So, you can support two local businesses at once!! On my most recent visit, I went with Combo A, which comes with 5 pieces of nigiri, sushi, and sashimi. Honestly, I think it's the perfect amount if you want a good variety of fresh fish while still getting to try one of their rolls. Everything was fresh, tasted great, and was exactly what I was looking for. Since Jimmie's is right next to the bowling alley, it can get busy pretty quick, so definitely keep that in mind if you're visiting this location. That said, the staff is always attentive and does a good job getting people seated and taken care of as quickly as they can. Not only did we start with our usuals but this time we tried 2 different items I haven't reviewed. I spotted the Midoris Roll on the menu and am so glad I ordered it. It has the perfect amount of spice, incredible flavor, and, as always, the freshest ingredients. It will definitely be added to our regular rotation. To top off an already amazing dinner, I saw Ty making a "Starbucks on Crack" cocktail and had to try one for myself. If you enjoy a dessert-style drink, I highly recommend it. Espresso martinis can sometimes be too bitter for my taste, but Cocoro's version was smooth, balanced, and absolutely delicious.
