I came into do a drug test the 2 girls take they time talking to themselves. The 2 people that came in after ready came in and I'm still waiting. When I came up to ask them when it my turn she state that they were here first or they finish the paper work before you so I said no I came frost and I finish the paper work first. I had a wonderful experience at this Healthpointe location! Came here after I was in a car accident. Was seen by Dr. Chuang, who referred me to the physical therapy department on the second floor to help with my injuries. April, who works the front desk up there, was always a pleasure to check in with and will greet you with a smile. The two physical therapists I saw here were Annette and Joe. Both of them are fantastic and helped me get back to 100% after my accident. I had about 18 PT sessions and every one of them was a great experience because the people who work here. I have been coming here for years as I really like my doctor however the front desk needs help. Every time I go it takes over 20 minutes just to get called to set up my follow up appointment. Keep in mind that I have already been here for a long time while waiting to be seen. Dr. Chui is my current physical therapist doctor and I couldn't have asked for any one better. He really cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable. I always leave my appointments feeling better than when I came in. I continually have lower back pain and muscle spasms due to a car accident. Waited THREE HOURS to see the Cardiologist (Dr. Matthews) and that was with an Appt! staff was all friendly EXCEPT the husky white chick at the front desk with a powder trip. I went here after I got into an accident and this place sucks. The first time I went there it took me about six hours to get an X-ray, wait for a doctor for a long time just for him to tell me that they took the wrong X-rays and to take some more. The people working there did not do anything promptly or on time, beside bill me. I went to physical therapy there and the people didn't even care about trying to make me better again. They gave me a piece of paper with a couple stretches sketched on there and told me to practice it at home. And when I was there they would just tell me to do my exercises on my own, without any guidance to tell me if I'm doing it right, if I should change the exercises up or even to ask my opinion of the exercises (meaning if I felt like it was working or not). If you value your time and health, I would not ever come here. read more

What can I say about this place but they practically have everything from Urgent Care, Specialty Doctors, OT/PT, Chirco, Cosmetics... everything you can think of. It's definitely a one stop shop (very convenient). About a month ago, my bf fell off the ladder and was sent here by his employer. Typically, I like to choose our own doctors, but we had no choice in this matter. By the time we got to the office, we waited for 20 minutes before seeing a doctor. He was very through w/ the examination and answered any questions we had -before sending him to x-rays. By the time he got back, the doctor came in w/ the results. Unfortunately, my bf fractured his ankle and was referred to a specialist. Follow-up was simple and easy. He was in and out of the office within 45 minutes which was nice. Overall, the care here was great. His employer made a good choice going with this clinic. The staff was great (very friendly) and the facility was very well organized. Bottom-line, my bf was happy w/ the service so I can't complain. I would definitely recommend this facility read more

They seriously need to get their shit together. Had an appointment for a FOLLOW UP because I had jabbed in the eye with a damn pen. I needed just a clearance to go back to work. SIMPLE. My eye is obviously OK and I have 20/20 vision. Dr Smith takes FOREVER. Staff here is friendly which is cool, but they need a new system or something. I came here at 2:40 for my 3 pm appointment and I'm still here and it's 4:45. What the hell! Why make an appointment then?! When you're just gonna get shoved in with the rest of the walk-ins. Ugh. I would have walked out if it wasn't mandatory for work. Update: at least I got a Starbucks gift card. Apparently they had an emergency and that's why they were taking too long. A guy from the office came into my room and apologized for the wait and explained the situation. Which I appreciate. read more

This is a very "bottom of the barrel" industrial clinic. The staff is not very professional and not very skilled. I had to remind them, twice, to use the correct size blood pressure cuff. They will leave you on hold for a very long time and no one knows enough to answer even the simplest questions. I could not imagine seeking actual medical care there. read more

For my follow up the doctor had set a two week appointment. She requested an MRI, I was asked to wait at the front area for an appointment. After waiting for 20 min I was told that I would get a call from them to schedule the new MRI appointment. Two days later I CALLED and asked about the appointment. They tell me that once my insurance gets pre-approved that they (health point) will call to set that appointment. I called my insurance they said that I don't need any pre-approval for any services. I called back to health point and they tell me I still need to wait. I then went to health point HQ and asked for the prescription to the MRI so that I can find my own place for the services. I found Downey MRI center, great experience, got the service done the same day I called! Wow that's service! To my surprise, health point called the day before my scheduled follow up appointment with the doctor. I told them they (health point) are a joke and hung up! The day of the appointment I asked to speak with office manager and with no surprise, she is as incompetent as the rest. Afforded no solution and made up excuses for this unprofessional experience and incompetence! BOTTOM LINE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SEERVICES! Side note doctor Jafarri is great but I will not be seeing her do to this inexcusable lack of professionalism and incompetence of a staff!!! read more

Dr. Blaine is GREAT!!!!! Jennifer is VERY caring and is a VERY good nurse.... Now for the down side..... If you ever need to call Healthpointe.... FORGET ABOUT THAT!!!!! Healthpointe has the VERY WORST phone system EVER .... Even if you call the location directly, you will end up at some call center.... When they feel like answering the call, you can count on getting cut off in the transfer.... Or it will hang up on you after holding ..... DO NOT EVER expect to speak to anyone..... Just go to the office and talk to them directly. As always at a doctors office wait times can be long.... Front staff needs to do a better job of keeping folks informed about their wait.... Last visit everything was over an hour behind, and not a word about that from the front staff... But again on the positive side, the back nursing staff is good.... read more
