In an area with several chicken sandwich contenders, Hencredible stands out and is off to a great start! We ordered a fried chicken sandwich, karaage / popcorn chicken, and furikake fries. The sandwich was delicious! It's a piece of chicken thigh breaded and double-fried, topped with Korean pickled radish, slaw, and their house sauce, sandwiched between Japanese milk bread (shokupan) buns. Their breading was IMPRESSIVELY crunchy. It was probably my favorite breading on a fried chicken sandwich ever. Even when pieces of the breading came off the chicken, I'd set them aside and eat them like chips! The dry rub on the chicken was tasty and not too salty, and the heat level felt accurate and comparable to that of a certain Nashville hot chicken place down the street. We ordered our chicken mild, which is spicy but pleasurable to me (someone with zero spice tolerance). I'd probably order the plain next time - note that plain does not mean unseasoned! The pickled radish was a tart, slightly sweet touch, and that plus the slaw and pillowy bun really lightened up the sandwich. All together, it wasn't an overly heavy bite, which is my favorite way to eat fried food! The popcorn chicken had a similar seasoning to the chicken, and the lemon added offered a nice touch to lighten up the spice. I personally think a touch of sweetness (maybe a little sugar on the dry rub?) would elevate it even further, but at least the accompanying house sauce had a subtle sweetness and creaminess that balanced out the bite. The furikake fries are a great level-up to the classic fry. They came out hot, crisp, and nicely seasoned. One of my favorite bites was taking the fry, dipping it in the sauce, and then pressing the fry onto the bits of furikake seasoning at the bottom of the box. They have a small dining room, with four counter seats in the front, another 4-5 in the back, and one dining table for two. It's probably best for a quick meal with a friend or takeout if you have a bigger group. Ambiance is casual, with two self-order kiosks (plus a staff person at the register able to ring you up and/or answer questions) and EDM playing in the back. They're currently in their soft opening and are actively making changes to their business based on customer feedback. The owner (I assume?) came out as we were finishing our meal and asked for our thoughts, which was a nice gesture. We also had a conversation with him about his thoughts as a business owner, especially in such a poppin area of Vegas with lots of competitors. Their areas for improvements are pretty minor, and most importantly, their base product is VERY solid. This spot is definitely going on our regular rotation. read more

Hencredible was really good. You order and pay at the counter, then grab a seat. super easy. It's a really small spot though, only a few tables, so not somewhere you hang out long. I got the Korean fried chicken sandwich, hot, and the heat is no joke. I can handle spice and this still had my nose running and eyes watering. There was a nice kick, but not over the top, just enough to make you feel good. The fries were nice and crispy and came with a sauce. I had the fried chicken sandwich combo and upgraded to furikake (phonetically foo-ree-kaa-kay ) fries for an extra dollar. First of all the sandwich was excellent with the focus on the super crispy, juicy double fried chicken fillet full of umami with the Hencredible sauce, nestled inside a soft Japanese shokupan bun with cider slaw, pickled daikon radish to add a nice freshness to every bite. A new chicken spot has recently opened in SW ( S Rainbow/ Warm Springs) and it's truly INCREDIBLE !!! The place is not that big, but they still have some seating options- counter top seating and one table. They also offer self-ordering kiosks and a register for ordering. We have ordered: the Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was delicious, PERFECTLY CRISPY on the outside ( not like other places that cannot get a fried chicken sandwich extra crispy) . But this one was nice and crunchy and incredibly good!!! We have also tried: Karaage Popcorn Bites , Waffle Wreck - a MUST TRY! And Furakake French Fries which was perfectly seasoned and yummy. But their Hencredible sauce is definitely one of the best ones we have ever had , it is tangy and sweet with a little hint of spice, perfectly paired with fries! Although ordering online didn't work for me, the ordering in the place was quick, easy and friendly. They weren't too busy when I came. The sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I have had. Had been waiting for Hencredible to open for the longest time since one of my friends had asked the worker (during construction) what this was going to be during a visit next door to the ever so popular Brew Tea. Finally, this place opened up and we came to try it on an early evening. Place was empty so we were able to go up instantly to order from 1 of the 2 self-ordering kiosks. Hencredible is a fusion of Korean-inspiration and Nashville style "heat" per their about page. We had tried the FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH and KARAAGE POPCORN BITES as well as THE LIMEADE (there as a promotion for a free drink during the time we visited) and the SOUR CITRUS SHOCK. The FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH is a "double-fried chicken thigh with house-made cider slaw, house-made picked daikon, Hencredible sauce on a fresh, baked-local bun" (from Pullman Bread). I ordered my sandwich at MEDIUM spice level. Chicken itself was very crispy and juicy and decently flavorful like they had brined the chicken. Unfortunately, MEDIUM spice level was very minimally spicy at