Being able to boil and grill your meat is definitely a unique experience worth trying once. The price is fair for the quality, but the options are quite limited. It's more for college students, and falls short from all the other great hot pots/kbbq places out there. They do not serve alcohol.

I always avoid places that do hotpot and BBQ in one since they're often jack-of-all-trades, master of none. This place is no exception. I already wanted to leave when I saw the price ($40) was different from what my friend told me ($29.95). These are still being advertised as "soft opening" prices, but the restaurant seems to have been in soft opening indefinitely. I came on the wrong day and stayed only because it was pouring outside. From the moment we walked in, the place didn't feel very clean. Everything felt oily/greasy and sticky. We ordered the same soup base. My girlfriend's hotpot started boiling immediately, while mine barely steamed so I had to start with BBQ first. I hate doing BBQ on a piece of paper. Whoever started this trend should never be allowed to skip ads again. If a restaurant can't bother with cleaning or replacing the grill, they shouldn't offer BBQ at all. I had zero expectation for their BBQ and it was as expected. Totally skippable. 2000 years later, my broth still wasn't boiling. I called over the waiter, who discovered my pot was malfunctioning and had us switch tables. Part of our dining time was wasted because of this. Service was fast and good. On the bright side, the hotpot was much better, as that's clearly their main focus. The menu offered a good variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the appetizers and sides. That said, nothing particularly memorable about the broth or ingredients, but the more I struggled with their terrible BBQ, the more I appreciated having a decent hotpot to fall back on. After surviving the BBQ, the hotpot felt like a tiny victory even if it didn't wow me. Parking is very limited and can be a hassle. We were lucky to get one of the few spots reserved for the restaurant across the street. Not something I'd try again for $40+ and I had bad GI issues after this visit.

I had such a great experience at How Pot. If you're looking for variety and value, this place truly delivers. They offer so many options for both KBBQ and hot pot with tons of fresh vegetables, seafood, different cuts of meat, and even fruit. There's something for everyone. What really makes How Pot stand out is everything that comes with the experience. They offer desserts, slushies, other drinks, ice cream bars, and even soft serve, which makes it feel like more than just a meal. It's a full dining experience. The sauce bar is honestly the best I've seen. I wish every KBBQ place had one like this. They provide everything you need to create your own perfect dip, garlic, cilantro, sesame oil, chili oil, and so many other options. Being able to customize your sauce exactly how you like it really elevates the meal. Overall, it's absolutely worth the price for the experience. The variety, quality, and extras make it feel like you're getting so much for what you pay. I would definitely come back again.

Gently the food was great, however as someone who doesn't eat red meat they didn't have much options for seafoood and no chicken options at all. Despite that the broth was very tasty and the self service drinks, dessert, and sauce options were nice!

This was my first hotpot experience and it was pretty good overall. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. I thought the $40 per person price was great- seeing as you could eat as much meat and sides as you could eat. I enjoyed the variety of available things. I got the original broth, which was okay. Everything else was great! They have a station where you can add toppings to a bowl and use it to dip your meat or whatever in it. The only thing I don't really enjoy was the fact that they don't really instruct you on how to turn on your stations and when. They just gave us the menu on a tablet and told us to order.

Looked for a AYCE hot pot place on a whim & found this place! You order off an iPad like most places & the staff is super attentive and quick to bring you your items! The actual place is pretty clean + the bussers are super quick to clean up other finished tables. The current price as of today is $39.95!) They're actually AYCE hot pot + kbbq w/ a big sauce bar (with literally any type of sauce? They even have maggi and fish sauce!), included soft drink or tea, ice cream bars, slushee's, dessert + taro sago! Which was an absolute surprise bc I didn't read any of the reviews prior to coming in. They have a pretty big selection of meats for both hot pot & kbbq, as well as fried foods like fries + chicken wing and also dim sum if you're looking for that. Plus I felt that the meat was pretty good quality too! The only thing is that ai feel like they're lacking a tiiiiny bit in the vegetable department, only 4 leafy greens & one of them is lettuce (probably for the kbbq?, I'd love to see a bigger variety like a choy, broccoli .. etc) BUT all things aside, I'd totally recommend this place if you're looking for a quick and easy hot pot night w/ all the fixings.

