I initially experienced Hencredible because of a Yelp Experience. My kids loved the leftovers and were requesting it a couple of days later when we needed to pick up dinner to go. Hencredible is mostly a to go place as it only has one two top and a few counter seats when dining in. They also post about their cute bags on their social media, which I didn't get on my first visit since I dined in that time. On this last visit, I ordered via their website which is very easy to navigate. They were out of the mushroom fries on my first visit, so I really wanted to try them on this visit. The Husband got the KFC Sandwich ($10) with medium heat. He really enjoyed the cider slaw and Korean radish but wished he got the Hot heat as it wasn't spicy enough for him. The Little Gal got the Loaded Waffle Wreck ($13) because she wanted the shredded jack cheese. However, there was no cheese in sight, and the waffle fries were only okay. Next time, we would probably just do the KFC Bites and fries/mushroom fries instead with the sauce on the side too. The Little Guy got the KFC Bites ($7) and it only came with one sauce. Midway through, he was asking if there was any more sauce and I had to tell him no unfortunately. I got the Mushroom Fries ($5) and it also came with one sauce. I really enjoyed the flavor of it but probably would have liked it even more if I had it fresh. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed it was in a plain brown bag and asked about their special bags and was told they ran out. While in the car and distributing the food, I noticed I had only two sauces - one for the KFC Bites and one for the Mushroom Fries. (I was given two sauces for my KFC Bites during my first visit.) I went back in to ask about the sauces and told them I had received two sauces the other day. He asked what day and I told him on Wednesday and he said they were not supposed to do that. He was very indifferent about the whole situation and didn't offer to sell me another sauce or anything. So, I was a bit bummed with this experience because of the inconsistency with sauce distribution. Because we had four orders and they were piled on top of each other, the dishes on the bottom got a bit steamy and wasn't ideal for something that was recently deep-fried. I really enjoyed my first experience and do attribute that I was dining in, so the items were hot, fresh, and crispy. I would return but would not do to go.
Came in right when they opened, so there was no wait at all. It was my first time here and they recommended the KFC Combo with Mushroom Fries. While I was waiting, I was honestly just taking in the place--the modern look and the little plushies around the restaurant made it feel really welcoming. The food came out pretty fast, which I always appreciate. The chicken sandwich was actually really good. The chicken had a great amount of meat, the breading was crispy without being over the top, and I went with the mild sauce. I'm usually not a coleslaw person, but it worked really well in the sandwich. The biggest surprise for me was the mushroom fries. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I ended up loving them and would definitely recommend trying them. Overall, I'd say this place is worth checking out if you're into Korean-style flavors and seasonings. I'm giving it 4.5/5 stars and I can definitely see myself coming back whenever I'm craving a chicken sandwich that's a little different from the usual spots.
I am so excited to try another place with the tradition of Korean cuisine. This place is so cute and very self-explanatory regarding the menu. The area is a bit small however it's inviting. We decided to go. The staff is friendly. I asked them how the name came from or how they came up with the name. They said that they want to make a unique and some states have impeccable names. So they named it "HENCREDIBLE" I definitely come back to try the Mushroom fries.

