Wanted something different Ordered online, you can pay either cash or card, my husband and I went to pick up but they also deliver! Our experience was great, there customer service was awesome too! Ordering online sometimes has faults or we didn't push the sauce button, sauce is $0.99 for each, and because it was either my fault or an error (because that happens sometimes, technology's good when it works & we hate it when it doesn't) but the gentleman was so nice he gave me two BBQ sauce cups for free and told me to enjoy our meal because it was our first time being in there! Was super kind and really made me feel welcomed and comfortable! And I feel like that is the most important feeling that people want! **I would highly recommend a good pizza and amazing wings!** Our wings were BBQ flavored and with ranch they were wonderful! We go in for just the wings at times when we just want chicken! I was reading a couple reviews, saying how we should check our food before leaving the store, I don't always agree with that statement.... We as human beings, make mistakes just like I did with the sauce, be patient and kind! I'm sure they would fix it just as they did with my order! I was recently on a road trip and stopped in Cheyenne, Wyoming for a night of rest and a bite to eat. I checked in to the hotel and found a listing for Hambone's Pizza -- they delivered! The voice at the end of the phone (Johnny) was pleasant, professional and eager to please. After placing my order I asked to speak to the manager to give Johnny kudos for providing such excellent customer service...it turned out that Johnny WAS the manager! The food arrived promptly, was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, well prepared and flavorful. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone landing in Cheyenne for the night. (They also have a restaurant located in Laramie, should you stop there.) Check before you leave! Wife & I rolled into town on a cross country trip and were in the mood for a good calzone. Based on the yelp views, it seemed Hambones was the best choice in the area. Ordered the big one w spinach, onions & garlic and sauce inside to go. The clerk also offered red pepper flakes, parm cheese & 2 plates. My bad for not checking before I left but there was no sauce inside & couldn't taste the garlic! Also no plates, red pepper flakes or parm. The pizza was great. I don't like sauce so well so I asked them to make the sauce lite. They did that. The ingredients were very tasty. I'm pretty simple sausage mushroom extra cheese. I didn't really need to order the extra cheese because there was so much on it. read more

I walked in 10 minutes before close (by accident) and was greeted by SUCH a kind employee. This staff member was so cheery, personable and kind (I wish I'd have gotten his name to tell his boss how cool he was). The food was ready in ten minutes or less and EVERYTHING is made to order--including the salads. My order was a little over $20 out the door and I got enough food for tonight's dinner and tomorrow's lunch snack. All around this area is street art as the Paintslingers event, which goes on every year, just came to an end. Stopped on our way through Cheyenne.. it is only 2 miles off the highway and easy to find. Pizza choices were solid and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Crust was chewy and delicious. Well I'm stuck in Cheyenne for a few days for work. To anyone that actually reads my little channel here on yelp you'll know that I travel quite extensively around 6 to 7 months a year. When I'm in a new place I always try to frequent the local establishments over chain restaurants. I'm not new to Cheyenne though as I'm here probably once a month at least. I decided to give this place a shot last night because they offered delivery and I absolutely refuse to pay the ridiculous fees to GrubHub or DoorDash. I called and ordered my pizza ( The Worx) and even added a few items to it specifically green chilies and pineapple. I love great pizza but I'm not a pizza purist so yes I will put pineapple on a pizza. The person who answered the phone and took my order was very gracious and helpful and seriously I think if I owned a pizza restaurant he's the type of person I would like representing me. The delivery driver actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected. I received my order and all was correct so I really have no complaints with anything thus far until I started to eat the product. The pizza really just did not have any taste whatsoever and I even ordered marinara, garlic butter etc. to dip it in. I do have a complaint about the marinara as it was cold and pasty and why would anyone send out cold marinara for a hot pizza? I ordered the crispy thin crust and the crust seemed to me as it was a premade dough that had been frozen previously and simply thawed and rolled out. I could be wrong and if not they might wanna try a new recipe for the dough. The Worx pizza is and additional $3.99 for all sizes which would lead you to believe that you're going to get very generous helping of toppings on the pizza and this was definitely not the case. Now, I know for what I'm about to say I'm going to sound like a total dick, i've seriously had better frozen pizzas that cost me $10 at the grocery store. It must be a popular place here in Cheyenne as they have a pretty decent yelp rating but that being said it pretty much leads me to believe that people in Cheyenne don't really have any taste buds. To each his own, if you like a bland pizza on a premade crust that is equal to or slightly above a frozen pizza at a grocery store this is your place. read more

I was in town for work for 10 days and ended up eating here 3 times. It was that good. There pizza is really good. I tried the combination, Mac & Cheese, tator tot, and the hamburger pizzas. Ordered large pizza with sausage and onion. tasted very acidic, started rubbing the roofs of our mouth raw. got a stomach ache after two pieces. Onions were pickled, but generally tasted like ingredients were past their expiration date. The national chains and their rabbit turd toppings used to be all we had In Cheyenne, Now Hambones has the top spot for me, Great prices and no skimping on the toppings (Mr Jims is the opposite of that you want a 27 dollar pizza go there) Perfectly cooked pizza dough, best sauce outside of Boston/New York , tons of cheese and pepperoni. These guys on the other hand got it going on, and j can get something simple or a specialty for a reasonable price and with cream cheese on it. I like their pizza a lot, but it's really unappetizing to see a fat man wiping his hands across his apron belly before going into the toppings and spreading joy around like no tomorrow. I mean, cmon, man, use gloves or at least make a point of having a hand wash station that actually gets used! He had just been at the front register before this happened with no apparent hand washing that I could see. On top of that, the toppings station was a real mess, food everywhere. I don't think I can come back. Sorry. I had already paid and my husband was expecting pizza or I would have left without. PS. I'm going to start by saying I'm not an adventurous pizza eater. Give me a meats pizza, give me a supreme, but put pickles and cheese or anything else "different " on there and I'm out. Hambones has a lot of adventurous pizzas In my opinion, and the cheeseburger pizza is one of them. It was PHENOMENAL, perfect temp (it was delivered so could have been a coincidence), perfectly cooked, and perfect pizza topping to dough ratio. The breadsticks were great, the kids cheese pizza was delicious, and the sides of ranch were generous and good tasting. I missed getting a picture which is out of character, but I do recommend this place to any pizza lovers out there. read more