Here you get dim sum, hot pot AND KBBQ all in one place, and in AYCE fashion too! Too bad I came during dinnertime around 5pm on a Friday and didn't get any dim sum for this review... or I just didn't see it when I was walking around the sauce bar :( My group of 4 got seated really fast since the place was virtually empty when we got in, though it filled up almost completely by the time we were finished eating. There's tons of tables strewn about, and K-pop was playing in the background, mostly music from TWICE. Each person gets their own hot pot and grill in front of them, and you order anything you want through a tablet, while you grab your sauces and desserts up at a self-serve bar near the back. I remember this place used to be another hot pot place, or my memory's just foggy since I don't really hit up this stretch of Chinatown very often. At the start, we all got to choose a flavor of slushie. While all my friends chose strawberry (they all said theirs was good), I got the Coke slushie, which was essentially Coke in slush form which I was pretty satisfied with. We got a variety of meats - lamb, chicken, pork belly and sausages, most of which were for our hot pots - and veggies - cabbage, enoki mushrooms, regular mushrooms, kimchi, and others. Most meats we got were for our hotpots, with only two of them being solely for the grill. As for soup bases, I got the regular house special beef soup base along with another friend, and my other two friends got their spicy mala soup base. That base made a mess of my linen shirt but I guess that's how you know they're seriously delicious, and how spicy works with almost anything here. Personal non-meat favorites were the lotus root (fresh and crunchy), the crab sticks (which fell apart easily but was tender) and enoki mushrooms. All this came to about $40 per person, which is on the pricier end but we were all full and made it worth our money. General meat quality was nothing eye-opening but it works. This is Chinatown, so parking is a doozy; street parking is advised but is hard to come across especially during peak hours. I'll come back at a later time to get their dim sum, vanilla soft serve and some of their other sides.

I came here in a whim but I have to say I am glad i did. Definitely a different set up in regards to tables and stuff but i really liked it. Each person had their own little set up. We came a little later so we were a little rushes but it was good. The broth was flavorful and spicy. The meats like the gal bi and the beef belly were also tasty as was the lamb. I'll definitely be back if im ever in town again

This is a great all-in-one spot if you're craving both BBQ and hot pot at the same time! There are up to four grills per table, and the unlimited options make it easy to find something for everyone, drinks, meats, noodles, side dishes, and delicious ice cream. The service is quick and friendly, and the ambiance is clean and comfortable. One of my go-to spots when I can't decide what I want for dinner.

Hot pot and grill in one go, decent menu options with all the important items available. Think I ate the thin sliced short rib meat the most. Even in a busy night, servers felt present and aware of us. Sauce bar is free to mix, no guide on recommendations though. Drinks included on AYCE menu are the usual sodas and bottled tea. Not the most premium of offerings but for the price they charge, this place provides plenty enough. I believe we paid $355 after tax and tip for 6 people.

Fun experiences! I came here with one of the doctors and our team. Staff dropped all the things we ordered off the iPad. Lots of choices but I wish there was more seafood and meat selections. They had lamb and pork but I couldn't have either so with only two beef selection I couldn't really complain. You get a hot pot and a kbbq plate for your choosing. I got the spicy beef mala broth and I thought it was so good. The veggies and stuff were unlimited and for the price you really cannot beat. I want to take my siblings here because it's a good deal. The space is spacious and drinks and ice cream selections were good. Also get the shrimp rolls! It's big and really packed with fillings.

Wandered here during my last trip to Seattle and was pleasantly surprised with everything here! We visited on a Thursday night and while we didn't have to wait for a table, almost all the tables were filled. This is a mix of shabu AND kbbq right at your table. You order all the broth, meats, veggies, and sides on your table's iPad and they bring it to your table. We ordered quite a lot and they had a side cart to put additional food on. There was a robust sauce bar that you can mix together to create your perfect personalized dipping sauce. There's also a nice display of various fruits (we had watermelon, lychee, and grapes) and rice with braised meat. To our surprise, they even had a huge fridge of drinks (sodas, diet soda, green tea, etc). Everything was so tasty and service was excellent! At the end, they even offered soft serve ice cream cones.