I've been seeing this place on social media and my friends have recommended it a few times, so I thought to check it out! The chicken sandwich portion is HUGE. Each sandwich had a mammoth-sized chicken piece (probs thigh?) that was juicy with a nice crispy outside that wasn't too thick. That matched with the coleslaw and pickled radish was delicious. I think what makes me rate it a four is that I wish there was more flavor in the whole sandwich itself (probably because I ordered no spice...). I'd definitely bring friends here who are craving a chicken sandwich though! Fries were also good - nice thick cuts with a standard thousand island sauce. Service was quick and friendly! Located in the plaza with Albertsons and right next to Brew Tea. Fairly easy to find parking during Saturday lunch.
Brought in for a Yelp event but liked too many things I had to try more. Hencredible has a cool vibe for a tiny little spot and can the logo be any more adorable? The menu is small, simple, but you don't need much if you master what you've got. Ordered the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich (mild) with onion rings, the KFC Bites with mushroom fries, and a side of the French fries. The combos also came with a drink so we grabbed a Diet Coke and a Fanta. We ordered it to go and when our order was ready it was packed with a smile in this adorably insulated recyclable bag which I will definitely be keeping on hand in my car as needed. Even though the drive home was about 15 minutes the food was still hot. I was a little nervous choosing the mild as I'm not huge on spice. I heard one of the gals tell another customer that Classic is like no spice and mild is like a level 2-3. But I'm glad I rolled the dice because it was just right! To be honest this was the best chicken sandwich I have had; the heat was enough to feel a gentle burn but bring out the amazing flavor of the breaded chicken. It had a crisp, similar to tempura coating and inside the chicken was so tender! The spice was balanced nicely by a slaw and a slice of pickled radish all on a soft and fluffy bun. The chicken bites had lot of paprika on them (we actually had to knock some off) but tasted amazing when dipped in the Hencredible sauce. The fries have that tempura texture so they are super crispy, the way my picky son likes it. The onion rings were more of a beer batter texture and tasted amazing as well. The mushroom fries were a surprise; soft like a French fry but saltier and a little chewier, similar to good ole clam strips. All in all we were very impressed and are hoping that even with the influx of rent and pop ups of Korean chicken places lately, they are able to stick around because they really do put the credible in Hencredible.
We had part of our order there and part to go. I highly recommend eating there even though seating options are incredibly limited. The girl up front was very nice and helpful with everything. The furikake fries were extremely good and flavored really well. The loaded waffle dish was fantastic with the sauce and the fries and the seasoning on the chicken. They have different levels of spicy was for their chicken and it definitely got pretty hot. All the chicken is very clearly fresh and a lot of what we had even had dark meat as part of it.
While it is a limited menu, I love that the spice level is customizable. I got the KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) bites combo with the waffle fries. The classic seasoning has great flavor but no heat which is perfect for me. There are also 4 levels of spice you can add. The waffle fries were crispy and delicious and everything came out quickly. The staff was very helpful, explaining the options and offering suggestions. They even have their mascot as a stuffie. I tried to buy one but they are just for display. For such a small location it has a warm yet modern feel with a great amount of seating. I will be back to check a few more items out soon.
Got a chance to try this place out thanks to the yelp event. We ordered the chicken sandwich, KFC, regular fries and mushroom fries. The chicken sandwich was good but super messy. You have the sauce plus the coleslaw which made it hard for me to keep it together and eat it. The chicken itself was moist and had a great crunchy coating. The fries were good with a nice coating around, as well as the mushroom fries; which I was pleasantly surprised. The KFC is just like any other fried chicken pieces with their dry spice coating. We ordered a hot spice level for the KFC, and you can tell it definitely has a spicy kick to it. Whoever gets the ghost hot is a true spice lover as I can imagine it would be super hott! I'm glad the employee offered us a sample of the "hot" spice flavoring, cause I changed my sauce to a medium level on my sandwich. Even their dipping sauce was good for the chicken and fries. Although everything is fried on their menu, I hope in the future they will offer a grilled chicken sandwich. For me personally, eating all fried foods is a bit much for me. Next time we go back I would like to try their Taiwanese popcorn chicken since they were out of it today. Overall the food was good, the staff was friendly and the ordering process is easy as their menu is simple. It's a very small place with maybe 10-12seats inside, very much a quick bite place.
The staff who took my order was very friendly and helpful with providing info about which side to choose from. I ended up getting the chicken sandwich combo with mushroom fries. The mushroom fries were kinda soggy but it's a mushroom so it's hard to make them crispy unless fried super hard. They use an enoki type mushroom and give you a sweet & sour type sauce for them. Friends I came with got normal and the furikake fries and they came with a dipping sauce that's similar to Houston's hot chicken. The chicken placed in my sandwich was pretty big. It stuck out of the sandwich by almost 2 inches and I barely got to my bread before I tapped out. The Cole slaw they use and the pickled radish was a nice touch. I think I paid 17 with tip for the combo and upgraded side. I guess that's reasonable nowadays. The inside is small... def don't expect to come eat with a party of 5 and sit together. I think the two bar seating areas accommodate 4 at each counter and then they have a small table that seats 2... so like 10 seats total? The place was clean, and the food came out fresh and fairly quick. I'd return.
This little spot i discovered while I was on my way to get my boba fix. My son and I gave it a try. The place was clean. WE ordered the korean chicken sandwich its crunchy, juicy, sweet-spicy Korean fried chicken perfection in every bite. Ordered fries mushrooms an im so glad I did. Never had fried mushrooms so I didn't know what taste yo expect. It delivered. Lightly battered mushrooms, crunchy on the outside, while staying tender and earthy inside. It delicious. Best if eaten right away. Lastly the Loaded waffle wreck. Waffle fried on the bottom with tastfuly seasoned hendrcedible sauce karaage popcorn chicken bites. It was dinamite! Hecredible indeed! A must try! .
When I showed up, the cashier was super friendly and even recognized me right away, which made for a great first impression. I didn't realize this was actually Korean fried chicken, and it's definitely different from your typical chicken spot around town. The preparation and seasoning style really set it apart from other places in the city. The chicken was extremely crispy and cooked perfectly. I also learned they offer different heat levels, including a ghost pepper option, but I decided to play it safe and order the regular flavor first. Even the mild had a nice kick to it, so if you're sensitive to spice, keep that in mind. The waffle fries were also really good and had a great crunch. Overall, it was a solid meal from start to finish. Friendly service, flavorful food, and a unique take on fried chicken. What a cute spot with a simple menu. There's limited seating available, but I think this is more of a to go spot, which was my intention when I stopped by. First off, I was kinda sad that I gave them my name for the order, but they thought I said "Fang" and therefore spelled my name as such. I don't have a foreign accent whatsoever, so I don't understand.... lol I ordered the popcorn chicken combo. The lady up front asked if I wanted the chicken Taiwanese style, and I said yes! I didn't know what to expect with popcorn chicken, but I was excited that Taiwanese style was an option because it's one of my faves. She also recommended mushroom fries, which is something I don't see everyday, so I decided to get that with my combo. One of the highlights of this place is the reusable to go bag. It's so cute, and has the aluminum lining to keep your food warm. I thought the Taiwanese popcorn chicken could use more flavor. It tasted a bit bland to me. The mushroom fries however were good and the hencridible sauce that comes with it complimented the mushroom fries well. The mushroom fries were also good by itself and without the sauce.

