This gem, located in the old Broker Inn, recently opened, and what a find!…read moreThe space is huge, and they did a great job renovating it with plenty of smaller seating areas, making it feel inviting and creating more intimate spots. It's a really fun place to visit, and you can even play pool or ping pong while enjoying delicious craft cocktails and tasty food. My friend and I went for Happy Hour, and we had a blast! The service was very attentive and friendly; the waiter's and bartender's recommendations were great, and the food was not only beautifully presented, but also extremely tasty. They will open the outdoor pool with a bar and seating area next to it this summer, and I can't wait! In the meantime, I'll definitively go back!

The inside is really cute and I love the overall vibe of the place. We were dressed for dinner, so we weren't looking to swim, but the pool looked fun for a hot day. I ordered the Banana Boulevardier and it was delicious. After that I ordered a daiquiri (one of my go-to drinks) and it was probably one of the best ones I've ever had. The bartenders were all super nice and we enjoyed chatting with them. We weren't there to eat, but the food looked good. I would love to come back and order off of the Happy Hour menu. I couldn't find the happy hour times anywhere online, but they are 3-6 and 8-close every day.

I tiki ramen taco bar... and it somehow works!…read more I've been here many times. I like the tacos, my wife likes the ramen, and we both like the drinks. I like that the menu is constantly changing, so I can always try something new. There are usually a few staples, too. The tacos are priced reasonably so you can try several flavors. Every now and then there's one I don't like as much as the others, but that doesn't ruin the experience. The ramen is priced well for the amount you get, too. The only thing I consistently haven't liked is their guacamole. But I do like their avocado and salsas. They have a decent happy hour and, recently added, a "taco Tuesday." The kids menu options are pretty good, too. The hot dogs are a hit. Sometimes the buttered noodles are, too. The tiki drinks are great fun, and they're always trying something new. In the past, they've put lemonades in fun cups (like the hedgehog cup) so our kids can enjoy a "fancy drink." The service is pretty fast and consistent. They bring you a nice jug of water to help yourself with refills.

So it was shocking that I found such a good bowl out here in Erie. I got the Hellfire Ramen, a tonkotsu-based ramen served with their house spicy sauce, chili oil, pork shoulder, and a soft boiled egg. The broth was rich and flavorful, the spice level was perfect (quiet hot but still maintaining a good balance of flavors), and the pork shoulder was tender but still has a bit of nice toothsomeness. Overall, this was an excellent bowl of ramen comparable to any of the top spots in Denver. The only slight downside is that the broth was just a tough too salty for my liking, and I would've preferred a soy marinated egg over a soft boiled egg. They have other ramen here was well, such as a chicken-based shio ramen, a regular tonkotsu, and a Thai curry ramen. I definitely would return to try the other ramen. If the other items on this menu is as tasty, I wouldn't hesitate to give them 5 stars.

All. The. Yes! I have to drive across Northern Colorado a few times a month for my job, and I've…read morepassed this truck a handful of times already - conveniently (and brilliantly) located outside of a dispensary. I was driving back north wanting something to pick up something quick for lunch to avoid traffic when I remembered having seen this truck. I pulled in to the parking lot of the dispensary, and got quite a few odd looks (including the unsuspecting owner of the food truck) when I walked straight to the truck, circumventing the marijuana shop. They have a pretty full menu, much of which is handwritten below the typed items, which shows that they have had enough demand to expand - including the addition of the missing naan mentioned in the review below! While I wanted to get everything, I opted for the Chicken Saag (this time around) with a medium spice. In ten minutes, the bag was waiting for me and I dug in right there in the parking lot. This Chicken Saag was purrrrrrfect! Medium spice was a bit on the medium-high side, so I had just the right amount of sniffles and small beads of sweat on my forehead. The flavor jumped out of the carton and assaulted my tastebuds in the best way. The chicken was perfectly cooked and tender, and I immediately regretted not getting another dish or two to have leftovers for dinner. I've got to make the trek back south again next week (boo), but this truck (yay!) will definitely be the brightest part of my day as I start to navigate through the rest of the menu!

This is the best food truck food I've ever had honestly…read more Chicken tikka masala had amazing flavor, chicken was great quality. I got medium and I thought it could've been a little spicier so I will do hot next time. I love that there wasn't an up charge for coconut milk too! Also got the lamb curry, extra hot and it definitely brought the heat. Amazing flavor too! The samosas and naan both tasted so fresh. I ordered online and it was ready right when I got there, by the time I got home it was still hot! The owner was so nice & pleasant to talk to, you can tell he really enjoys what he does! Highly recommend this place :)
