Nice spot for studying, wfh, catching up with friends. It's clean, modern, and there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Sacramento's temp has been hitting the hundreds lately, and this place's A/C is top tier!! The staff were also very friendly! However, I don't think it's worth the money. I got a banana bread latte and I couldn't really taste the banana in it at all. This drink was also a little over $9 total before tip... My coworkers also thought their coffees were mid as well and not worth the price, but said the pastries are worth checking out!

We wanted to find a coffee shop to get some work done, and Haute Coffee was on our must try list. We walked up and saw there was plenty of seating inside and outside. However, we found the inside way too cold so ended up sitting outside. They offer Yemeni & Ethiopian coffees, with some Asian influence, such as Hojicha, Dalgona, and Matcha. They had tons of pastries and even sandwiches to choose from. We got the caramel dalgona, hazelnut hojicha, and hot chocolate. For pastries we got the cheesecake, biscoff cinnamon roll, and pistachio NY rolled croissant. We enjoyed everything we got. The pastries were pretty big, but fairly expensive. The croissant was crispy, and had a good amount of filling. The cinnamon roll was a little dense but still great. We enjoyed working there but will definitely bring a sweater for next time.

I remember when this spot was occupied by a very popular national chain coffee shop. I used to go there a lot to just hang out and do work on my laptop or maybe just relax and enjoy their free WiFi. Well that place has come and gone and now we have a new coffee shop in that space, so I thought it was as good a time as any to pay them a visit-my daughter and I decided we would meet up at Haute Coffee on Foothills in Roseville. The parking for this shop is plentiful as it shares a parking lot with a major grocer in the area and many other businesses. When we walked in,we were greeted kindly by the youthful enthusiastic workers-I liked that. I liked that they are open late-they stay open until 10pm 5 days a week and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Their offerings could be described as Middle-Eastern inspired coffee-it feels like a luxury coffee shop. This ain't Dunkin folks,this place feels special. After the friendly employee explained the drink options a bit to us,we decided to go with the Iced Horchata Latte ($7.00) and the Iced Salted Praline Latte ($7.75) and we decided to share the Oreos Cookies & Cream Cinnamon Roll. ($8.75) We got our coffees pretty quickly. My daughter thought hers was pretty enjoyable-she had the Horchata Latte and I had the Salted Praline Latte. The Salted Praline Latte was pretty solid-not too sweet and if you're a big fan of the praline taste, as I am, this really hits the spot. Where the visit went wrong was the cinnamon roll-on paper that flavor combo should've really worked but it just didn't.The texture of the cinnamon roll wasn't great and the flavors tasted way too artificial-the texture almost felt like the cinnamon roll had been heated and reheated multiple times-I'm sure that didn't happen but it just felt like it had. In closing, just thinking for myself, I probably would come back, but just for the coffee, will most likely skip the pastries-thats just too big of a swing and miss to come back from.

Middle Eastern-inspired coffee concept [Roseville CA] I didn't realize that this was a specialized coffee shop -- serving Yemeni and Ethiopian coffee roasts, artisanal espresso drinks, and ceremonial-grade matcha. I didn't know what to order and so I asked if they offered any beverages that wasn't "coffee" and they made me an Iced Vanilla Matcha which wasn't on the menu and tasted quite good! I paired it with a Dubai New York Croissant Roll. It was actually hard to choose which would be my first roll. Oh man, there were so many options to choose from -- eeny, meeny, miny, moe. There were plenty of seating both inside and outside. It took over the former Starbucks location in the Bel-Air shopping center (opposite Carl's Jr). The location features a comfortable, aesthetic interior meant for slow mornings (opens at 8:00a), coffee dates, or late-night hangs. I stopped by to try a Cherry blossom matcha a few months ago and wasn't disappointed. Finding a good matcha spot in Roseville can be a hit or miss and this place was a total hit. Their matcha's definitely appear to be high quality ceremonial grade and I would definitely return to try more of the menu.

