They did the CUTEST spring nails on me, I loved the design & shape of the nails. The new owners do some AMAZING work!! 10/10

My go to nail shop for all nail services, they also do waxing if needed. They are under new management, trina and lele takes care of me every time! They are patient with my nail design requests, detailed, clean and execute with precision. I am always happy, and the prices are affordable. Give these ladies a try!

So happy with my nails the music was very relaxing jazz almost fell asleep! I got the same set but shorter with some slight change up. Trina took good care of me and made adjustments, a perfectionist. I will be back in november for my thanksgiving set.

They underwent new management in February 2024, so I decided to try it out. My friend and I went to get mani pedis before her wedding and they turned out so nice. They took their time, but were still very efficient. I did a full set with a coffin shape, a dip base, and no chip polish on top! Would definitely come again.

It was my first and last time at that place. She did an absolute horrible job! I Totally do not recommend it. They charged me extra for removal of my old acrylics, in which she didn't even used acetone. She ripped them out with another tip, breaking one of my natural nails and making my finger bleed.

    Reallll clean cuticles.... not

I had…read moreno idea it was in my neighborhood and surely Covid will be a thing of the past in six months so purchased I did. Fast forward six months and I'm vaccinated and more confident about services such as facials. Booking my appointment was very easy, just called up and they had an appointment available the day and time I wanted. I have driven by this place MANY times and never noticed it. The inside was clean and inviting. It appeared the lady doing the facial might have been trying to upsell because she started asking what products I use. I hate this. I use cetaphil ok and I love it. I quickly put the stop to that. She then started telling me about microdermabrasion and I politely declined. Then she asked what type of facial I wanted and told me the anti aging and collagen facial is more expensive if I wanted that. I told her I had a Groupon for the anti-aging. The vibe I got from her was one of disappointment at that response. The facial was good, it lasted 40 minutes and the first time ever extractions didn't hurt. While waiting for the mask to set she gave me a mini shoulder rub then left for ten minutes. This is why I'm knocking a star off. Personally, I much prefer when the aesthetician takes the time to massage your neck/shoulders/arms/hands for ten minutes. The end of the facial was a zapper tool that is suppose to take the bacteria off your face. Overall, I recommend. Maybe if you don't purchase a Groupon you will get a neck and shoulder massage with your facial.

I went here to get my lash extensions removed. The lady was really nice when I first came in, but…read moreonce she put the remover on my lashes, she went straight onto TikTok Live and basically stopped paying attention to me. The remover was left on way too long, and at one point she came over and rubbed it into my lashes with her bare fingers. After sitting there for around 15 minutes, I finally had to call her over and ask how much longer it would be. She then started removing my lashes rather aggressively and got the remover in my eyes. It burned so badly that I couldn't keep bear it and had to sit up and it was just awful and i was cursing and all this things because of how bad it was. She tried wiping it away with a wet cotton pad, but it just made the burning worse (mixing the water and the BURNING solution into my eye). I ended up having to go into their bathroom to rinse my own eyes out, and the bathroom was honestly disgusting so that sucked too. The craziest part is she didn't even remove all of my lash extensions. She charged me $25 like everything was fine and didn't apologize once. I sat in my car for a few minutes, and the more I thought about it, the more I realized I shouldn't have paid for a service that wasn't even completed and left me in so much pain. I went back inside to ask for a refund, and she immediately started arguing with me. She kept saying the burning was "normal." I've had my lashes done and removed before, and this was way beyond normal irritation. Her only solution was to have me sit back down so she could finish removing them, which I obviously wasn't comfortable with after what had just happened. When I asked to speak to someone else, she said she was the manager. She just stood there asking me what I wanted, and when I asked for a refund, she shrugged and refused. I honestly don't know if they're properly trained or certified to be doing lash removals. Leaving chemicals on while you're distracted on TikTok Live, using your bare hands around someone's eyes, and sending someone home with lashes still on after getting remover in their eyes is completely unacceptable. I definitely won't be coming back and will be escalating this issue to the city. Such a terrible attitude for 25 dollars, they must be desperate.

When I got there, the receptionist gave me a form to fill out and said I would be attended when my appointment time came. She was courteous enough and I obviously had no problem waiting. During the wait time, I noticed a woman walking back and forth and she would stare at me every time she passed. They were rather odd stares, but I figured she was just observing her next client so whatever. When my appointment time came, she came over and I said hello & smiled, but I didn't get much receptiveness from her. Not the best of starts, but here we go... Once in the room, she had me lay down and stared for a good couple of minutes until she said that my face was "too inflamed" to do a microdermabrasion. I had a few bumps on my face (as an acne sufferer) and this could have been avoided had someone picked up my call when I called to ask questions. I had a few scattered bumps, but not a face completely covered in acne either. Online it says the procedure helps with acne, so what would I know? That's why I called! Her tone the entire time was deeply condescending. I've NEVER had someone speak to me that way. Next up, she had other people come in to look at me. One of the girls was very nice, but I unfortunately do not remember her name. She essentially told me to get a pumpkin mask. Considering I had just gone through the worst cservice experience in my life, I declined. When I stepped out, the receptionist said she would schedule another appointment for me, so I sat down while she did this. Meanwhile, the woman with the condescending tone was chatting lowly with another employee while looking over every 5-10 seconds. 1+1=2. There are ways to talk to people, especially if you are part of a small business. I had ABSOLUTELY NO problem with her telling me that for a microdermabrasion my face had to be an exact way. I did have a problem with the tone, her clearly talking about me while the receptionist rescheduled and the fact that I did not have to waste my time had someone picked up the phone to answer my questions.

I am a kind of particular when it comes to my face, can you blame me?, and she went above and beyond. She also educated me on what would work for my skin, and how to improve my daily skin routine. Scheduling was kind of a pain, they tried to change my appointment to be with someone else, but I specifically wanted Elizabeth as most of the yelp reviews rave about her! And I am very happy I didn't let them change it. I will follow this woman where ever she goes. TIPS: DONT RESCHEDULE JUST WAIT FOR HER NEXT AVAILABLE I SWEAR IT'S WORTH IT.
