Our waitress, Emma, really had a great attitude and she was very attentive. When we ordered our food, their was a small issue with how the meat was cooked. We thought they would just cook it a little more. The manager, John Stokke, came over an introduced himself and preceded to say they were going to replace the whole meal. This was unexpected, but definitely shows Customer satisfaction is a top priority. All in all it turned out to be a great experience with staff who truly care. I recommend Joey's for a nice meal and great drinks.