Came here for lunch on a weekend. This place is an AYCE place that includes options for: dim sum, Korean bbq and hot pot items. It also includes non-alcoholic drinks, some various snacks and ice cream. The price we paid was $30 per person, which is a great deal! I enjoyed the Korean bbq the most here, they had a good amount of different choices. The dim sum is minimal, but it included what I usually get at dim sum, which are bbq pork buns and shrimp dumplings. For hot pot, you still have a few different broths to choose from and veggies. I like the system they created for your eating space, that makes it easy to enjoy everything at once. I enjoyed this place and would definitely come back here.

Cool to have hot pot and some BBQ together. Small options for grilled meet but over all pretty good. They have multiple broths to choose from and a nice sauce bar. Rice and a braised pork in big containers that you can self serve. 90 minute time limit and orders come out pretty fast. read more

We went to HOW Pot for their soft opening and we expected it to be busy due to the reviews. They do take reservations, but only for LARGE/party sizes. Upon arrival, you place your name on an iPad and placed on a waitlist. For a party of 2, we got a table within 30 minutes. The table we were sat at was next to the waiting area [my partners chair was side by side next to the waiting area, which wasn't ideal but we understand since the restaurant was extremely busy]. HOW Pot has a section to make our own sauces and a place to grab dim sum alongside appetizers. It was similar to buffet style. The dim sum was really delicious. The rest of the hot pot and kbbq ingredients were ordered on an iPad. Some ingredients were sold out, such as fish roe due to the volume of people. However we went at 6pm, which we thought was still very early in the evening for dinner. The meat quality was good and the vegetables were fresh. We enjoyed our food very much. However, we believe there are still things to improve on -- organization and timing of food. We understand HOW Pot is new and busy right now, so we are excited to see how they'll improve! read more

Went during the soft opening for lunch. It was about $33/person including tax. The meat was soso. The dimsum was REAALLY good if you were able to grab it. But it goes fast. I love how the sauce bar was included with the ayce. Most places charge $2-3 extra for that. The hotpot broth was a bit lacking but the sauce bar made up for it Their other hot food options like tempura and wings were also really good. Tbh I'm not sure how this place will change in the next few months. Go before they change their prices read more

I came here with my family to celebrate a birthday! We were greeted by Johnny and he was SO nice. Very friendly and guided us through the free goodies and what everything is. The environment was very cool, and just felt like they wanted us to have a good time (which we very much did). The food overall was really good, we got the all you can eat option and the menu had much variety to seafood, meats, vegetables, etc. Soup base was very flavorful and enjoyed all the food we ordered. Lastly the COMPLIMENTARY ice cream assortment is so amazing!!! There was melona's, hagen dazz, fruit bars, drumsticks, and more! Overall amazing experience at HOW Pot and Johnny made it even better. Since it is all you can eat, start with a few items and then add more later until your stomach is full. The price does not include leftovers, so if you want leftovers you will need to pay more. Many drinks available from tea to pop. They have a nice salad bar too. The first time you go there check out all the self-service areas to see what is available. Each person gets to choose their own base for the hot pot. I usually go with tomato, but last time went with the mushroom base. read more

Went here for my birthday and it felt like a fever dream. Like I don't even know where to begin. Firstly, the set-up. The ventilation in the restaurant was not great (very smoky when we went) but wasn't too noticeable smell wise. The only vents are the ones at your table so be careful! I truthfully started neglecting my hot pot midway through because I think their cuts of BBQ were way better. I really liked the fact that they gave parchment paper to soak up the oil when you grilled the meat. The $50 price point for AYCE INCLUDING the free drinks and ice cream was pretty worth it to me. An issue I had was that the servers couldn't really tell us what cuts of meat we were receiving and that there was an extra order that was added to our cart that we didn't add ourselves. I guess it's ok since it was AYCE anyway but that was a little strange. Orders did take a while to come to our table and theres a 90 min time limit on the AYCE so we got a little antsy. Overall, fun night despite the stress of getting our orders in. Free up your stomach before you go!! read more

