It was breathtakingly beautiful at first glance; the simple white porcelain plate and glass were limpid and elegant, perfectly matching the sorbet's style. Unlike typical sorbets that emphasize extreme acidity, this restaurant took a different approach, with a gentle, even subtle, acidity that brings out the natural, lively fragrance of lemon, like Lolita's touch through pale silk. The texture was also delicate and smooth, without any ice crystals. Everyone was captivated; some even ordered an extra to take away. The restaurant claims that ingredients come from its organic garden. This might be a pointless gimmick, but the cooking and presentation of the dishes conveyed a consistent level of refinement and care, making it all the more valuable.
