One of our favorite places to get pizza in Tulsa! There are several other locations in the surrounding area. The restaurant has a laid back casual feel to it. All of the staff that we encountered were super friendly! They even brought out our two year a pizza tray with pieces of dough on it for him to play with while we waited on our food! During this visit we chose garlic bread for the appetizer. And "The Boz" pizza and a ham & cheese hoagie. The garlic bread was average. Just sliced bread with melted cheese and seasoning on top. The pizza however was delicious!! It includes Hideaway Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Bacon, Pepperoni, Sausage, Jalapeño, Red Bell Pepper!! We will definitely be returning to Hideaway! read more

I was not impressed at all. The selection is pretty diverse, and their garlic knots were so good!! My boyfriend enjoyed his friend mushrooms too. My boyfriend's mom asked for lemon and the waitress brought lemons that literally crumbled when touched. They were so rotten it was nasty. I still cannot believe that happened. After that, I was so paranoid about my Caesar salad that I swore some of the Parm was wilted. So yeah, that left a bad taste in my mouth. The salad was good though. The pizza - we ordered the Sicilian. It was ok. The crust was a bit brittle for me to be honest. I always feel like the crust is the best part, but not this time. Really good pizza and wings. I am really impressed with the curbside service as a mom who doesn't want to have to wait or bring a toddler in just to grab a pizza and have to deal with the car seat and carrying boxes. They are so fast and attentive so I really appreciate that. I'm so happy they have multiple locations. I love hideaway pizza, I grew up coming here! The ingredients used on the pizza always taste fresh. The sauce to cheese patio is always perfect. The chicken pizza at hideaway is the best I have ever had, they use big chunks of white meat with a nice grilled flavor! We also ordered an appetizer of garlic knots, which I had never had before. Went for dinner with guests from out of town on Friday, November 19th at 6:15 p.m. There were 9 in our party. We sat at table 75. Billy was our server. This was the most unpleasant, worst experience ever. On the other side of the wood partition was a large group of 8 year olds yelling, screaming, and kicking the wood. These out of control kids were so loud that we couldn't even speak with our party. We informed the manager and thought he addressed the issue but it didn't make any difference. It's a shame that parents can't control their kids and ruin it for everyone else in the place. We have been going to Hideaway since the 70's in Stillwater. Hideaway lost 9 long time customers, we won't be back! Zero rating! read more

Just awful. Nearly 60 dollars of mediocre food. Where to start? The pizza was burnt. The lettuce in the salad had a hard texture (not talking about the cabbage parts). The wings were mediocre - AND there was a hair on one of the meatballs (nasty pre frozen meatballs.) This location has been hit and miss for a while. Usually it's miss. This is actually the second hair I have found in my food. The first time I sent feedback via their online survey and never got a response. How hard is it to keep HAIR OUT OF FOOD? Disgusting. Pros: every conference that I have ever attended in Tulsa has been at the Double Tree across the street. My coworkers like this place and they have gluten free options. Ok maybe I am a bit harsh coming from an area where a good pizza joint is on pretty much every street corner. We order a pizza to go as this place was across the street from our Hotel. Crust was thick and doughy and not very good. Sauce was not flavorful and you really did not taste the cheese. Cheese tasted more like imitation cheese. Overall, Domino's would have been better and I don't really care for Domino's either. The menu did have other options besides Pizza and they did offer dine in options. read more

The schooner of beers and the 50/50 appetizer of perfectly fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks are always a must. Then it's off to the pizza selection, where they offer some pretty unique combos. It is really hard for me to find anything I don't like about Hidwaway. My first time at this location on 61st. It was great, fast courteous service. The menu is full of choices but not too many as to make it cumbersome. The prices are spot on, the decor is great, the bathrooms clean. Oh and they held the door open both times. This is the third Hideaway location I have visited and it stood up well to the others. I have never been disappointed in Hideaway's food, service, or cleanliness. I love this restaurant. Their pizza is absolutely fantastic and my husband does not eat meat so we enjoy cycling through all of the specialty veggie pizza options (there are eight or nine on the menu at all times). This time we went for the Farmer's Market and it was amazing, although I still call Totally Truffled and Apollo my favorites on the menu. This location is in a higher end strip mall location and what it lacks in character it makes up for in space - large with lots of elbow room. Five stars for sure. read more

I am a personal fan of hideaway pizza some are not but if you went to college in Stillwater than you understand the situation. I like the veggie pizza and the big country. I also dig their mozzarella sticks too. There is only a slight drawback is today they put too much dressing on my Caesar salad. Normally not too much but today was probably an off day. Someone being a little overzealous with the dressing. Overall I go to hideaway about once a month and each time is as good as the last. Hideaway has been a go-to place ever since wife went to school in stillwater. They seem to have a continually evolving menu with good combinations or you can build it yourself. Table service from young college students is always bright and friendly. Good and prompt service. Their just a beginner salad is a great complement to a pizza, and the fried mushrooms will keep you busy until the pizza arrives. A small but sometimes decent selection of wine and we are even able to sometimes call ahead and have them open a bottle while we are on the way. It gets busy but moves fast. We enjoy supporting local restaurants. Hideaway has been fairly dependable over the years. This location (Kingspointe) has become poorly managed and kitchen staff must run unsupervised. This review is a result of our final visit. Trying something off the "NEW" pasta bowl menu, the result was not edible. Dried penne pasta, dried out pre grilled/probably frozen chicken and the small dousing of Alfredo sauce was simply attaching pasta to the bottom of the dish, mimicking grade school paste. This meal was only the latest disappoint for this location. Sadly, after reaching out to senior management and being ignored I realized customer feedback and impressions are unimportant. read more

Don't make us wait for our extras so that we havask for basics like straws and silver. DON'T serve the appetizer with the main course. Don't make a customer finally have to track you down to ask for the check. The place is called Hideaway, but, Dear wait staff: that doesn't mean you can hide away from the customers. Not like that was my last trip to Hideaway. I've been to many different locations and generally food and service is very good if not exceptional. I'll call this a 'one off' and return some day.
