Be cautious about this place. They sell poisonous food after 7 pm. I ordered one box of pate chaud, bun rieu, banh canh, and bun bo hue. My daughter used to be a fan of pate chaud here. Unfortunately, she ate the first bite, then threw up. I asked her what was wrong, and she told me the meat tasted weird, so I tried the second one and found out the meat was sour, but the others were fine. Talking about bun bo hue, I requested no HUYET, but they put a lot of huyet, and less meat. It seemed like they put the leftovers in it. They put the same broth, which was too sweet both bun rieu, and banh canh. Even though they're free, I'll never take them for any reason. I totally turned off, so I threw them in the trash can. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures because I was so upset at that time. My friends, relatives, and neighbors experienced the same issue, but they ignored it. However, I encourage people with different issues with this place to stand up and confront them. If you ignore it, they will keep doing it to harm your health and anything else you never expect. Don't let them fool you!!! I called the store and told them about this issue. They seemed not to cooperate with me but blamed me blah blah blah. I will report this issue to either the Health Department or Consumer Affairs. That's all I need to do for now. I remember a couple of months ago, this place was closed for about a week. Maybe the inspection for sanitation. No surprise and no wonder, but the TRUTH. They lost royal customers like us. We're consumers, so we have the RIGHT to speak up. I went here with my dad the other day my dad got chao long which is rice porridge with meat while I got bun Bo hue which is a Vietnamese spicy noodle soup. The bun Bo hue was a 5/5 it was delicious, great flavor, noodles were soft, and meat was super tender. The service was fast & employee is super nice and friendly. Their menu has noodles, rice, and any dish you can think of. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. There is plenty of parking. I had two very different experiences at this store. Yesterday, I stopped by to buy blood sausage for porridge because I live quite far away. A very friendly male employee kindly suggested that I come back the next day and buy it fresh and hot, as it would taste much better. I really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, when I returned today, I had a disappointing experience with a young female cashier. I don't know her name, but she appeared to be quite young. I was standing in line and waiting for my turn. When it was my turn, she skipped over me and asked the customer behind me what they wanted. I thought perhaps she was helping someone else first, so I waited patiently. However, she then told me to keep waiting while she served other customers. After being overlooked again, I politely mentioned that I had been waiting for some time. She seemed irritated, asked what I wanted, set my items aside without processing them, and then continued helping the next customer. I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but every customer deserves to be treated with respect and fairness. I came to purchase food and support the business, and I was disappointed by the way I was treated. I hope management will provide additional customer service training so that all customers receive the same level of courtesy and respect. read more

Love this place for their food, specifically their bo ne. The sesame puffy bread is made fresh too. I want to point out that I like the darker skin young boy with the glasses's service! Once we walked in on a cold afternoon, the door was kept open, but he asked us if we want to sit in the area or moved inner since it was cold. I appreciate this care for the customers and speaking/asking whether we wanted to change seats since they had other seats available. I am thankful for that and it makes me want to go back. This was my first time trying this place as a restaurant! I usually come here to just buy their premade foods from the counter, typically the blood sausage or lemongrass sausage (which are both amazing by the way). My table ordered some soups and chao long as well as banh cuon. All the soups were so tasty but the chao long was pretty impressive. The ingredients in the chao long exceeded my parents expectations and they loved it! One thing to consider is their chili sauce, it is very very spicy so just be weary how much chili you add to your meal! This place does get quite busy! My party was there early in the day when the restaurant was not packed but as a few minutes passed, all the tables started to fill up quick! The interior is clean but it does get crowded and a little rowdy since it is both a restaurant and a shop where you can come and buy to-go items as well. Parking can become difficult in this area given the busy-ness of the complex, but it won't be impossible. Definitely a good place to try out! read more

This place has a lot of authentic Vietnamese food and they have the intestine to eat with the porridge. My parents always buy stuff here. If you buy togo, you have to wait for at least 15-20 minutes. I've been going here for years, maybe like the last 15 years with my parents. The prices are reasonable and although it's not the prettiest place, the food is really good!