When it comes to chicken places, being unique in flavor and style is the only way to stand out, and Hencredible has a fitting name. I had the fried chicken sandwich combo and upgraded to furikake (phonetically foo-ree-kaa-kay ) fries for an extra dollar. First of all the sandwich was excellent with the focus on the super crispy, juicy double fried chicken fillet full of umami with the Hencredible sauce, nestled inside a soft Japanese shokupan bun with cider slaw, pickled daikon radish to add a nice freshness to every bite. I got the mild heat level which is the perfect balance of spice and flavor. The fries were nicely cooked as well - crispy outside, fluffy inside and that furikake seasoning just completes it. They also include a nice pickled radish stick to help cleanse the palate between bites if needed. My new top chicken place to go for a good sandwich! read more
A new chicken spot has recently opened in SW ( S Rainbow/ Warm Springs) and it's truly INCREDIBLE !!! The place is not that big, but they still have some seating options- counter top seating and one table. They also offer self-ordering kiosks and a register for ordering. We have ordered: the Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was delicious, PERFECTLY CRISPY on the outside ( not like other places that cannot get a fried chicken sandwich extra crispy) . But this one was nice and crunchy and incredibly good!!! We have also tried: Karaage Popcorn Bites , Waffle Wreck - a MUST TRY! And Furakake French Fries which was perfectly seasoned and yummy. But their Hencredible sauce is definitely one of the best ones we have ever had , it is tangy and sweet with a little hint of spice, perfectly paired with fries! You can customize your sandwich's heat level from mild to ghost hot spice level. They also have a decent selection of drinks . The Limeade was refreshingly good, not too sweet - great summer drink option. Overall: Hencredible is a standout chicken place. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are so kind and attentive , especially the owner Charles is very friendly and passionate about his business . Had been waiting for Hencredible to open for the longest time since one of my friends had asked the worker (during construction) what this was going to be during a visit next door to the ever so popular Brew Tea. Finally, this place opened up and we came to try it on an early evening. Place was empty so we were able to go up instantly to order from 1 of the 2 self-ordering kiosks. Hencredible is a fusion of Korean-inspiration and Nashville style "heat" per their about page. We had tried the FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH and KARAAGE POPCORN BITES as well as THE LIMEADE (there as a promotion for a free drink during the time we visited) and the SOUR CITRUS SHOCK. The FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH is a "double-fried chicken thigh with house-made cider slaw, house-made picked daikon, Hencredible sauce on a fresh, baked-local bun" (from Pullman Bread). I ordered my sandwich at MEDIUM spice level. Chicken itself was very crispy and juicy and decently flavorful like they had brined the chicken. Unfortunately, MEDIUM spice level was very minimally spicy at all. Would definitely want to try HOT or GHOST HOT one day. A friend had said another mutual friend had tried the GHOST HOT and stated it was hot but not like unbearingly hot. It's interesting that their uh "version of a pickle" is a long spear of pickled daikon. Not complaining tho i do like pickles too so kind of miss that. THE KARAAGE POPCORN BITES is "crispy, juicy bites of chicken thigh fried to perfection and comes with a side of Hencredible sauce and house-made cider slaw" Although the popcorn bites were decent, the portion size was very small. Maybe 8 pieces. They gave an extra sauce on the size (which i ended up using with the sandwich). Unsure what the "cider-slaw" was. The chicken was sitting what felt like a bed of plain shredded cabbage on the bottom with some seasoning powder which may have been "seasoned" while they put the powder on the chicken. Not worth for the price vs portion THE LIMEADE is made with fresh limes blended with condensed milk. SOUR CITRUS SHOCK is cold brewed green tea infused with lemon, peach, and kumquat. Both THE LIMEADE and the SOUR CITRUS SHOCK was good but we believe the SOUR CITRUS SHOCK is more to our liking in terms of flavor profile. Both are nice and refreshing, especially for the upcoming summer heat. Service was super friendly. Very limited seating so probably plan to not eat in store unless you get lucky like i did with it being empty. read more

