The meat was so tender, the rice was the perfect amount of the softness, and the flavor was so satisfying and 香. Every bite melts in your mouth. Had a piece of popcorn chicken which was decent. Friend ordered one of the house special rice noodles which looked good as well, I'll probably order one of their noodles next time to try out. Service was friendly, they refilled our water twice! We grabbed dinner at ~6pm on a Thursday evening. It was pretty empty, with only one or two other customers in-out through the duration of our meal. The restaurant was very clean and had a very modern/remodeled aesthetic. I was really IMPRESSED by the customer service and general service that we received. My friend was unsure if the soup they ordered would be too spicy (hot), so they helped clarify the intensity and then further offered to provide warm water to dilute the spicy-ness if necessary. Unlike other restaurants, the staff were friendly and tried their best to serve their customer and fulfill our needs. I ordered the pork rib noodle soup, which was AMAZING. The broth was rich and FLAVORFUL. The noodles had a great BITE and CHEW. The portion was definitely enough, and filling. They had condiments and side dishes like radishes and green onions etc. that were self-serve on the counter near by the self-serve water. I would say that just by having this available for customers shows that the restaurant is a very honest establishment, truly putting the customer first over all other things. We also ordered the stinky tofu. Despite it being my first time trying it, my friend who has had it growing up, said that it was authentic and YUMMY! I thought it wasn't bad, more of an acquired taste. Lastly, we got the glutinous rice cakes with brown sugar for dessert. It was more of a "shot in the dark" pick on the menu. It was alright. We were pretty stuffed from all of the food prior to reaching dessert that the desire to eat more decreased. Been here two times in a week! It's a popular lunch spot and after 12, there are people waiting outside, either a group or an individual. Not a lot of service as the wait staff are busy. The decor is also quite minimum. There is a sauce and condiment self serving area for green onions and cilantro, pickles and fried pork skins. Order via a QR code and multiple phone orders can all land in the same receipt. After ordering, food came in fast. However, even though the menu prompted changes and notes you could make to the order, you can't do it on the phone. For example, I wanted to skip the spicy pickle for the tomato beef noodle and despite the instructions said so, i couldn't do it on the phone. So I had to walk over to the cashier station and made the change there. Cashier station was friendly and nice but that's the only service you go. We ordered a bunch of things to try. For appetizers, the century egg is good, the fried pork is better, the stinky tofu is not that stinky and when eating it, it's just fried dry tofu. The house signature spicy pork rib noodle soup is super spicy but they kept the meat with chili oil separate from the noodle soup, so you can add in the spice level, still, it's super spicy with numbness. I tried the chicken with mushroom noodle soup, not bad but I can't say it's memorable. Also tried the tomato with beef noodle soup, this one is disappointing as it doesn't have any tomato, the beef chunks are not that generous either. The feedback from the guys are that the noodle amount is good enough to be filling and they enjoyed the spicy level for those that can eat spicy. For me that cant' eat much spicy food, it's just ok, nothing memorable to return to. read more

Good food with a casual vibe! I've come a few times and I really enjoy the food! The mifen has a nice slightly chewy texture and there's many options (including vegetarian) to choose from. They also have a pretty large appetizer selection - their stinky tofu is excellent and I'd highly recommend it! In terms of service, it's mostly self service. Ordering is done via kiosk or app and there are also sides you can help yourself to. There was plenty of seating available, even on weekends. After ordering, food comes out quickly. Their 3 chilli rice noodle with beef ribs is legit super spicy- we have a ritual where we bring people who like spicy food here and have them order this one, no matter what 10/10 times after first slurp, the panic and coughing sets in. Best part about it is that it's insanely spicy and delicious/savoury! Tips for first timers is to not go all in and drown your noodle broth with the spicy oil but just cautiously dip the beef ribs in the soup. So glad I found this place that serves up an awesome bowl of rice noodles! I wished I packed a bigger appetite because there looked like so many food appetizer dishes but I was here for one item and it didn't disappoint. First off you order off the QR code and I got the rice noodles with pickled cabbage and beef brisket. The texture of the noodles were cooked to perfection and it had a very good amount of brisket. I read so many reviews that mentioned their beef bones to be super spicy. Well, I tried it today and can safely say it has a good spice level, but is it that spicy? Nah, not really! This restaurant has great food! The noodles, broth chicken , beef and fish dishes are all wonderful! I only wish they would understand, when packing orders to go, if they are large, and weigh considerate amounts pack them in TWO bags instead of one! I almost lost my takeout order! Had to use a bag in my car as a back up! Yum! We stopped by for a quick dinner and left super satisfied. The service and ordering is super quick with