I have been meaning to try Haute Coffee for a few months, but with my busy schedule, who knows when I'll make it anywhere! Today, I drove my daughter out to this area and found it to be the perfect time to stop in and treat myself for how hard I work. You would never know how beautiful it is inside unless you come in. Gorgeous lighting, modern look. Some tables has a small potted plant on them. The white backdrop behind the order/pick up counter makes for a very sleek look. The showcase next to the register was full of good looking New York Style crossiants. They're not labeled, but the girl at the register was happy to tell me about them all. On the wall next to the register, was an illuminated drink menu. I decided to try the salted caramel Matcha drink for $7.50 aaaand I wanted to try something sweet and something savory. I decided to try the Nutella New York Style crossiant and a turkey & cheese crossiants. For $27+ .. I was hoping these tasted like a slice of heaven! They offered to warm those up for me. My salted caramel matches was pretty good! It was refreshing and creamy. I liked that I had the option of what milk to use (whole, 2%, almond coconut). The turkey & cheese crossiant was served on a tiny plate... it was not good... the crossiant was chewy, the turkey was dried out, the cheese was hard and the bottom was greasy. It tasted like it was warmed up too much, and when it cooled off, that's when the croissant become chewy. Being that the layers are so paper thin, any type of moisture while being warmed up ruins those textures. After a few bites, I switched to the NY Style crossiant. The NY Style crossiant was also served on a tiny plate, was not warmed up at all, and that was also very chewy. If I was just judging on the crossiant by itself, being flakey on the outside was the only plus. It was missing that rich buttery texture. To me, a crossiant is a decadent experience... it's texture is very important because of all those layers.. I was looking forward to a light crisp outside to a soft light airy inside. It was gorgeous. A very unique quirk if you like crossiants like this. I just don't think it's for me. As I asked for a togo box for the NY crossiant, I did tell the girls behind the counter that the turkey & cheese crossiant was too chewy to eat. The turkey was dry, the cheese was hardened. They did not offer to fix it. I can see why the NY crossiant is a little expensive. These crossiants are layers upon layers upon layers... rolled up and baked. Even the center is filled with Nutella (there were other flavor options available, like strawberry and oreo for example), but it isn't worth that price if it doesn't act like a crossiant. I do not recommend getting your pastries warmed up here.

Came on a Friday morning and they were pretty busy already. Despite the business, the employees remained friendly and quick. The interior of the coffeeshop was very bright and modern. There was also plenty of outdoor seating. I gpt the dubai mocha latte and it surprisingly tasted like dubai chocolate. Would reccomend if in the area looking to try a new coffee shop!

The salted matcha was the tastiest! Super friendly staff and helpful explanations and experience. Very fancy restroom paper. Price is higher than expected but hopefully it makes up with quality and maybe they use organic milk? I'm not sure but just assuming for such a price. Pretty interior. Used to be a very clean Starbucks location as well.

I've followed the coffee shop on socials and when they finally opened, I had to stop by! I decided to try a couple of options and honestly the drinks were both amazing!!!! I wasn't sure what the dalgona was so I got a safe flavor the pistachio white mocha and that was really good! It's almost like whipped coffee on top of milk and once mixed in it was great! The tiramisu latte was also super yummy! The tart was ok, not my absolute favorite but not bad at all! The space itself is very cute and comfy and service has always been super nice every time! The ladies that work there are always super helpful on answering my questions and always happy to help so that's super fun to walk into every time! Overall Ive been back several times already and it's definitely staying as part of the must go to in my rotation!!!

Fun atmosphere, good pastries and excellent coffee - at a very high price. Well worth trying, just be prepared for pay $8 for a medium mocha or latte. The tiramisu latter is very good, and the croissants were good as well. If you don't want to pay a higher price, choose a different location, we chose this and we like and recommend it.

I wanted to love this place, but it was only alright. The interior is really pretty, but the food, drinks, and service were mediocre. I got the haus latte which has different spices, but the coffee was lacking in boldness and just had a hint of flavor, and it seemed a bit bland. The pastries my friends ordered were also cold, even though it was supposedly heated up. The service was also not amazing--it seemed like my friends were pulling teeth trying to ask for the girl's input and information on the different drinks and foods. I was hoping it would be a hit since I live in Elk Grove, and there's one opening here, but I don't think I'll be too eager to go back.