all. Would definitely want to try HOT or GHOST HOT one day. A friend had said another mutual friend had tried the GHOST HOT and stated it was hot but not like unbearingly hot. It's interesting that their uh "version of a pickle" is a long spear of pickled daikon. Not complaining tho i do like pickles too so kind of miss that. THE KARAAGE POPCORN BITES is "crispy, juicy bites of chicken thigh fried to perfection and comes with a side of Hencredible sauce and house-made cider slaw" Although the popcorn bites were decent, the portion size was very small. Maybe 8 pieces. They gave an extra sauce on the size (which i ended up using with the sandwich). Unsure what the "cider-slaw" was. The chicken was sitting what felt like a bed of plain shredded cabbage on the bottom with some seasoning powder which may have been "seasoned" while they put the powder on the chicken. Not worth for the price vs portion THE LIMEADE is made with fresh limes blended with condensed milk. SOUR CITRUS SHOCK is cold brewed green tea infused with lemon, peach, and kumquat. Both THE LIMEADE and the SOUR CITRUS SHOCK was good but we believe the SOUR CITRUS SHOCK is more to our liking in terms of flavor profile. Both are nice and refreshing, especially for the upcoming summer heat. Service was super friendly. Came here on a whim after seeing a couple pics of the food. The shop is located right next to Brew Tea - it took over the old Chinese takeout/mochi donut shop. You're able to customize the spices selection between plain, mild, medium, hot, and ghost hot. The cashier told me the Hot is very similar to the heat of Buldak noodles, so I decided to go with the medium spice. My partner and I both got the combos with our sandwiches, it comes with fries and a bottled drink of choice and it also saves you $2. I was honestly really impressed with how juicy the chicken was, considering that their chicken is double fried. I personally have never tasted a chicken sandwich like Hencredible's before, i'm unsure if they make the batter with curry or marinate the chicken thigh in it but the flavor profile was insane. I might be biased because i'm asian but I would prefer an asian inspired chicken sandwich over places like Chickfila and Daves. I opted for the drink upgrade and got The Limeade, which is their Brazilian limeade. The limeade was a perfect blend of tart and sweet, it was a nice pairing with the spicy chicken. They have no problems with customization, especially since I have picky family members. I purchased plain chicken sandwiches (no spice and a 1 medium spice level), since they have combo options, I actually went with the combo option which gives you french fries and a choice of a drink, the chicken itself are really big portions for the sandwich, they were juicy and tender with a great crunch, the french fries were hot and delicious and the right amount of salt, I also ordered their chicken karaage bites and they were so tasty, again with the right amount of crunch, this time I ordered no spice and a medium spice as well, and they came with their Hencredible sauce, that sauce is really good, it's a mix of maybe the normal sauce you would get with chicken karaage and maybe a cane sauce, either way it's delicious. I also ordered 1 of their speciality drinks, it's called Blood Orange Chill, it has sparkling water with blood orange and lemon, it's only a limited time only, but I'm hoping it will stay on the menu! All in all this place was really delicious and since it's in the SW part of Vegas, I'll definitely find my way over to order more and often. read more

This establishment brings to mind the former Bao restaurant that once opned in the same plaza. Every item offered is truly delightful and prepared with meticulous care and passion. The chicken, the sauces, and even the bun, which I believe is a brioche bun which is wonderfully moist and sweet. Typically, I remove the top portion of a burger, but with this one, I enjoyed the entire thing. The lemonade evokes memories of the one I savored in my childhood, a blend of lemonade and condensed milk. I've been following Hencredible's journey to open on IG and finally made it by for lunch! The branding with the black and green theme and chick mascot is great, and their menu is concise - I got the fried chicken sandwich (level medium) with kimchi slaw (don't skip it, this made the sandwich!), the furikake waffle fries, and a limeade. Total came to just under $25. I enjoyed the sandwich - the bun did not get soggy, the kimchi slaw was a great touch, and the chicken was well prepared. I erred on the side of caution and ordered a medium spice level but didn't really detect any heat, would go with hot next time to compare. The chicken itself could be crispier but the meat was a good portion size and I liked the house Hencredible sauce. Props for boxing the fries up with the lid open a bit so they didn't get soggy! These were okay, the furikake didn't really stick to the fries and was instead on the bottom of the box. They might need to pull from the fryer, drain, and toss with topping ASAP while they're hot so it sticks. The limeade was great - creamier and less tart than expected but not too sweet, great summer drink option as the weather will be heating up soon. Service throughout was attentive and friendly, they just opened last week so they're still working things out but it was a good experience. You do order at kiosk screen, which can be a positive for order accuracy. My order was bagged as takeout, and everything was packaged well. They do have more seats than I expected for the smallish space. I'm not in the area often, but this spot is worth a stop if you're a fried chicken sandwich fan!