The chicken sandwich was crispy, sauce was flavorful and complimented the chicken very well, slaw was fresh and I loved the thin slices of picked radish at the base of the sandwich to keep it from getting soggy Mushroom fries were individually battered and seasoned well, you should try these! Staff were very nice, they got quite busy so if they are busy please be patient with them as the food that comes out is quality! Small seating area but given the space, they optimized the seating as best they could, I suggest ordering to go and eating it in the car but if you can find a seat then do so! Just tried the karaage popcorn bites, and they were absolutely amazing! Perfectly crispy on the outside while still staying juicy inside. The flavor hits that sweet spot of savory and satisfying easily one of the best chicken bites I've had in Vegas. Definitely coming back for more. read more

Don't bank on dining in as there's very limited seating, however they know how to make a dang good chicken sandwich! This place is more grab and go concept so keep that in mind. I got their medium spice classic chicken sandwich. The chicken was very crispy and flavorful-- perfect medium spice. It had a cabbage slaw and pickled radish in burger. Also had to try their furikake fries of course and that was yummy -- crispy steak fries sprinkled with furikake seasoning. I definitely recommend the food! I easily ordered my food from their website no hassle at all. When I got there it's a clean very open place to see them making the food. I was greeted promptly by one of the employee she was very nice and friendly. They give the food in their recyclable bags the bags are nice. The food itself was very good the spicy chicken was a great kick to it and classic is also very good they both comes with a dipping sauce which was nice. The waffle fries were good but could use less salt. The chicken karage was also very good nice crisp to them not over cooked and were moist. The furikake fries were excellent loved these. What a tasty surprise. We found this on TikTok and instantly headed on over. The sandwiches are a really nice size and everything tasted super fresh. The chicken has a perfect amount of crunch and the slaw really adds something special to the whole taste profile. There's not much seating, so either plan to take it to go or hopefully you have good timing to grab one of the few seats. The service was impeccable and extremely friendly. This is the spot to go now when you are craving a chicken sandwich but with an Asian twist. I enjoyed their fried chicken sandwich everytime and add kimchi and extra pickled radish. I recommend getting it as a combo with their battered fries and limeade. Limeade is unique here, I believe it is made with calpico so it is sweet & tangy, slightly creamy but also refreshing. Love the idea of their furikake fries but it doesn't stick on the battered fries very well so just get it plain. I hope Hencredible is here to stay (especially since it is near my favorite tea place, Brew Tea). read more

