A couple of things. One the wings are very small, so the cost per wing is over priced. Two, the prep or time it takes to get your order is too long for an easy menu like this. With all of that said, the flavors I had were good, robust, and above average in terms of options. This will never be the best wing joint but very good wings are hard to find. Wingstop is far more overrated for what you pay. I will still stop in from time to time because of how pleasant the owner was and the flavors. I went here for lunch one day (co-worker s recommendations). I purchased red snapper Mac&cheese, and greens. The fish was dry, but the mac & cheese and greens were so good, the fish was not an issue. I bragged to my family about how delicious the sides were, and finally got my husband to drive out of the way to pick up take out. The restaurant has a sweet, but funky smell, first of all, and it smelled this way both times. We ordered wings which looked like they came from premature chickens. The Mac and cheese was watery and the baked beans tasted funny and the sausage link was dry. My order cost about $50, and it was not worth it. My family made jokes about the hype I made about this place for the rest of the night. Horrible experience and I most likely will never return. The customer service here is awful. I was calling to make a call in order. I was placed on hold 3 times by the same person. I hung up and called back. Never got an answer. I can understand being busy but you should at least come to the phone and explain the reason. I absolutely despise awful customer service. I will not be eating here again. well , we were hungry my wife, and I, s i used yelp to see the nearest restaurent and it was HOTLANTA , but we hesitated after reading few reviews, so we decided to give it a try and not to order chicken wings , just something they are good at which is seafood, so my wife ordered the 7 pieces of grilled shrimps and french fries and i went for grilled salmon , rice and brocoli and i added grilled shrimp too,, the place was crowded , we waited like 20 min,, and than our food came out, the result is amazing, the salmon wowwwww, ( little bit salty) other than that yummy,, the grilled shrimps cooked perfectly( salty too) and the ff not bad at all ,, overall ,i will come again,, but i prefer to call and order especially if i was hungry,, place you must try btw the AC is icy cold inside ,so wear a jacket if you go at night read more

Wings are amazing and made on the spot they I tried the mild ones and they were good not spicy. The wait was long but worth it 100%. The fries are some of the best fries I've tried. Ordered through DoorDash at 4:58pm, saying I would receive my order in 40-45 minutes. At 6:19pm, yes that's more than an hour later, I got a notification that my order had arrived, which it didn't. At 6:42pm I texted the driver and he said he was still at the restaurant waiting to get the order. At 7:15pm I called the restaurant and they claimed that the order wasn't ready when the first driver arrived and the second driver never showed up so my order was still there. So how is it that DoorDash showed me 4 different drivers showed up for my order and none were able to deliver?? Maybe because every time one showed up my order wasn't ready. These drivers have other orders to deliver and can't hang out and wait around for them to finish whenever they want. And I know for a fact that it's Hotlanta taking their time because I've called in orders several times in the past and every single time I've still had to wait an extra 30-45 minutes for my order to be ready. Not to mention their customer service is horrible, they're rude and unprofessional. Even after the poor treatment by the staff we would still go back because the food is good, but this was the last straw. Not only did I not get my food, but my DoorDash driver lost a customer because of this. Now Hotlanta is losing a customer because I'm never going back again. read more
