Difficult to review because I understand they are newly opened and a smaller/more local owned shop. I love that for them and for around here. The good: the flavor was good and the fries were hot. The bad: The meat/bread ratio is off. There is very little meat. The ugly: There was a hair in my burger. It's cute inside with a hole in the wall vibe. Service is fine enough. Holy Cow burger: nice char on the patty, toasted fresh soft bun, nice fixins and dressing. Patty was dry for my taste, looks like the owner/operator goes for just shy of well done. THIS WAS THE BEST, NON- BORING MUNDANE BURGER EVERRRR. the sauce was incredible, the patty TENDER. the fries, so flavorful and crispy yet fluffy inside. i got the holy cow with pickles, and amazing to say the least. their sliders were so cute and amazing, the chicken was tender and flavorful. there was one worker there and he was so nice and patient. he was handling food AND being cashier. the restaurant was clean and big and perfect for bigger groups. the bathrooms were out of service but the sink was working AND they had a prayer mat in the hallway and it was overall amazing. they even don't carry sprite, coca cola but instead carry the kroger brand sodas. The meat is premade and not really of decent quality. In my opinion if you are a restaurant that only specializes in one thing-Which in this case it's burgers; then it should be made optimal and fresh. - false advertising: they use the same picture for the regular and vegan chicken sliders. but the vegan ones just have the tiniest gardein chicken nugget - the vegan hamburger sliders such a small triangle of cheese that barely covered a third of the slider -overall, the sliders were so thin the top and bottom buns touched at the rim, so it looked like there was nothing in them at least they taste good but it's ridiculous that they're this stingy for a $19 set of sliders read more

Food is good. Bought a 6 pack of beef and cheese sliders. Good quality foot and good taste. Service was good. However, a guy came out of the back with his mouth and chewed with his mouth open...yuck. This is a 5 star burger place that unfortunately has a couple of things holding it back. The good: The food was great. The flavor of the burgers with the sauce and everything just went perfectly together. The buns were extremely soft and fluffy. I was extremely satisfied and if you want a solid burger you won't be upset. The bad: 1. The burger patty was just too small, especially for the price. 2. The prices of everything were too high. $9 shakes, $12 burgers, $9 for a large fry (that tasted great) that wasn't a massive tray, $2.50 for an extra slice of cheese on your burger. 3. They did not have tap water. Only bottled water for $1.50/each Honestly I could have seen myself giving them a 2 to 3 star but the food tasted so good it saved them. Tell you what, the No. 2 Hamburger with an add of bacon was delicious; the onion rings were too perfect not to have been prepackaged and warmed on site, they were good, as for the milkshake, keep your money, not sure there was milk used, tasted like ice milk instead of ice cream. Service was okay but English certainly wasn't their primary language. Not sure how they prepared the food in such a short time? The first time I came here I remember being absolutely blown away by the burger, it was hot, juicy, tender, delicious; it was hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had, period. Every time I've gone until the last few times has been nothing short of phenomenal with their classic and holy burgers. However, the last few times I've been there, I've been served lukewarm burgers that were hardly worth eating. I'm not sure if the chef has changed, or the recipe, but the burger is barely a shadow of what it was before, which is strange because when you wait 15-20 minutes for a burger, you'd be under the impression that it comes fresh off the grill, but being served a lukewarm burger that tastes like it was made a day ago and then barely microwaved before being served to you is nothing like the experiences we had before. There are only few establishment (to my knowledge), specially in TX, where they charge extra if paying by credit card/debit card - unfortunately, this business is one of them! I didn't find anything special with the food. It is just okay and nothing extra ordinary. Food regular menu prices are already on the expensive side. A very small size fries is $3.50+tax! Inside of restaurant is very lame and boring. There are no fountain drinks options here. I have never seen a burger joint with no fountain drinks. They have very limited choices of drinks in a small fridge. Customer service is iffy. Sometimes it is good and sometimes not. Charging 3% in the name of "Service Fees" is ridiculous specially when the menu price is already high! The disappointing part is that they don't have any posting or sign that says anything about the extra charge. Specially paying to the person at the register, they don't bother telling you and you just pay whatever you are asked for. How many people pay attention to their receipt? People don't even asked for their receipt let aside checking the receipt for what they have been charged for. In my opinion what this business is doing are fraud and unethical. It doesn't matter how much business is paying to the credit processor and how much they are charging customer for that. Menu price should include everything. Or, don't take any cards and just accept cash. Or, at the least, put a clear sign at the payment terminal that any card payment will be charged extra 3% so customer will be clear on what exactly they are paying for. read more

First time here today and glad I came by. Very friendly service from Anfal as soon as I entered. The food matched the quality service. I had the chopped cheese sliders and sweet potato tots and they were fantastic. Burger had no flavor and was the smallest patty surrounded by a huge bun. The real kicker was the drink situation. They offered local sodas and Big K brand cola. I didn't want that and headed next door to the convenience store to buy a Coke. When we came back and they brought the food to us, the guy said he didn't allow outside drinks to be brought in. I said no worries, I'll eat outside and started to wrap my food up. He then said "Nervermind, it's fine." If it was fine, why did he say anything? Horrible customer service screwed up a simple burger the first time which was sent back. during this time I could hear the staff in the kitchen violently arguing over the mistake. Once the food was sent out this was not right and at that point the cook also came out to argue further. At that point I said keep your freaking money.
