We have used Guaranteed a number of times. We were impressed initially when the plumber who was sent out to change a hose bib that was soldered to the pipe for the swimming pool, happened to have the internal mechanism on board, swapped it out in about 10 minutes (without having to un-solder and change the bib) and then waived the normal charge "because it was such a small job." A subsequent call was to check out an in-house spa that had not been used in a number of years. Chris was sent out and did an excellent job in addition to being a very pleasant man to work with. He discovered that the original installation of the drain had incorporated a brass male part connected to a PVC female part (a "no-no") and had cracked it. He was able to re-fit these parts correctly and everything work perfectly. Our experience with Guaranteed Plumbing has been excellent and we would recommend them strongly. read more

I found Guaranteed Plumbing referral through my neighbors on NextDoor.com. They lived up to the good reviews on NextDoor.com. I posted a request for estimate on their website www.guaranteedplumbingco.com after finding an underground leak on the main water line where it entered my house. Donna called back in response and scheduled Collins to come to the house. He was able to dig down a couple feet, find the leak and repair the line. He also removed a section of tree root that was the cause of the PVC pipe having cracked. Collins arrived in the agreed time window, was pleasant to work with and explained and showed me the fix. He then waited for the glue to dry and tested the line for leaks before filling in the hole. I am happy to share my experience today and will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs. read more

I am not a plumber. Guaranteed Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a neighbor whose thoughts I trust. My toilet was not flushing, the bowl filled and slowly receded to normal height. My request was to fix the toilet. I had already used a plumbers helper and a closet auger. Ryan came and worked twice in one day. However, the problem was not solved and I paid them $485 for the work done. I finally found the problem and solved it myself. I went into the office to talk to them about what had happened. About an hour later I received a call from them to tell me they would not be charging my card for the $485. I am really satisfied and appreciate the their efforts. In the spring of 2018, "East Bay Gas Lines" (aka "Guaranteed Plumbing") ran natural gas lines from our garage to our solid brick fireplaces (separate ones on each side). Had a problem with my huge pine tree and its roots growing into the water main in my front yard. This will be the 3rd time that the root has compromised the pipe. Its the first time using Guaranteed Plumbing though and the plumber Johnny came up with a better way to route the pipe over the root such that it will last.
