Best pizza I have had since I moved from Florence, Italy. The pizza Rolls are fantastic and are a must.

This place is really good! We always order the Home Run pizza and are never disappointed. The girl on the phone is always really nice and helpful too. We've never eaten inside, but they have plenty of seating and a nice bar with tons of TVs. Would be perfect to watch the game! read more

This is going to be our new neighborhood after work hangout. Service is excellent. My husband and I can actually have a conversation without shouting. Went in to have a cold beer and to check the place out. Friendly place with helpful staff. The pizza is amazingly tasty. This was the BF's choice for lunch and I begrudgingly went along. WOW what a pleasant surprise! Nice clean place with nice TV's and small bar area, probably be a good place for watching a game. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive without being a nuisance. We had the pizza rolls for an app and they were like nothing I have ever had when I think of a pizza roll! Definitely homemade and served with a great marinara sauce. We ordered the Chicken Pesto pizza which was really good. The sauce was a homemade cilantro pesto, which I don't think I've ever had anything like either. Also the owner came out to shake hands with us and make sure we enjoyed our food. We had a great casual conversation with him. He seems like a very down to earth great guy and I hope his business succeeds. If you are in the area I would definitely give this place a try. I just visited the new location on Bandera Rd. & Eckhert. It was a wonderful experience. I was quickly greeted and seated. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and had spot on suggestions. There were 20 beers on tap and numerous TVs with sports on. The wings were PERFECT. Just the right amount of crunch - not overly battered. I had the volcanic and LemonBuffalo. They were both spicy and twangy - absolutely what I expected. A manger checked on me and informed me of the daily specials, which seem like they may make me a regular since I need to try the pizzas and burgers and calzones now just see if they match up with the awesomeness of the wings. tl;dr: Eat here. Pizza is delicious. Sauce is just right and everything tastes fresh. Hubs had their wings and he said the Buffalo sauce was not hot, more of a tangy flavor but all around yummy. I prefer my crust a little crunchy, so I might ask for that next time. Crust is too thick either. read more

Tried this pizza twice because the first time I went the waiter suggested I get Extra cheese , big mistake it was way too much cheese and it ruined my pizza but because the reviews where so good I went back a second to have a pizza without extra cheese, it was as bad as the first one . I really tried with pizza it was way to much cheese and its and the sauce isn't very good the pizza dough however is good . I should also say I travel for work and have for 20yrs and have had pizza in more than 30 states including NY and Chicago so I kinda know pizza , I would say this comparable to urban brick pizza restaurant. read more

I've never felt the need to write a review, but This place deserves one. We went in an hour before closing on a Friday night, and we felt more than welcomed. Service was great and the pizza rolls were delicious! Our sever, Roland mentioned to the owner that we were first timers at Half Time and he came to introduce himself and thank us for stopping by. They have great specials, great environment, and most of all great service! We will definitely be coming back! Any of those who claim they had a bad experience, should really consider giving it another chance! read more

I hope they continue to stay in business pizza is great has better taste then major chains. Prices are moderate and yes you may be able to get cheaper prices somewhere else but the quality isn't going to be there. I ordered the homerun baby and it was phenomenal. We've been looking for a good pizza place since we moved here in June. Well, this is our new go to pizza place. We had a pepperoni pizza and a meatball pizza. The pizzas were ready when they said they would be. Both were so good! I can't wait to try other menu items. This time we didn't dine in, but probably will in the near future. The staff was friendly. It's ok pizza better than your carry out / delivery options around the area. A bit expensive though. Well more expensive than taste. I feel like I am lying to much for a very simple pizza. Great place and atmosphere. The staff is AMAZING. Very attentive and even will chat with you (when they are not swamped). Wonderful place to watch games (big Chicago Bear crowd) of all kinds! The pizza was delicious, with the exception of the crust.....I felt like the crust was missing something. I ordered some marinara sauce to dip the crust in and I wasn't too impressed with the sauce flavor. Also, the selection for children drinks are non existent. No milk, lemonade, or apple juice. We settled for a water down Hawaiian punch. The sweet tea was one of the worst I've ever had. The staff was attentive to our table, even with the World Series crowd. TV's are everywhere... Overall, good atmosphere, decent food. I would go again.....next time I would bring the kids something to drink other than soda. read more

This place has good food, but unfortunately, horrible service. If they have more than 10 customers, leave. I never get my salad until five minutes before the meal, and sometimes after. Today I left after 10 minutes of sitting there without being acknowledged. There were 8 occupied tables and three waitstaff. Yummy Pizza and pizza rolls! Only downer was that they didn't want to deliver to our hotel which was only 3 miles away. Did give us a 10% discount though to make up for us having to go get it. Hubby said inside was clean and fresh with HUGE televisions. Real great food, no leftovers for us! :) read more
