Very nice location, ton of traditional options but don't feel overwhelmed because Nicholas and the staff are so helpful with any questions you may have. I enjoyed my meal, the ambiance and the service very much.

Absolutely delicious! The basil pork is packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and incredibly aromatic. The crispy fried egg makes it even better. One of the best Thai meals I've had -- will definitely come back!

Coconut soup, orange chicken big portions.

Please don't think twice about coming here definitely the best Thai restaurant in Long Beach our absolute favorite. Food is freshly made amazing customer service. They have the best coconut soup.

Wow! Came here on a whim while in town for a friend's art show, and I am so glad!! Best Tom Kha I've had in a long time. Our waitress was so kind and patient. She had to deal with a gentleman who was clearly in some sort of religious psychosis and he kept coming in to harass her and her male coworker, and felt so bad he was being so loud and weird while I was eating. But I didn't mind much, she stayed very classy and level headed and honestly I just hope that guy gets some help. The value for the food is amazing! I forget exactly how much it was but we ordered the bigger Tom Kha and it fed two people easily with some delicious leftovers to take home. The bill was only around 20 dollars iirc. 10/10 food, maybe not the best or safest location, but I like a good hole in the wall.

Their beef soup is so amazing, my daughter loves it, and the owner is really sweet and really cares about the customers. And I can't forget to add the Thai tea is so perfect and creamy! :)

3 shrimps in the already small portion of pad thati.

Entrance door was very dirty which is never a good sign. Seriously it represents your whole business, make sure is sparkling clean and new. Only one other pair of customers in whole place. Got shrimp pad thai take away for~18$. 3 medium pieces of shrimp on the whole thing. Flavor is eh, I have had way better Thai at way better prices though not at Long Beach. Enter at your own peril.

    Coconut chicken soup just delicious

So my wife recommended this restaurant for dinner since she said she has been coming to for over 20 years. I'm not a fan of Thai food but took her word for it and was glad I did. The restaurant is a nice hole in the wall with a nice atmosphere. For drinks my wife got the Thai iced tea and I got the raspberry iced tea which was super fresh and had raspberries inside. The Thai iced tea was just the right amount of sweet compared to other Thai iced teas I've tasted. We got the coconut soup along with the beef salad and fried rice. It was A bit pricey but well worth it

Parking is a bit of a game of chance thanks to the tiny lot, so plan accordingly. Once you're inside though, the restaurant is super clean, modern, and the service is fast and attentive. We started with the papaya salad. It was just okay--I'm still trying to figure out why there was a blanket of romaine lettuce casually lounging on top. I ordered medium spice, which turned out to be "medium if you breathe fire for fun." The papaya was also a little more raw than I personally like. The tom kha soup was decent, but the real MVP was the drunken noodles with beef. Those noodles were absolutely swimming in savory goodness and perfectly soft. I would've happily ordered a second plate and called it "dessert." Overall, I'd definitely come back--mostly because those drunken noodles are already living rent-free in my head.