Special shout out to Charles and staff for being so attentive and engaging. I don't hand out five star reviews lightly, but Hencredible deserves a whole constellation of them. Imagine the perfect chicken sandwich served up on pillowy Japanese milk bread, with this fresh, crunchy, slightly tangy coleslaw and a pop of pickled radish magic that's just not your average chicken sandwich vibe. It's a totally next level experience. The chicken itself? Fried in a way that's more like a little Korean twist than your typical American style, which means it's crispy and flavorful but also just kind of, hen-chantingly perfect. And don't even get me started on the fries. They give you these beautifully battered fries with the option to sprinkle on some furikake seasoning if you're feeling a little extra adventurous. Dip them in that phenomenal sauce, and you've basically found fry heaven. To top it all off, it's run by a super welcoming Korean family, and the customer service is just as amazing as the food. That does amount to about 3 items though since this is a Hot Chicken Korean fusion specialty shop. I came too late to try and of the special sodas without dairy. Came here on a whim after seeing a couple pics of the food. The shop is located right next to Brew Tea - it took over the old Chinese takeout/mochi donut shop. Inside is a little cramped but there is one 2-seater table and bar seated spots, depending on how busy the place might get you may have to opt for takeout. You might be taken aback a bit by the price of the sandwich but I definitely understood after finishing my meal. You might think it's a little pricy but I wholeheartedly believe it is worth it. The menu is very simple so you know they've perfected the items and are confident to be able to sell the few options they currently have. You're able to customize the spices selection between plain, mild, medium, hot, and ghost hot. The cashier told me the Hot is very similar to the heat of Buldak noodles, so I decided to go with the medium spice. My partner and I both got the combos with our sandwiches, it comes with fries and a bottled drink of choice and it also saves you $2. I was honestly really impressed with how juicy the chicken was, considering that their chicken is double fried. I personally have never tasted a chicken sandwich like Hencredible's before, i'm unsure if they make the batter with curry or marinate the chicken thigh in it but the flavor profile was insane. I might be biased because i'm asian but I would prefer an asian inspired chicken sandwich over places like Chickfila and Daves. I opted for the drink upgrade and got The Limeade, which is their Brazilian limeade. The limeade was a perfect blend of tart and sweet, it was a nice pairing with the spicy chicken. I hope that this restaurant does well because I would be very sad to see it leave. Service was excellent, both the cashier and manager were welcoming and spoke to us kindly during our visit. Saw Hencredible on IG and thought I'd try it, it's close to my home and it's chicken sandwiches and Karaage, I looked at their menu and it all looked so good. They have no problems with customization, especially since I have picky family members. I purchased plain chicken sandwiches (no spice and a 1 medium spice level), since they have combo options, I actually went with the combo option which gives you french fries and a choice of a drink, the chicken itself are really big portions for the sandwich, they were juicy and tender with a great crunch, the french fries were hot and delicious and the right amount of salt, I also ordered their chicken karaage bites and they were so tasty, again with the right amount of crunch, this time I ordered no spice and a medium spice as well, and they came with their Hencredible sauce, that sauce is really good, it's a mix of maybe the normal sauce you would get with chicken karaage and maybe a cane sauce, either way it's delicious. I also ordered 1 of their speciality drinks, it's called Blood Orange Chill, it has sparkling water with blood orange and lemon, it's only a limited time only, but I'm hoping it will stay on the menu! All in all this place was really delicious and since it's in the SW part of Vegas, I'll definitely find my way over to order more and often. read more

The chicken sandwich was incredible. I'm usually not a huge fan of chicken sandwiches because they can get soggy or they don't have a lot of flavor. This sandwich was completely different. The chicken alone was seasoned deliciously and with the kim chee, picked radish, and hencredible sauce I thought the combination was delicious and so flavorful. I also got the waffle fries, which came with a side dipping hencredible sauce. The fries were so crispy and not soggy at all I had gotten it to-go and they gave it to me in this cute reusable bag! I will definitely be returning here and trying more of the menu! read more

This establishment brings to mind the former Bao restaurant that once opned in the same plaza. Every item offered is truly delightful and prepared with meticulous care and passion. The chicken, the sauces, and even the bun, which I believe is a brioche bun which is wonderfully moist and sweet. Typically, I remove the top portion of a burger, but with this one, I enjoyed the entire thing. The lemonade evokes memories of the one I savored in my childhood, a blend of lemonade and condensed milk. I sincerely hope this place continues to grow in popularity and that they will keep creating wonderful new items, much like they have been doing. read more

Hencredible is a new spot located in the SW (Rainbow/Warm Springs) right next door to Brew Tea Bar. Plenty of parking in the plaza. We have been here twice now! We walked in and were greeted right away. There are kiosks at counter to order from. There is one table plus counter top seating. Menu includes chicken, fries and a variety of drinks. We have had the Karaage Popcorn Bites with medium spice, Waffle Fries with a side of medium spice, Furikake Fries and the Limeade to drink. The chicken and fries come with a side of their house sauce which is tangy with a little sweet and a hint of spice. Everything was really good. The fries were nice and crisp and the chicken was juicy. The Limeade was refreshing. Staff is very friendly and even checked on us both times we came in. This has become one of my daughter's faves! read more

Tried this place after visiting Brew Tea and it caught me by surprise! Loved the sauce on the chicken sandwich, it was so juicy and the slaw adds a nice balance. A must try are the mushroom fries! I've never seen them on a menu before so I had to try and they were AMAZING read more
