This is the type of place where you feel totally comfortable hanging out with wrinkle clothes and bad hair. Unpretentious, no frills local spot. Don't come expecting designer foods with foam or craft cocktails. Just solid, classic American fare done right. We usually stick to the pizza and beer. The crust is thin and crisp, more of a light, cracker-like crunch than a chewy toothsome bite. They serve beer by the full or mini pitcher. Pro tip: ask for a plastic cup of ice and drop it into the pitcher to keep it cold. No A/C, just open windows and fans. The Ala Wai Harbor definitely lets you know it's there when the wind shifts. Plenty of metered street parking nearby at about $1/hour. Happy eating! 42

Oh may! Freddy my new fav bartender! He is the Menu! Mai Tai's $6 happy hour 3-7p. Can't beat it! Had quesadillas and Harbor special. Both very good and nice portions. Not fancy but very tasty. Had 5 Mai tais and grub for $60. Can't beat this value on Waikīkī Bathrooms and decor divey. Loved it!

The Harbor Pub is what can only be described as a dive bar by the harbor. Located beneath the Chart House and behind the Red Lobster, the Harbor Pub is an unassuming little gem with a great bartender (Glen) and an even bigger cast of characters at the bar (think the wolf). We stopped in today early for a few mimosas by the open air windows on the bar side overlooking the boats parked in the marina. The minuses were delicious, the bar itself was a nice kitschy feel inside and the overall feel did in fact scream dive bar, so in other words, I was home. 4 mimosas rang in at $30 which I felt to be reasonable, they do have a lengthy happy hour in the afternoon from 330-7pm. While I didn't try anything to eat, I was told the food is quite good here. I will be back for happy hour to get the full effect of this divey gem by the water.

Local pub with reasonably priced food and drinks. This establishment offers a local vibe right on the harbor. We visited on a Monday night around 8pm. It wasn't busy, so we were able to seated right away (wife and I). They had a descent menu with a bit of everything (burgers, pizza, sandwiches and other classic dishes). Their caesar salad was good but the pizza was even better. Their servers were very nice and were patient with us, since we didn't know what we wanted. The drinks came out fast and were ice cold. If you can, try to sit near a window. They have air conditioning but it doesn't seem to circulate very well. The breeze that came from the outside was nice. The only downside was their restroom being on the gross side. This wasn't a dealbreaker though. They also have live entertainment. We would definitely go here again.

While staying at the Ilikai Hotel, the Harbor Pub & Pizza was recommended to us as a nearby place to grab a bite. Walking down the steps, I already felt a unique vibe, and when we entered the subterranean area, the welcoming vibe of dive bar greeted us. The windows along the wall facing the harbor are open to the sea breeze and makes for a fresh feel. We were seated in a booth that gave us a great view of the harbor and the bar. Our drinks were tasty and we enjoyed them. Our food was plentiful, hot, and delicious. My friend and I are wondering why we haven't used cream cheese on our sandwiches before, it's so good! My husband asked for a custom pastrami pizza, which was deeelicious! The server & chef were super cool about trying something new. Maybe it'll make it onto the menu! Our server was friendly, efficient, and chatted with us about a variety of transportation questions we had. All around, a great experience we won't soon forget!

A pub frequented by locals , with a few tourists thrown in Think of this as a friendly "dive bar" The food is what you expect , the beer is cold and available in pitchers. It's sort of subterranean, but has windows that look out on the boats in the harbor. It's a nice change from the Disney-fied resorts nearby.

We came to Waikiki for the weekend (from the big island) and we were looking for a locals place for breakfast ... we were seated right away and our server, Greg, was efficient and friendly. Food was just what we wanted--I like lunch food so had the perfect BLT (yes some places get it wrong).. and hubby had giant ham steak breakfast. Lived being right by the marina. We'll come back for h hour I'm sure. Thanks!

Food was good and the beer choices were not bad! Nice place to come to for lunch or dinner. We ordered the Taco Pizza and the roast beef sandwich both were delicious! If you're by the port here, stop by and grab a cocktail or a beer!

Parking at Ala Wai Yacht harbor is enforced 24/7. $1.00 per hour. Seated immediately in a cozy nook, drink orders taken quickly. 2 out of 3 dishes served in a timely manner. Crab eggs Benedict smelled... off. Tasted somewhat ok but didn't smell fresh. Half of the plate eaten as the smell was too much to handle. Waffle was nice & crispy, perfect amount of butter and syrup. Can't speak on the corned beef hash (this plate came late) as I didn't taste it. Service from Mina was friendly & efficient.

This place hasn't changed one bit in years. Yes, that smell is still there but the Food is amazing. Service is quick considering Karen was by herself. Love that thick cut Ham Steak and the gravy for the biscuits is on point!

Oh my..Harbor Pub has been in business for over 30+ years thats amazing! I remember coming here for late night pizza back in the day. It's still owned by the same couple too! Did you know they even sell a pretty awesome affordable breakfast too? They have delicious biscuits and gravy and sweet bread French toast with bacon and other items as well. The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is chill. It's a little rustic and not that fancy on the inside but the food is pretty good and not grossly overpriced for Waikiki fare.