My husband and I were eager to check this new spot out that replaced Starbucks. The first time we stopped by, they were still closed at 7:30am and weren't able to stop in. Many of us start work at 8:00am on weekdays and so I was bummed to see that 8:00am is when they open on weekdays. We appreciate the large parking lot & plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Upon walking in we were greeted by friendly staff that were also extremely patient in answering all our questions! We ended up ordering two iced coffees to go. We really wanted to try their pastries but they had already sold out of many of them, unfortunately. The drinks were delicious!! As a breast feeding mom I'm very conscious of my caffeine intake and was seeking a decaf option, I was bummed that they didn't have this as an option. Would love to see this as an added option in the future.

I got there right when it opened at 8 and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It is a such a cute spot and inviting. The list of beverages is extensive but once I decided, I was not disappointed. I ordered the Dubai mocha and it was heavenly. We sat there for at least an hour and by the time we left, the place was hopping! Definitely recommend and will go back! read more

Haute Coffee advertises "100% organic ceremonial matcha" and the drink I received was disappointing and far from what was promised. I ordered a blackberry matcha, and it honestly tasted like sweet berry milk. I couldn't taste any matcha. It was really bad and pale. I usually don't expect coffee shops to serve high quality matcha, but since they advertised that their matcha is high quality, I was really disappointed (especially since I paid around $8). The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because I decided to order another drink (because my matcha was so bad) and I asked for rewards on my order (just in case I liked other things and wanted to come back). The employee realized I didn't get points the first time, and gave me my drink for free. So I really appreciated that! I wasn't expecting it at all Overall, this is NOT a place to go to for great matcha. I wanted to try their hojicha but I doubt it'll be good quality. I think if Haute Coffee focuses on improving quality, it could be one of my favorite places read more

Coffee run for the office turned into a solid find. I tried the Strawberry Matcha -after hunting for a good one in town, and this one delivered. It had that clean, refreshing matcha flavor you crave, and the strawberry addition was subtle -just enough to complement without overpowering it. Easily my favorite so far! Overall, this spot exceeded my expectations, customer service was excellent, the team was very friendly and helpful. Ambiance wise it was nice, comfortable seating available to enjoy coffee inside and or even do some work from within. As a fellow coffee enthusiast, I'll absolutely be back to try some of the other drinks on the menu that my coworkers recommended. read more

Haute Coffee is honestly one of the best coffee spots in Roseville and I feel like not enough people know about it. The place looks great inside, really comfortable, the kind of spot you actually want to hang out in for a bit instead of just grabbing and going. The Tiramisu Latte is what you need to order. I don't know how they fit a whole dessert into a cup but they pulled it off. It's really good, not overly sweet, and you can actually taste the espresso in it which I appreciate. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. No complaints at all. Management is extremely friendly and open to drink feedback! If you're in the area and haven't stopped in yet, you're missing out. I can confidently say this is one of the best coffee and dessert spots I've visited. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the overall experience even better. One detail that always stands out to me when visiting a business is cleanliness, especially the restroom facilities, and everything here was absolutely spotless. Matcha is so good!! Had a vanilla matcha with oat milk and it had a great matcha flavor with nice amount of sweetness. Also tried the strawberry matcha and it was just as good! The workers are very sweet :) The inside is cute with lots of space/seating as well. New favorite spot 10/10 read more

Came here when they are fairly new. Was expecting probably something more unique in a good way, but it kinda fell flat. The cashier or whomever that was behind the counter doesn't really understand the menu, which they really should because this is not your typical Starbucks or Peet's. I ordered the Haute coffee, which was very spiced, in a good way but at the same time it was very strong. It wasn't bad nor good, but what bothered me was that there are bits and pieces of stuff in the coffee. Either coffee beans or spices. You can't eat this stuff, so you naturally have to spit it out. Why drinks coffee and have to spit out stuff? NOt me, so this is a fail. I also ordered their plain croissant. They also have other very unique, very large croissants with different flavors like pistachio, but they are pricey. So I stuck with the original to see how that is then I can move on to the more expensive stuff if the base was good. Well, the croissant felt like they microwaved it too much to warm it up. Ever warmed up your own croissant when you bring it home before realized that you heat it up to much, then it becomes kinda chewy and gross. Well that's what they did and what they gave me. Also, I ordered to go and the gal put it on a plate. So, based off all that, all not so good experience. I actually like the other place down the road better with the unique Turkish coffee. Spend like $20 and it was not worth it. read more