Needed hot pot but also having bbq was truly genius. Ill really enjoyed how attentive the staff is. If you've never been here pls try. The selection was vast and plentiful. I enjoyed everything except the dog whistle noise maybe from the audio system but it didn't seem to bother anyone else. Will come back. The only issue I have is the parking. read more

Really like the set up to allow us to both grill and do hotpot- normally feel like theres pressure for one person to cook and one to talk, but this set up allowed me and my gf to do both at the same time. Decided to try out this place again and it was a lot better than the first time I went. Food came out quickly, everything was fresh, and sauce bar was great. I also tried a different broth this time and it was delicious! My only complaint is that they had the same YouTube short playing the whole time I was there. Just imagine hearing the same 6 second loop for 2 hours...Other than that I would definitely come back again. read more

The broth was very bland, and I wasn't familiar with how this type of cuisine worked. When I asked the waitress for soy sauce, it took over 15 minutes for her to return, and only then did she mention the condiment bar where I could add flavor to the broth. By that point, we'd already eaten half our meal without any seasoning. Overall, the food was average and the service was poor. read more

My group were on waiting list that 5 tables ahead of us and had been told 30-40 min. We were waiting 1&1/2 hour still not a table for us finally we had to leave in hungry. Make sure you know the host there otherwise they give tables to people they know before you. I came up and asked why there are people come after us got table before us the host said oh they had reservations. really? Then they turned off the waiting lists. He even had a gut to asked oh you guys had been waiting for that long you don't want to wait anymore. If there is a zero star i would give them that. Hi, I went here twice and I'm feeling very upset of how the customer service of the employee that work here. I was very gentle and kindly ask about the table and doesn't mean anything to anyone but the waitress was yelling at me and like "YAH" after that she make me feeling very uncomfortable and rude. Also I'm going to many restaurants out there and mostly they always offer military discount for military, veteran as a appreciation but when I ask the waiter and his reactions was very mean. We went Thursday night around 7pm and heard someone who signed up on the waitlist after us asked how long the wait would be. The staff looked at the list and answered probably 30mins but maybe more. Well we ended up eating elsewhere and around 10:30pm we got a text for our table of 2 to check in. I was already in bed by this time, HA! What a joke. Very poor customer service and no proper communication of the actual wait time. read more

Wow this place was amazing! My party of four went around 5:30pm on Saturday and waited around 30 minutes to get seated. Service was really great! The host took time to explain how to order on the iPad and answered our questions. There is a 1.5 hr time limit to AYCE at the place. It took around 5 min for the hot pot broth to arrive and 15-20 min for our food to arrive after we ordered. Pretty good considering it was already very busy at the restaurant. Also there were so many different options at the bar like har gow, shumai, chicken wings, pig ear and even free soft drinks! The food was good quality and the staff checked up on us regularly to change the parchment paper over the grill or add soup base to our hot pot. Overall, the service and food were amazing! Having both hot pot & grill option really stood out to me apart from other restaurants. Although the menu may not cover a lot of food categories, it still is one of the best especially if you're choosing buffet options. Besides the main course, they also have a variety of drinks, ice-cream, popsicle, slushy, smoothie etc that is included if you choose buffet options. They even have a sauce station where you can make your own sauce. One down side is that the restroom is small meaning you have to wait a while if the restaurant is packed. The service is also excellent, staffs are welcoming & nice. Went there multiple times and it did not disappoint. read more

Came here for the first time with a friend last night and it was an awesome place. The selection of meat they had was great and they had a large variety of other menu items. Honestly just about everything you might want for hot pot or KBBQ. This is also a perfect place for dinner with friends of family that like different things. Each person gets their own pot of broth and own hot plate to cook meat. This makes it easy to mix and match meals for people that have different diet constraints. This is a soft opening, so if you come here just be aware of that. There are still things that the restaurant is working on to improve efficiency. But understanding this was a soft opening, I was still very impressed with the atmosphere and the meal. read more