Grabbed a BBQ chicken pizza and some beers on a Saturday afternoon. The service was spot on! Friendly and interactive. The pizza...oh the crust! Think hand tossed but with thin crust crunch. Absolute perfection. Definitely coming back on a regular rotation!!

Do they have tvs to watch World Cup final?

    Yes.

Do they offer take out?- 9/2024

When did they stop doing take out? I use to always order pizza from there and pick it up. I assume they stopped in 2016, when they also stopped updating their website.

Do they still have happy hour for drinks?

I was there over the weekend and saw a nicely priced happy hour menu. Enjoy!

The turkey was exceptionally tender, flavorful, and covered in a rich, savory gravy that soaked into the soft bread and paired perfectly with the creamy mashed potatoes. The sides were excellent too. The roasted vegetables were served warm and soft, but still had just enough slight crunch to keep the texture fresh. The cranberry sauce was the perfect sweet-tart contrast and helped balance the richness of the gravy. It was a satisfying, well-rounded plate from start to finish.

We had a friend visiting from Scotland and wanted to give him an authentic pub experience, and Murphy's delivered in every way. Fridays after work are especially great here, the place fills up with energy, and for some reason the Guinness just tastes better. We grabbed seats at the bar, always the right move, and were taken care of by bartenders who were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. My buddy and I stuck with pints of Guinness while my wife enjoyed a dirty martini. The food did not disappoint. Corned beef and cabbage, a breaded pork chop with mashed potatoes, and a salmon Caesar salad all hit the spot. The back bar is packed with memorabilia and old photos, so much history that you could grab a pint and wander for an hour just taking it all in. The shuffleboard was another highlight and quickly turned into a few competitive games. What really stood out was the crowd, so many regulars stopping in, greeting each other, and chatting with the staff, it truly felt like a Cheers-style place where everybody knows your name. Murphy's works just as well for lunch or dinner, and it is perfect for both locals and visitors. Thanks, Murphy's, for making it such a great night for our Scottish buddy.

Good food, great craft beer, and the Mexico vs. Czech Republic FIFA World Cup match on the TVs. Food We shared the Beer Battered Fish & Chips, Bang-A-Rang Shrimp, and Eggplant Bruschetta. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The fish was crispy on the outside and flaky inside, the Bang-A-Rang Shrimp had just the right amount of crunch and flavor, and the Eggplant Bruschetta was a delicious starter. Drinks I ordered a beer flight with #5 Torchlight, #10 Hops for Hugs, #14 Rice Breaker, and #16 After Hours. After Hours was easily my favorite. The pork on it was a little dry but the corn, beans pico and sour cream made up for this, tots were fluffy and crispy. We liked this one overall. The ceviche was $26 (not on the happy hour menu), it was a portion for 1-2 people, the fish itself tasted fresh but I wasnt a huge fan of the ceviche flavor, I wish it was more lime/acid forward and would have liked an herbal element like cilantro to spice it up. The wonton chips were not great, they weren't crispy and tasted almost mealy, they also lacked salt, I imagine if they were freshly fried it would have been tastier. Service was very fast and polite. The staff was super nice about it and was able to accommodate us, with only a small request that we be out by 8pm since there was another big party with a reservation coming in. Absolutely reasonable. They sat us right away at three large tables, which gave us plenty of space for food and didn't force us to sit super close together. Menus, waters, plates, napkins, and forks were all brought out immediately, and our waiter was quick to take our order. We started with the prix fixe menu for 8-10 guests and were going to add other items à la carte, but a handful of our group accidentally went to the other Side Street location (make sure your group is all on the same page), so what we ordered ended up being more than enough. We left stuffed and with 5 boxes of food still. Edamame was nice and steamy, and large enough to easily pop the beans out with your mouth. Wish there was a bit more salt though. The farmer's salad had everything going on from citrusy to salty to crispy. Avocado had a little bit of oxidation but the capers, dressing and potato curls provided plenty of reasons to overlook it. The fried rice came in a hefty portion, with sizable pieces of bacon and sausage. The chicken I didn't realize was boneless based on the shape of the deep fry, but it was nice to freely bite into it without worrying about hitting anything with my teeth. Probably a bit too much on fried bits but still good. Pork chops had a better meat to crisp ratio in my opinion, as well as juiciness. They even came with ketchup on the side, which I love as a pairing but don't see much of at restaurants. My favorite meat item was definitely the sizzling boneless kalbi. The presentation on the sizzling plate with a side of kimchi was spectacular, and the meat was full of flavor. We also ordered yakisoba, which wasn't part of the prix fixe. Tasted good but nothing past standard expectations. We let the waiter know we had a 30th birthday at the table, and they brought a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream with a candle, and did a decent job getting the whole room to participate in the singing. It could also be the type of crowd this place attracts, since it seemed that everyone was so friendly and approachable. Thanks to the quick and consistent service, we were out in a little over an hour with no complaints.
