Travis in their gas division is incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and makes an effort to save to money. So refreshing. I plan to use Guaranteed for All my Plumbing needs now, based on my experience with Travis. We called him out about an earthquake retrofit for out pg&e meter. He was able to quote based on a photo via text and was financially comparable to other companies (but way more flexible to schedule). While he was here he took a look at a corroded gas line we were worried about and reassured us it was just surface rust, no up-sell, totally ethical and helpful. He checked their schedule and promised to have someone out within the hour. Was quoted $250.00 to unblock (snake) a sewer line or $350.00 if the toilet inside had to be removed. I wasnt there to pay for the work so my staff wrote the check. Was charged $350.00 . After discovering that the toilet wasn't removed, I called and left a message for him to call me back personally. The staff, secretary, or spouse called instead and said that he charged more because he had to "snake twice". Bottom line, he wasn't there that long nor did he honor his quote, or call me back as requested. If you use this company, have everything in writing because in my experience, they will take advantage of any wiggle room. Update: After expressing dissatisfaction They did refund 100.00 but I had to squeak first. I think overcharging is just common these days. Overall they may be competent and may rarely mess up but I wasn't impressed with the experience. read more

Great experience. I had a BBQ not work and a BBQ repair man told me it was my line that was severely compromised. We had a party planned for the weekend and were so upset about a likely huge expense and no BBQ.
