If I can give it 0 stars I would. A party of 4 and ordered the Large meat combo $150. First of all, they rush you out of your dining experience. There was 4-5 different staff coming in and out every other minute to flip over the meat. They dont even know who did what last or keep track so the meat is getting flipped over numerous times for no reason. The umami of the meat goes to waste and the meat gets harder because they touch it so fvckin much. 2nd, they bring u these tiny banchans that has 2 bites of kimchi in it. We were a party of 4 and needed to refill the kimchi. They said "WE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR REFILL" I know damn well if we were Korean they wouldnt be telling us some racist BS like that. $50 for a plate of Galbi ribs too. We spent over $200 with drinks. Be grateful for this money that you will never get from us again. Never coming back. read more

Ordered bibimbap, marinated short rib and unmarinated shortrib. The bibimbap wasn't bad but the rice was super wet and soggy. Marinated short rib was OK. However they didn't do any grill changes so when. They cook the unmarinated short rib it was all burnt. The unmarinated short rib is frozen and rock hard. So the outside is all burnt but the inside is still raw and hard. If you do want to try this place stay away from anything unmarinated as it comes out rock frozen. read more

There is a mismatch in pricing and quality of food here. They charge 5 star pricing for 3 star quality of food and service. Ordered the cold noodles and a plate of galbi. Galbi was $50 for a small portion (menu picture made it seem big) and it was very greasy. Banchan was not impressive and again small portions. Table was sticky and other than the ac vent blowing on me there was no other vent to divert the bbq smell. We did not opt for cooking at our table and still walked out smelling like bbq. I predict this place will last less than a year unless they change either pricing or food quality. 626 has many other kbbq places that either offer better quality food or cost less. read more

This was our second time coming here. We ordered the beef combo for two adults, one toddler and a baby. We wanted to come back because when we went the first time, it was great. Service was good, we ordered the same thing and food came on time. Second time was horrible. No one cooked the meat and we had to raise our hands several times to ask for more side dishes. While we were waiting for the food, the soybean soup came out 40 minutes later. We also asked for scissors to cut the meat, where we asked several times and we finally got it after we finished eating. During the course of our meal, the server did not check up on us or change the tray. When the steamed egg did come, it came after our meal was done. It tasted like watered down egg. It was extremely disappointing because this is the closest Korean BBQ joint. Both my husband and I are so disappointed in the service and the quality of the food. read more

I came here on Labor day with my family and I was really impressed with the quality of meat and service. They were really generous with the side dishes and the food was very delicious. The meat was very tender with great marbling. One thing I appreciated was how attentive the servers was. I would say this place is comparable to Baekjeong. The food here is pretty good and we would love to go back, but the reason why we wont is because their service is terrible. When we first got our food, the first waiter came and started our food and then left it to burn. I started cooking on my own but a different waiter came out to cook but dried out the meat to where its so chewy. After that, when they offered to cook we politely said no thank you. They don't pay attention to how fast the meat is cooking or how long they are leaving it on. When it was time to pay, we paid cash and the waiter never came back with our change. We had to go up and ask for it. The quality of the food is really good, but if the service is going to be that bad to the point where it gets irritating, i'd rather go elsewhere. read more

We had a wonderful dinner at Hodori this evening. They graciously hosted our large party of 8 including many kids. It's a large restaurant with many table seating options of booths and tables. We ordered the small beef combo, pork katsu and bimbibop. The beef was delicious! I love how they cook the food for you and you can just sit back and enjoy. The bulbulgi melted in my mouth and the beef short ribs were so tender and well marinated. Best of all, they have robots that bring the food to your table! Such a fun experience. The price isn't horrible for the quality of meat but I wish the combo came with a little more. The large combo fed the four of us pretty comfortably. The meat was good but some of it was way too over cooked. The service was somewhat inattentive as they would leave the meat on the grill and just walk away but they were able to refill our banchan whenever we asked. The place is newly renovated and clean but the booths we sat in were wobbly and felt as if they were not properly holstered to the wall. Overall, I do not think I would go back as the price point is not worth the meat or service. read more

Food was good - meat quality was alright for the price, but the pork and the beef brisket had a funny unpleasant, meaty smell. Short ribs were frozen when they came out, making them a little difficult to cook. Donkatsu was good, a little heavy on the breading but pork didn't taste as dry as it looked. Fried dumpling was good. Service was quite terrible. The yelp waitlist clearly didn't work as it was stuck for 30 minutes with multiple empty tables in the restaurant, but we were able to get a table rather fast. The waitress who took our order didn't seem to know the menu and the allergens for each dish well enough. She came to check on us once or twice during the meal and they didn't even took our empty plates away...Took us a good 5 minutes to get the check because the waitresses were just busy. Restaurant is definitely very understaffed. Most disappointing aspect was that the soap in the bathroom was out - seems to be huge red flag regarding food safety. read more

I've been to this kbbq twice with my family. Server there are very friendly and nice both times we were there. Price is pretty much similar to Baekjeong and I'd say food quality is better than Baekjeong imo. We normally go to kbbq for their side dishes and meat quality. Our first time here and we ordered sliced beef brisket and marinated galbi x2. After the first galbi the grill was burnt and dirty so we waved the server over to change the grill. She came and turned down the stove and we asked her to change the grill but she disappeared. Ok so it wasn't our server she just happened to see us waving. So we waited for our server to come. He came after passing our tables many times and we asked him to change the grill and refill the side dishes. He was like I'll change the grill but you'll need to wait for the side dish. It was fine cuz I'll have to wait for the meat to cook anyway. Well after the second galbi was done cooking there was still no side dish. After we were done eating there was still no side dish refill. We were still hungry but we decided to leave if that's the type of service we're getting. We won't be back. read more