My family and I were heading to the Aquarium of the Pacific and wanted to find a good dinner spot…read morenearby afterward. I came across this place on TikTok because of their famous Thai tea popsicle, so naturally I had high hopes. First off, we got incredibly lucky with parking. I can definitely see how parking could be a nightmare since the lot is tiny, so consider finding a spot part of the dining experience. When we arrived, the inside was cute and seemed clean. We were seated outside, which also looked nice at first glance, but I noticed quite a few spider webs around the windows. My boyfriend even felt webs brushing against his arm while we were sitting there, which wasn't exactly the extra ambiance we were expecting. We ordered quite a bit: spicy Pad Thai, Bang Bang Shrimp, Pad See Ew, mango sticky rice, and of course the Thai tea with the popsicle. I'll give credit where it's due. The Bang Bang Shrimp was easily the best thing we ordered and was absolutely delicious. The Thai tea popsicle also lived up to the TikTok hype, although the actual Thai tea itself was on the sweeter side. If you love sugar, you'll probably enjoy it. My biggest complaint with the food was the spicy Pad Thai. The flavor was great, but it came with what felt like a whole chicken farm and a cameo appearance from the noodles. I ordered Pad Thai, not chicken with noodle garnish. The Pad See Ew was also noticeably salty. Now you're probably wondering why I'm giving this place a low rating if most of the food was decent. Unfortunately, the service completely overshadowed the meal. When it was time to pay, my aunt was figuring out how much everyone needed to Zelle her since the restaurant only allows a maximum of two cards for split payments. While we were trying to do the math, our waiter stood over us watching the payment screen like he was supervising a final exam. He was clearly waiting to make sure a tip was entered. My aunt politely asked him to give us a minute, and thankfully he walked away. Maybe when you see a family actively calculating a bill, that's your cue to...actually give them a minute. Keep in mind we also tipped 20% despite all this. Throughout the meal, he did stop by our table, but it rarely felt like he was checking in to make sure everything was okay. If anything I felt rushed. He also gave off that "customer service smile" that disappears the moment you stop looking. The cherry on top for me happened as we were leaving. We had been sitting on the outdoor patio talking for a bit after paying, which is pretty normal for my family. Before leaving, I went inside to ask where the restroom was. The guy and girl behind the bar looked at each other, laughed, and then asked if I was a paying customer. Keep in mind, I was literally holding a to-go bag with leftovers from the restaurant. I responded, "Yeah, I just finished eating," while holding up the bag that made it painfully obvious. Only then did they tell me where the restroom was. Nothing says "valued customer" quite like being interrogated about whether you actually ate there while carrying your leftovers. It's unfortunate because the food had some highlights, and the restaurant itself has a cute atmosphere. But the service made it feel like customers are viewed more as transactions than guests. Between hovering over us during payment and questioning whether I even belonged there after spending money, I left feeling more unwelcomed than satisfied. I'll happily support a restaurant that appreciates my business instead of making me feel like I have to prove I earned the right to use the restroom after paying for dinner.

We ordered the Crying Tiger, fried chicken wings with curry dip and roti, and papaya salad, and every dish was outstanding. The Crying Tiger was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The chicken wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and paired perfectly with the rich, flavorful curry dip and warm, flaky roti. The papaya salad was fresh, crunchy, and had just the right balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and savory flavors. The service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and I can absolutely see why this place is always busy. Everything was delicious, and I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommend! I ordered for pick up, fast and convenient.

I went with a group and naturally everything ordered was eaten family style. What we ordered: * Som tum (Thai style): my favorite type is Lao style, but I read the description and it wasn't it. So we went with Thai style and it was good! Not overly sweet, still savory, but light and refreshing. We ordered medium spicy level, but I feel like it wasn't quite "medium spicy". That was fine though because one of my friend doesn't handle spice well. * Roti with yellow curry: curry was standard, roti was flaky, warm, and buttery. * Tom Kha (with seafood): savory, tangy, creamy- but not milky. Highly recommend. * Fried chicken (with sticky rice): came out hot and crispy. Not typical thick American batter-- thin skin and friend onion was a nice touch. Used the sticky rice to eat with papaya salad instead. Picky eater approved. (Son of a friend) * Crab meat fried rice: real crab meat, fried egg on top, fried rice was nicely done. I recommend. ....believe it or not, restaurants do mess up fried rice! ;( * Pad Thai (I did not try this since it looked too saucey and I don't prefer my pad Thai to be too wet. My friend said it was okay.) * Thai tea: perfect ratio of milk to tea. It was solid! Service was nice and they were patient while we tried to figure out what we wanted for a 6 person group + toddler. They also provided a high chair at the table without us asking. Wait time was about 45 mins. Inside is pretty small and they don't have large tables, so they had to wait for a couple tables to clear. They do not take reservations. First come first serve, so be prepared to wait! No private lot, street parking only.

I was Khao Soy on the menu and I don't see that at too many Thai places that I've been to, so I got an order of that with chicken. Of course, an order of Pad Thai, 2 orders since I have 5 hungry people to feed. Also, I ordered the Thai coconut soup, I think it's called Tom Kha with chicken.
