikkoman soy, and chop sticks. Every option, they didn't cut corners. I would request grilled veggies as an option along with the steamed added to the menu but I'm willing to bet they'll grill em if you ask. The service was very good on my first visit to GnC this week. I've been looking forward to coming for a while. I felt that the food itself was OK but not amazing. I had the bento with Katsu and shrimp tempura. My wife got the bento with beef and shrimp tempura. She agreed that overall the food was decent but didn't really stand out. My kids had mixed reviews of the kid's sized meat & rice bowls, but they certainly didn't clean their plates. Alright, alright, so hear me out Yelp friends. The first time I came here the food took 15 minutes to come out, I was slightly irritated being I was on my lunch but, let me finish...it is because yes, they were busy but also because EVERY DISH IS MADE TO ORDER! Upon my first visit, the super nice lady working the counter informed me (I didn't complain BTW she voluntarily stated this) their food is literally cooked and made to order so it can take some time and to call in ahead of time for future references, note taken. Next time, I did call in ahead and my order was ready I when I got there. Chicken teriyaki bowl was amazing and they will give you extra sauce without taxing you for it. They serve white meat chicken and the prices are so affordable. Third time I just walked in, ordered and said I would wait in my car and be back in in 10-15 minutes to pick up my meal, this meal I asked for no rice and she said if I wanted to I could do the do the low-carb option for 99 cents more and do all veggies...twist my arm, score!!! Sooo good, Here's the kicker, before I could make it inside she actually found me in the parking lot and delivered my excellent quality teriyaki chicken to my car :) Customer service gets 10 stars! Only future info I can provide on the negative side is the the cabbage was very white, like whiter than me if you could believe that so maybe ask for fresh and not so much cabbage with more broccoli if you opt for all veggies :) they are still a solid FIVE in my book though. read more

We came here for my nephew's birthday, our first time. We had been looking for a noodle place, and although they don't really specialize in noodle dishes, the food was AWESOME! Recommended by a friend, we tried Grill N Chop for the first time last month and we have been back several times since. The customer service is exceptional, friendly and quick. They really go the extra mile to make sure your order is correct, even going above and beyond some times. The food is actually the star of the show. Our first night there, I got Inari sushi to start and it was delightful. Often when this is on a menu it is an afterthought, not at Grill N Chop! Yummo! Then I tried the beef Yakisoba. I didn't think they could do better than the Inari, but I was wrong. I loved their noodles and the sauce on it was deliciously savory, salty and slightly sesame in flavor. The beef was thinly sliced but still moist and flavorful. My hubby got the tempura California roll and the Katsu chicken, both he declared delicious. So happy we gave Grill N Chop a try and we recommend it to all of our friends and family in the area! read more