Looks like their OG location is in Florida and now they opened in Roseville and I'm so glad they did!! Our first time here and we ordered a strawberry matcha and vanilla dalgona with oatmilk. They were both really good and didn't taste overly sweet which I liked! We showed up pretty early and talked to the staff about their drink recommendations. Service was great and they were all really friendly and helpful. read more

I ordered the hazelnut dalgona. The flavor was on point, but the size of the drink was disappointing for the price. It was a lot of ice. The NY style croissant was a little overcooked and overpriced for almost $10 for a croissant. I would go back and get the coffee again, but only as a treat given the price. And I would go somewhere else for baked goods. read more

Best coffee in all of Roseville! I have never tasted such flavorful and CLEAN coffee! I cannot get over how good the coffee tastes. It is so easy to tell how high quality the ingredients are compared to places like Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Aside from the coffee, Haute Coffee's ambiance is so nice. It is such a warm and inviting place to grab a coffee or sit down inside. The moment you walk in, you're instantly greeted by such friendly and welcoming staff. I cannot imagine myself getting a coffee from anywhere else now. I forgot to mention the food....OMG! It is like they get their food locally or something. The croissant....BUTTERY, FLAKY, CRUST!!!! Amazing service. Got the hojicha praline latte and they told me it might be an acquired taste and to let them know how I liked it and it definitely was but they swapped it out for strawberry matcha but my favorite was the dalgona tiramisu mocha!! X0. The interior is so cute they are adding patio seating which I love because it will be warmer. the vibe is very cute!!! The service is so great I love all of the people when I go! read more

I was excited to see a non-starbucks coffee shop open. I stopped in around 1pm for a black cup of coffee. They only serve espresso drinks, no drip or pour-over coffee. I went for a black americano. I did not like the taste of the plain coffee. It tasted sour. The coffee was cloudy and had an unpleasant mouth feel. I only had about ten sips of the coffee, and dumped it out. Maybe their sugary drinks are better, but that is not my thing. Dang it, no threat to starbucks. I guess it back to McDonalds for my coffee. The interior was clean and fresh. Had a younger person vibe. The employees were friendly and service was quick. Im bummed cause I want an option over starbucks, which it was not. My search continues. read more

Absolutely loved my experience at Haute Coffee. The caramel white mocha latte and strawberry matcha were both amazing and packed with flavor. The biscoff cinnamon roll and Oreo cinnamon roll were also exceptional, fresh, soft, and honestly some of the best pastries I've had in a while. Decided to take the Mrs for a quick little coffee run and ended up staying there for almost 2 hours. The pastries and coffee were delicious, but what really sold me was the atmosphere. Great spot to chill and talk with friends and family. Also, the baristas were very sweet and engaging! I think it's safe to say the lady and I found our new kick it spot. 10/10 recommend!! read more

The drink was made pretty quick so I didn't have to wait too long. I took a sip and was very pleased with their Vanilla Chai drink given it was my first time trying a drink from here! You can definitely taste the chai which was subtle and the vanilla sweetener made it even better. Will definitely try this place again to see how their Vanilla Matcha is! Luckily there's another location near my office building where I work so might give it a try there next time. Although I do love the drive-thru only concept when on-the-go!

One of my favorite nigiris. Sadly, the deep fried head didn't come with it only for us to find out that we had to specifically ask for it. I understand because many don't want to try the head, so food waste is minimal. To the service and staff I go. They came by our table asking if we would like to order some more. Albeit not too busy, maybe 10 tables at the same time we were there, but it's nice that they approach you not for the purpose of rushing you but to make sure you've had your fill of your favorite nigiri/sashimi/maki and the variety of rolls. I've been stuck at 96 points since Winter/Spring and have already brought it to the employee's attention so that they can inform the manager/owner in case they were not aware. They need to check their pos terminal or contact ChowBus to fix this.
