Hot tomatoes is open again. I never visited this restaurant prior to its closure, but I can vouch for it, being up and running again. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Pizza, which was pretty good, but not out of the this world. I was expecting chicken tikka *masala*, which this is not. None the less, it was a good dinner, and I anticipate coming back here to try some of their other pies.

6-11-24 stopped in here after Rodo's Bar! Celebrated my bf cousins birthday Bar hopping and Happy hours til 2am!!. The service was good the ambiance was chill cool vibes outside, it was like 8 of us, I've never been here but Bmore's Hot Tomatoes is like DC's Jumbo slice, the slices are huge but here it's the most authentic you can tell from the sauce!! . They only had cheese by the time we got there but I fell in love that night because I've been wanting it since that slice and we're now in another month and I need it. I'm very particular about pizza and where I eat in general so this was definitely my speed. And usually I have to have hella toppings but this pizza needed no extras it was greaaat and so flavorful all the way around and I ate this after the alcohol wore off!!! because it truly matters. I'd certainly come here and recommend it as well!! Just need to find out the best time to come to get more with toppings on it and whatever else on the menu

Was craving some late night pizza even though we had just eaten. Cheat days have to be epic right!?!? So went in they had jumbo sliced pizza. Nothing crazy was pretty average. Wish it was crispy but otherwise but too crazy to note about. Try to get there before the bars let out.

Hot tomatoes thoughts: -Best late night pizza place in Fell's point -Thin crust yet crunchy, large slices -my absolute favorite is the margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes but sometimes they don't have all the ingredients -I'll keep coming back!

THE most perfect pizza crust in Baltimore. REAL, crispy, solid pizza crust in Baltimore.

We came in for the Diablo donuts (which were delicious, BTW) and we're going to town on them in the back when the guy behind the counter approached us and asked if we wanted to try a slice of his new breakfast pizza he'd been working on. OH MY GOD. This was the best thing I've put in my mouth in a long time. It was perfect New York style crust; crispy but also slightly doughy without being burnt, and it held up the plethora of fresh, flavorful toppings, including: bacon, sausage, cheese, spicy green peppers, onions, and a perfectly cooked, yolky, over hard/medium egg baked on top. I would come here every week for breakfast if this was a menu item, AND I will absolutely be back for pizza. Best. Pizza. Ever.

At $4.50/slice for poor service and awful pizza. Stay away. I wouldn't wish this pizza on my worst enemy.

I was hoping to park on the street to run in but ended up driving around for 10+ minutes before ending up in the lot. Turns out my parking was free so it worked out just fine. For the food, I got the cheese pizza with prosciutto and the mango habanero wings. The pizza was fantastic, and I really liked that you can order a half portion which was great for 2 people. The crust was crispy, and the cheese and sauce were great, and it was packed with prosciutto. The wings were also great, I loved the sauce and the sesame seeds on some of them which was a fun twist.

Parking anywhere downtown especially the inner harbor on the street is very limited; and the parking garages are insane at times. I found parking and made way to this establishment at the Power Plant. There was a Flippino festival going on at Power Plant as well. When we entered the establishment, we were immediately seated. Seating is only at high tops or the bar. We started off with a couple drinks, old bay wings and cheesesteak sliders. The drinks were ok, not 5 star rating. The cheesesteak sliders were okay as well. We ordered Old bay fries which came out great. After digesting the wings, sliders and fries we ordered the Peppers and Onions pizza with added spinach. The pizza came out very light. Ive had this pizza previously and it was toasted and not doughy. There was very little cheese. The pizza disappointed. So after all, I was very disappointed with the choice of this establishment today. Absolutely nothing but the friendly attentive staff was a plus. The staff were beyond attentive. It could be a bad day but definitely not good since I havent been here in about 3 plus years. The prices has increased tremendously as well. I wouldnt say not to go but based on today, I would be skeptical to return again for myself in the future.

Also ordered a Caesar salad which unfortunately did not come (again, the delivery had other issues so I don't think it was the fault of the restaurant). My bf loved the cheese ravioli. He thought the filling was tasty and enjoyed the sauce. Their red sauce is a more chunky sauce with onions which I did not taste because I'm not a fan, but he would get it again. I'm still looking for a smooth sauce for some chicken parm, but no worries since the menu here has plenty of different sauce options! I enjoyed the chicken francese. The chicken was very tender and it was a generous portion. I felt it could have used a bit more flavor, but the sauce was a nice consistency and the linguine was cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed the complimentary rolls that came with the meal. Overall, I enjoyed this spot and will try more items in the future!

Driving down York Road one day I decided let me finally make a pit stop into Baltoz. An open space counter to see some of the magic in the kitchen, no frills to the restaurant, but a warm and inviting atmosphere for hanging out and enjoying a delicious pizza for dinner. All of the baked goods displayed on the counter entice you to indulge in a sweet treat before ordering a pizza. My first visit I just settled on some cookies and a jalapeno cheddar bagel, since I was on my way elsewhere for dinner. But let me tell you how the chocolate chip cookie instantly became one of my favorite bakery cookies. And the bagel was decadent for my morning breakfast, covered in cheddar cheese with those crispy edges that bake at the base of the bagel. On my second visit I settled on their corn pizza since it was a different flavor combination, and it tasted like a slice of summer. Corn, basil, and ricotta, and you can't go wrong. And the staff has always been really pleasant with each visit. I'm a sucker for baked goods and a wood-fire pizza and I can say Baltoz has stolen my heart. I'm looking forward to trying more of their rotational baked items. And I know for certain their pepperoni pizza has to be a showstopper.
