I'm a regular customer here. In my opinion, the spicy noodles here are very good -- better than most places in OC. However, for most of the drinks, I honestly don't find anything special to praise, even though this is supposed to be a bubble tea shop. Today, as usual, I ordered a bowl of spicy noodles. I asked if they could add a little purple cabbage to it, but I didn't expect they would charge an extra $3.50 for a small plate with just a tiny amount. I don't think $3.50 is worth it for that portion of cabbage. So, for a $15.50 bowl of spicy noodles plus a small $3.50 plate of cabbage, I don't feel that's a fair price. That's the one thing I don't like here. Even though I'll probably still come back, I won't have the same fondness for this place as I used to. Maybe you'll think I'm overreacting, but keeping customers happy, offering fair prices, and ensuring a good experience should be the store's responsibility. It's not about the $3.50 -- it's just not worth it. I'd also like to add a suggestion: instead of charging $3.50, the shop could charge 50 cents or $1, which would be fine. They could also serve less cabbage since it's just for one bowl of noodles, it doesn't need to be that much. The service in this location is amazing. They do a great job and fast pace is taking in your order and getting it done for you. The ambience is very peaceful. Everyone is in their own tables drinking and enjoying their beverages. The reason we came here were for the Labubu's. The Labubu's are actually made out of Panna cotta and they're quite bland. They do pair up with any of the drinks perfectly and the taste is up for you to decide. They also do sell the Panna cotta on their own and they do have them in various sizes so make sure you choose which size you want otherwise they'll default you to the smaller size the tasting of the drinks wasn't all that great but if you're here for the aesthetic and the Panna cotta.Labubu! Instead, the vanilla caramel flavor was so over powering that it gave me an after taste of butterscotch. I asked my fiancé what he thought and he said watered down condense milk and creamer. My friend got the matcha milk latte cheese and she loved it because it's not too sweet. The prices here are reasonable with drinks ranging from $4.55-$5.75. We wanted pop corn chicken but it's sold out. So we got garlic fries. You can tell it's air fried not deep fried because no oil or grease. I recently ordered a bucket full topping and a milk tea with cheese foam. The experience was extremely disappointing. First, the milk tea with full toppings was poorly packed and spilled all over the bag. Everything was sticky and a mess by the time I opened it. Worse, one of the toppings in the milk tea with cheese foam -- the Labubu -- had a hair embedded inside it. This is not something that could have just fallen in; the hair was actually inside the topping. I have a video showing me pulling the hair out of it -- it was absolutely disgusting. Howeve I was a bit disappointed when I was charged extra after my original order was out of stock & wasnt given a choice to choose my replacement. I'm always a fan of the milkteas here, strong flavors with variety of toppings to choose from, similar to what you could find in Vietnam. However, they seems to have problems keeping consistency of food quality. Drink: I ordered the Cheese Foam Milk Tea. It suppose to come with a cheddar cheese pudding and 2 cheese balls. When I got my drink, I got 5 cheese balls and no pudding. Staff never mentioned they ran out of stock for the pudding, never ask for substitution options. They just did it without your knowing and expect you to accept it. The other times when I ordered thai milktea with boba, some times my drink comes with the green tea jelly, some times they don't. Just wish there is more consistency in how you guys make your drinks. Food: Also ups and downs. One time it's the super chewy meat cuts in the ramen. The other time it's the overly salted popcorn chicken. My order of garlic fries were incredibly overcooked (the type when you bite into there is no potato meat, just the hard shell is all you can taste.) I don't think setting a timer for a fryer is that difficult to do. Staff: Clearly understaffed during busy hours. I can see my food readily placed on the counter, waiting to be packed and given to me. It took them 15 more minutes before I can get them because staffs were running around doing other tasks.
