The only slight downside is that the broth was just a tough too salty for my liking, and I would've preferred a soy marinated egg over a soft boiled egg. They have other ramen here was well, such as a chicken-based shio ramen, a regular tonkotsu, and a Thai curry ramen. I definitely would return to try the other ramen. While I wanted to get everything, I opted for the Chicken Saag (this time around) with a medium spice. In ten minutes, the bag was waiting for me and I dug in right there in the parking lot. This Chicken Saag was purrrrrrfect! Medium spice was a bit on the medium-high side, so I had just the right amount of sniffles and small beads of sweat on my forehead. The flavor jumped out of the carton and assaulted my tastebuds in the best way. The chicken was perfectly cooked and tender, and I immediately regretted not getting another dish or two to have leftovers for dinner.