Came here on vacation and didn't know it was still their soft opening but we couldn't tell because everything went smoothly. Service was amazing, very attentive and orders came out quickly. Korean BBQ meets Hotpot, best of both Worlds! Thank you to the Seattle influencer community as I stumbled upon this place and on our way back from Leavenworth to Portland, we knew we had to make this stop! So on a Friday afternoon at around 1 PM with only about three people waiting ahead of us. It was well worth the 45 minute wait! The meat is definitely quality and with individual grills and hot pots, long gone are the days where you're eaten overcooked meat! You can cook it just perfectly to your liking. Service was super attentive, even with a soft opening. The buffet bar was delicious and the fried chicken was soooo underrated. Probably one of my favorite parts. Definitely have a change of clothes if you're going out after this meal, cause you're gonna be smellin' like a delicious BBQ. Wishing you much success HOW Pot because we'll be back, highly recommend! read more

I waited for almost 2 hours for a table on a Thursday evening. I understand since it is their soft opening -- they are still figuring out their system. While I waited to be seated, I watched in horror as a lady server used a filthy rug to wipe a spill on the floor and used the same rug to clear and wipe down tables. On top of that, she not once, changed her gloves. The gloves she used to clean the spill on the floor was the same gloves she used to touch the clean plates and chopsticks. Food's boring and bland. I came here with my friends and really disapointed. I would not recommned this place to anyone. Most of the meat is low quality, marinate is inconsistent. Some of them is so plain and some is really salty. The short rib that everyone online talked about have a lot of fat, and not tatse good as well. The bbq is more like stir fry for me, you will have a cast iron pan and they will have a parchment paper on top. However, there is no trash can for the dirty parchment paper so we keep try to clear a dish to put it on. Hotpot is mid, I mushroom soup base which is the best out of the spicy tomato and regular tomato soup. Also, I think they should have some sauce for bbq as well. This one was by far the WORST resturant I have ever been to during my years on planet earth. Let me explain. I go to this resturant with 2 friends. We are excited to try a Hot Pot/ KBBQ concept. Reviews look good, tik toks are showing positive sentiment, my friends are big eaters so we are excited for a great time. We waited for about 30 minutes and went outside for a bit because it was getting hot. When I saw the OKAY food safety rating I should have known to leave. We finally get sat down and go the food bar. Not bad selection, shrimp dumpling was not bad. Went to the sauce bar to create a sauce for my meats. The sauce options were horrific. Okay forget everything else about the resturant. Now the hot pot comes and the meats. The hot pot broth tasted like sewer water. The fried rice (it is humanely impossible to mess up fried rice this badly) tasted like garbage. The meat quality was horrific and tasted even worse than the rice. I cannot reiterate how bad the food tasted here. We had 1 bite of all the meats we ordered. Asked for the bill and got up politely leaving all our food on the table. I would rather go hungry than get food poisoning from this resturant. It was so bad we were contemplating making a comment but rather than cause a scene we just paid for our meal. The workers looked confused why we were leaving without eating our food but didn't ask why/if everything is okay. DO not go to this resturant. All the reviews are either paid for or straight up lying. 0/10 need to report this resturant to the city for examination because it was that bad. read more

This was a great experience. Hot pot and bbq in the same place that is ayce! We went with the bone broth for soup, I do wish they had more flavor options. As far as the meat selection they had a lot of options both for hot pot and marinated ones to grill. It was pretty good quality meat for the price. We got the usuals for sides, cabbage, fish balls with roe, enoki mushrooms, shiitake, quail eggs. There is a hot bar with fried goodies and even dim sum options. The sauce bar is included in the price plus the drinks are available for you to grab. I would just ask for a cup of ice. Aside from the food the service was great and the overall appearance of the restaurant was nice it was clean and everything was well organized and laid out for you to easily grab. Plenty of meat, side, and vegetable options. Dim sum was surprisingly good. Free drink choices a plus. Dessert also a plus. Waiters who came by offering slushies was a fun surprise. The dual hot pot and BBQ set up worked well with individual controls. Downside is parking can be tough on the weekends, so plan on arriving early to look or pay at a lot. read more

Meat fresh, many options on meats and appetizers alike. The fried rice here is not so great, I preferred the white rice. The option to sear or cook in the hot pot is unique and give a slight palette change. The service was good, staff members were busy and still found time to check on every table. Ventilation is horrible, the worst of any hot pot place I've been to. If the price stays at $40 per person, price isn't too bad. Location is going to be awkward for newcomers, as most in the area stick with Chinatown. Without amazing prices, it'll be rough for customers to come regularly. So their only option if they don't change anything would be to advertise on Instagram (or soemthing else) to get more customers. read more