a waiting list out that you can sign up for to receive a text when your table is ready. Then you order via QR code inside and can pay through the website as well. We got the spicy beef bone rice noodle, preserved veggies with braised beef and crispy pork strips to share. The noodles came quickly and it's separated into base soup and noodles with the meat and sauce on the side so you can customize it depending on how much of the additional flavor you want in the soup. We were warned the spicy beef noodle would be very spicy but it wasn't too bad and I really like the beef which was a bit tricky to eat around the bone but super tender. The fried pork was also pretty good (especially with the chili spice on the side) and a good portion to share. Solid rice noodles with incredibly fast service. Pay at the counter after eating, order on your phone. This rice noodle chain produces a very solid and satisfying noodle bowl. While every soup is a bit on the saltier side, it's a very hearty meal with great portion sizes and a fair number of meat options. I loved how much meat came with the spiced baby back ribs, as they were a lot larger than I thought they'd be. With the base noodle bowl being the same across the dishes, it's simple to just choose which meat option you're feeling and to be fed, and both bowls were great. I think my food came out in under 5 minutes, which is insane. However, the fried fish, which took a bit longer to come out, was a bit more disappointing, as it was cooked to perfection but was notably blander than I expected. Service was otherwise good. The pidan was saltier than normal- I have had spicy pidan as an appetizer at other restauraunts. It also had a slightly sweet taste. Shrimp cakes were not bad. New restaurant and I was feeling Chinese food so I decided to try it. They have a grand opening special which is a noodle soup with appetizer and a fresh green bean soup which tastes okay. I had the house marinated tofu which tasted great though I would want to try crispy chicken in the future. Their beef bone soup was good but the spiciness is serious. I poured in the bones and spices into the soup and it wasn't really edible for me. Maybe if I add more broth to dilute it then it will be okay. Spicy lovers will lime this. Let's see how spicy isit. Ate the first couple ribs and was ok. Have cold water and soup to cleanse my mouth. After about the 3rd one the spice is getting to me... so I started to dip the rest of the ribs into the noodle soup. That works well, definitely lower the heat level The noodle soup was also very good. The rice noodles seems so much better than the Vietnamese rice noodles from dishes like bbh. The soup was also pretty good. With some added spice it was even better. The crowd was all chinese and staff was also all chinese. Essentially, feels like when I'm in china. QR code to order and everyone all speak Chinese. So, if you are not used to this environment, beware. Thought this was a great addition to this area. They sure found a good spot for their expansion.. Come here if you like spicy noodles! We haven't tried a lot of mifen places around here, and this place was also pretty close to an event we had later on. I didn't even know that this plaza existed, and it was pretty easy to park. The restaurant was maybe half full, and we ordered on our phone using their QR code. We decided to get their Rice Noodles with (I think) Sliced Stewed Spiced Beef, a side of their Beef Bone, and Fried Stinky Tofu. My friend got their Rice Noodles with Spicy Crayfish. The food came out pretty quickly, though one at a time in somewhat random order. We are all pretty good with spicy food, but not going to lie, the food here messed us up. It was like a bearable amount spice, but definitely at the high end, and it kind of gave us a stomach ache later on. I'm not really used to the rice noodle with spicy oil, but the flavor was good, and the beef and noodles were nice and soft. The beef bone was also great, though it was honestly not that much more meat. I'm more used to Taiwanese stinky tofu, and the flavor of the stinky tofu was a little different, but it was still great and the stink kind of built up with each bite. I think next time I will try their non-spicy noodles with broth, but I'd recommend their spicy stuff if you really like spice! read more

Was looking up some new restaurant to try, and came across this. While I was sad the hotpot place closed down, at least it was replaced by something I could enjoy... so off I go! The ordering process is fairly straightforward, scan a QR code and select on your phone. You can also pay directly via the website so it was very convenient. I decided to try the first one (beef bone mifen soup, super spicy) since that seems to be their most popular dish. My food came out quickly, with the mifen and meat served separately. The server warned me to start with only a small amount since the spicy level is very high. He was not wrong! I put 1 piece of beef bone in the mifen broth and even that small amount transformed the clear broth to a very spicy soup! I do enjoy the spiciness though, and was very happy with the flavor. It doesn't look much but was actually very filling! I wasn't able to finish and brought maybe 1/3 home for dinner. I enjoyed the meal so much that I came back again! I tried their tripe spicy mifen the second time and enjoyed that quite a bit too. I kind of wish they have a "normal beef" spicy mifen option... Sometimes I am too lazy to chew on beef bones or tripe and just want to eat tender beef chunks. The soups with beef chunks aren't super spicy and it doesn't sound like I could customize it.
