While waiting for our food, I observed a group of servers or bussers gathered around one particular table that appeared to be their friends. Throughout my visit, one employee named William was extremely loud and engaging in inappropriate conversation with coworkers, including discussing how to say profanity (specifically "motherf***er") in Chinese. This behavior was disruptive and completely unprofessional. What was most upsetting was witnessing this same employee take chopsticks and insert them upright into the food of the friends at the table. In Japanese culture, this action is associated with death and funerals, making it highly inappropriate and disrespectful--especially in a Japanese restaurant. The loud and rude behavior continued for the duration of my visit, with staff clearly prioritizing their friends over other guests. During this time, my food was delivered, but no one checked in to see if everything was okay. After finishing my meal, I waited nearly 20 minutes for my bill, which was never brought to me. I eventually had to get up and pay at the front. Due to the unacceptable behavior and lack of service, I left no tip. I liked that not only could you tick boxes for additions (price noted at each box) but you could also tick boxes to delete ingredient(s) on your order. We shared an order Green Gyoza before our ramen arrived. It was a good starter. My friend decided to try their Spicy Miso Ramen this time and he really liked it. I saw reviews on yelp for their Creamy Vegan Ramen dish so I ordered that adding Shrimp Tempura and baby spinach. I really liked my ramen dish. I ate it all and there was hardly a drop of broth left.