You will be led to a table by a no nonsense person. Each table has a place for the pot filled with whichever soup you choose to cook your food in. Ordering is done on a iPad. Straight forward, again if you know what you're doing. Otherwise just ask questions and take your time. Choosing meats is simple. Pork and lamb are my favorite. Meats come sliced very thin and rolled up and placed on wooden rings that surround the hot pot. Good luck choosing the other items. Green vegetables, tofu, noodles, turnips and dried tofu rolls to name a few. I personally stay away from the coagulated pig blood. After you type in your order, go to the self serve bar. There are plates there if you don't already have them at your table. It's near the front with various salads and other snacky items, such as peanuts. Somethings to enjoy before the hot pot is ready. You also will concoct your own dipping sauce from the several choices of ingredients available. People usually combine four or five different kinds. You can always go back later and try different combinations. Also there are small cans of sesame oil that I like to add to my sauce. A server will bring the very hot pot of soup you asked for. Let it return to a boil. Using chopsticks pick up one or two rolls of meat and wave them around in the boiling soup for just a few seconds until the meat changes color to gray. Dip it in your sauce and eat. Repeat. Gradually the soup will take on flavor from all the meat you cook. Add some of this other things you ordered. I usually cook leafy greens and noodles later. Take your time. It seems like you are eating more than you actually are. Payment is at the end because you might choose to order more food to cook.

Braised Pork Over Rice ($6) - The menu shows a picture of minced pork rice (滷肉飯), but this is actually braised pork belly rice (焢肉飯). They include two small pieces of pork belly, fatty and flavorful, braised until tender. There's half a braised egg, cooked homestyle (e.g. until there's a green ring around the yolk), which is quite flavorful just by itself, being marinated and braised for hours. Some pickled veggies helps cut through some of the fat. The special part of this dish is of course the meat juices and braising liquid that soaks to the rice. Our waitress, one of two sisters who ran the place, I call her 陈大姐, said to me, Wow, you can speak Chinese! You must be very smart! I replied, You must be very smart. You can speak Chinese! At first she didn't know what to say but then laughed. It was the beginning of a lovely relationship. However since the pandemic we had not been back. Perhaps yesterday we were in the spirit of celebrating the Spring Festival. We decided to go there. What a great choice! 陈大姐 by coincidence was working. She retired years ago. (Her sister opened another 老四川 in Bellevue but unfortunately has since passed away.) 陈大姐 immediately recognized us. She remembered our son and other family members who often joined us there. It felt like old friends getting together again. Unfortunately my wife and I were the only ones in our little group. It's better to have more people so you can order more dishes. We only got 4 dishes, 宫保鱼，椒盐虾，干煸四季豆，夫妻肺片。Gong bao fish, salt and pepper shrimp, green beans and "husband and wife lung strips"! Actually that's a beef and tendon appetizer. Everything tasted just like we remember. Well, the fish dish was wetter than before but still tasty. Flavors are authentic but a little toned down from the Sichuan food in China and in a few other local restaurants. The main flavor of Sichuan cuisine is 麻辣 or spicy numbing. It's not really so hot as it is numbing. Your lips tingle. Most people who didn't grow up with this aren't big fans. Their 水煮肉 or 水煮鱼 comes pretty close though. Leftovers with either of those and leftover rice plus whatever make the very best 烩饭, huifan! Just boil it. We arrived there early and there were just a few other customers eating. And they left soon after. So it was just us and a steady stream of delivery drivers coming in to pick up food to go. I would consider ordering on line like that but this food doesn't hold up well over the distance to our home. Although the interior had been remodeled since our last visit, the decor is fairly stark. Combine that with the location in a strip mall on the corner of Jackson and 12th, which has seen better days, ambience isn't a real draw. However if what you want is a very good meal at reasonable prices then you should go to the Sichuanese Cuisine restaurant in Seattle. (I prefer it to the one in Bellevue.) Too bad you probably won't get to meet 陈大姐。Now that we know the food is still great, we will return.

