Stacia is amazing! She's an exceptional colorist who understands how a new color can transform a client's outlook. She has fun with it, but also takes great precautions to maintain hair health, which she deems #1 priority. When I asked her to take me from red to blonde, she would only do it IF I agreed to a measured and careful timeline. This meant a complete color change wouldn't happen in one visit. Or two, or three. It was done in phases, and took roughly 7 or 8 visits. It was worth the wait! I love the color and my hair is in great condition. She doesn't rest on her laurels, either. She diligently cares for my hair to ensure that it retains it's healthy color and shine. Also important to note is Stacia's character. She has such integrity and pride in her craft. And she's absolutely delightful and funny and she has a generous heart. I wholeheartedly recommend her! Stacia works at Innovators in Campbell. This place is located in the corner of the Nob Hill shopping center. I found her on Groupon. I wanted to get a Brazilian hair straightening treatment done. The first person I contacted had a sneaky add in charge for her services. I was told I'd get charged $150 extra for hair past my shoulders. It was in the fine print. Always read the fine print & ask questions when it comes to these deals! I chose to do business with Stacia since she had no hidden fees in her services. She seemed nice too. And she offered a really great deal. She still has an amazing deal on the Brazilian treatment on Groupon still which costs less than half of what most places would charge for this treatment which is usually $350. She offered me a great regular priced deal on top of that for my next appointment there. My hair turned out to be smooth & best of all, it stayed that way for at least two months so far! I'm the past, no matter what I did, my hair would look like crap again after a month. It only looks good if I wash & blow dry it. If I don't, it'll look dry & frizzy. When I wake up, I look like I was caught in a tornado & that I didn't condition my hair for weeks. I'm so relieved that I rarely have to flat iron my hair anymore! This treatment won't make your hair stick straight unless you didn't have much frizz or wave in your hair to begin with. It'll greatly reduce curls & frizzy waves though. The ends of my shoulder length hair still flip out a little. Anyone who can transform my hair from a complete disaster to this is a shear genius! Pun intended. Stacia also uses the real Brazilian formula too. She'll give you a mask & glasses to to protect yourself from the strong toxic fumes from the treatment which is nice. She recommended a great conditioner called Olaplex for $28. It's great. I didn't have to many issues with constant dandruff issues when I first started using it with some It's a 10 shampoo I had. If you get this treatment & never had it done before, don't wash your hair for 3 days or wear it up. Don't dye it for two weeks. Don't use anything that contains sulfates, paraben, or phylates in it. It helps to use a heat protecting spray in your hair or a leave in conditioner with a little bit of hair pomade or shine serum in it. I use Aveedas anti humectant pomemade for light control & shine as it's not to thick, greasy, or sticky for me. I like It's a 10 hair serum. Stacias prices are low for now as she's trying to get new clients as a lot of her former clients moved away from the area due to the high cost of living here. She is an experienced professional who knows how to do hair. I'll come see her again soon for another treatment & to get my hair dyed there soon. read more

This is my first review ever. Forced to write for the worst service and disappointing responses that i got from Stacia. I purchased the Groupon for Brazilian Blowout and booked my appointment at a time to give it 2 hours. As i have got this done so many times earlier, so i had an idea of the time it takes. To my surprise, it was all done in just less than 1 hour. And after my first wash, everything was same, like that blowout never happened. When i asked Stacia about this, she blamed my Shampoo(ayurvedic /chemicals free), and advised me to invest in good products. And she told she cant please everyone. Her Groupon thing is a Scam, please don't fall for this, you will just loose your 150$ plus your patience after the conversation with her. I asked for a redo/touch up, or money back as it dint last even for 1 wash, she said NO to redo, and no response to refund textS. read more

if you have 3b,3c, 4a,4b,4c hair, you must to tell her exactly how to straighten it. otherwise it will just look like a blow dry. These types of hair textures is not something that's she's used to working on. I got a Brazilian Blowout by Stacia, and she is friendly and welcoming. The results of the Brazilian Blowout was ok because the sealing process wasn't done properly. The effort for my hair to respond to heat is a lot and only realized in hindsight. read more

I got a her Brazilian Blowout Groupon. I should have read the reviews about her services before get in it. This was not my first Brazilian blowout, so I know how long the process for the treatment takes most hair stylist take 3 hours to complete all the steps for the treatment, Stacia did it in less than half the time and her response to that was that with the price I paid for the Groupon she could not give me the full service. Beware of getting a Brazilian blow out by Stacia. I purchased a Groupon went to see her and while she is a friendly lady she was not able to produce what she told me I would get. My hair is long and it took 2.5 hours, when she was done it was straight and frizz free which is the opposite of what my hair normally is. She instructed me to make sure I use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner when I wash it and to purchase a straightener to touch up and that this treatment was not a hair straightener rather a smoothing treatment so when I wash my hair it would go back to my natural wavy hair but with no frizz and this should last for 3-4 months. So I decide not to wash my hair for a whole week and when I finally did wash it with sulfate free shampoo and conditioner I let it air dry as I normally would and my hair was frizzier than before! I could not believe it, I was so upset I still am so I contacted her right away via text and sent her a picture of how frizzy it looked and she kept going on how saying its a smoother not a straightener and she thinks I'm upset because its not straight which I had to keep making clear to her that is not the reason I could care less about that and the problem is she told me I would not have frizz but clearly in the picture its frizzy and it did not last 3or4 months hell it only lasted a week because that's how long it took for me to wash it! I told her how unfair this seemed and how it didn't make sense and now I'm $150 down the drain for the same I hair I started with but now my virgin hair has chemicals in and for what?! Her response was that she worked long and hard on my hair which is true but it doesn't change the fact that she did not produce what she promised. She offered me nothing, not a re-do not a refund nothing so she forced me to right this review its all I can do. She's clearly not interested in having new repeat clients if she's not willing to make things right and make sure her clients are happy. read more