I would definitely suggest making a reservation ahead of time if you can! For the food, I really liked the hash brown/falafel hybrid--super unique and really delicious! Their beignets were also nice and fluffy and the toast was decent as well. However, I wasn't a big fan of their scrambled eggs. Overall it was a solid choice for brunch, I'd order something different for my main dish though!

This is almost like a fever dream of a combination came to life, AYCE Hotpot + KBBQ with a buffet and additional dishes! Lots of pro's and a few cons absolutely. The Primary Pro's I want to point out: Meat and veggie quality are overall very good! While there isn't as much quality compared to other Hotpot/KBBQ places the quality you get is very solid. The additional foods like the fried rice was delicious, wings are somehow great, the buffet in general was higher quality than expected and actually quite good, AYCD as well! The variety in drinks is great too with Coke, Diet coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Fanta, Walovi, Coffee, hot tea, and possibly more i'm missing! The price as we went for lunch time is great although since it is on its soft opening I can imagine the pricing will change in the future, but as of right now at lunch time is 29.95! Food quality + Price and not to mention the great service as well makes this place a really quality experience. Additional pros - Oddly enough there's arcade machines??? If my memory serves me right theres a not working pac man machine but the Mortal Kombat 1 machine was functional, there's also self serve ice cream and cotton candy? Although admittedly the cotton candy can be a bit chaotic so warning to those who've never spun their own cotton candy. If you're a fan of Kpop this is also great considering they have that playing as well on a projector inside the restaurant! Cons: The KBBQ unfortunately does feel like a bit of an afterthought. The selection specifically for KBBQ feels a bit limited and most of the KBBQ lovers that i'm friends with prefer thicker pork belly to the thin slice one found in hot pot so I feel that that would be a negative on their end. The lack of KBBQ specific sauces as well hinders the experience on that end too along with not being able to order just sliced garlic and jalapeno. To really enhance the KBBQ experience I feel like being able to cover the weaknesses I just mentioned would make this experience 5/5 Add - Cubed steaks/Steak pieces, these would add variety into a lacking KBBQ experience. Add - Sauces like ssamjang and even a specific kbbq sauce I know most people enjoy. Add - A few bonchan as well like potato salad and beansprouts in addition to the kimchi thats available. Adjust - Pork belly size, doubling the current thin slice size would make it much closer to the KBBQ experience, I do understand the difficulty though since the thin slice is added flexibility for hotpot and kbbq. I truly think with those changes, this place would be an absolute 5/5, 10/10, etc. Much love to this place and I'll continue to be a customer here! Hope to see the changes come through and I think if done this place would easily become a Seattle favorite! read more

I recently visited and it was honestly a disappointing experience. The food was mediocre at best, and the quality definitely reflected the price. You really do get what you pay for--cheap, bland dishes that lacked flavor and freshness. The options were limited, and the few items that were available were overcooked or dried out. The service was lackluster, with staff appearing disinterested and not very attentive. It felt more like a factory line than a dining experience. While it's tempting to think you're getting a deal, in this case, the low price just wasn't worth it. I left feeling unsatisfied and wishing I had spent my money elsewhere. read more

5 Stars - Excellent Experience! We had an amazing time dining at this hot pot restaurant. The service was outstanding, every staff member was friendly and attentive, especially our server Vicky, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious! The soup base was rich and flavorful, the meats were fresh, and everything was served promptly. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we'll definitely be back! read more

It can be slow to get food when it's busy, but the staff Johnny is always friendly. It's so fun, you can have BBQ and hotpot at the same time, which was a great choice for us .But this is the best bbq in the state IMO, I must say it again, This is the best bbq I've had in this state! The entire staff was very friendly and I believe our servers name was Johnny, He was excellent! We will be back for sure! Thank you so much, for everything. All I can say is WOW! This is one of the best hotpots I've been to. The sauce bar is great, the customization is amazing. The decor is well put together and very nice! The staff is attentive and responsive, love the iPad ordering as well, everything is so convenient and delicious! 1000/10 would recommend! read more

Absolutely love this place although I'm not sure they're open anymore. The last week or so they've been closed and today I walked past and it look abandoned and someone was removing parts of the door. So sad. read more
