I was impressed by this place! It was really spacious on the inside so when it gets busy, I bet it would still be comfortable. The menu is kind of small, and the rolled ice cream is a little pricey but you get unlimited toppings which is good. You pay up front and then watch one of the workers roll it and then you can load up on toppings. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the ice cream is rich and creamy and tastes great with toppings. read more

I love going here! My favorite is the Matcha Berry (matcha with strawberry ice cream)! The staff here is so friendly and welcoming! Ger especially is my guy!!! He makes every visit enjoyable and remembers my name! The workers here are always having fun at work and making conversations with their customers with I totally appreciate. I applaud any customer service worker who goes out of their way to remember orders, names, and just just a simple hi! Parking isn't bad at all. Unlimited toppings goes for every order which is a steal for $8.25! Some may complain about the price but I also believe it's for the work and effort these people are making to make our food so aesthetically pleasing for our pictures! The store itself is very spacious and has a lot of seating. Most days it's extremely busy because of it being next to a movie theater, but I promise you it does not disappoint :) read more

Such a cute place for a quick sweet treat. Reminds me of a mix between Coldstone and Pinkberry. It's about $8.95 for your pick of ice cream and unlimited toppings, a little pricey but worth the experience. The employees here are super friendly and it's so fun to watch them roll the ice cream right in front of you. You also get a pretty sufficient amount, I couldn't even finish all of mine. I had been searching for a spot with rolled ice cream for a while so I'm glad I came across this place! read more

I have been here twice now and it's so good. The first time we tried the fruity roll up and today we had Nutella banana one. They were both so good. You get to customize it with as many toppings as you want. It is a large portion--so shared with the family. Enough for us all to get a sweet tasty treat. It's also cool to watch them make the icicles in front of you. The staff is super friendly, helpful and great customer service. $8.95 a pop. read more

I came here on a Sunday night, which probably wasn't the best timing, but I was still pretty disappointed. Each cup is baseline $10, and even with additional free toppings, it doesn't make up for the horrendous wait time. Half of the store is closed off for covid (which I get), but there were so many people standing around waiting. It seemed like they were doing delivery orders on top of walk in orders, and there was a HUGE line of cups in front of my party's order. They didn't seem to be adequately staffed for the amount of traffic they were receiving, and for the two cups we ordered it took over half an hour to receive it. And this was after they had already closed. There were only four people rolling, with one person switching off and on to take orders, and only one person putting on toppings and running the orders out to customers. The ice cream itself was really nothing special, and I'm disappointed I had to wait so long for a let down. I think I'll skip it next time in favor for a self serve froyo or something. read more

The team here was super helpful, it was my partner and I's first time here and we told them my partner had an allergy and they prepared a new cold plate for her. They were fun and inviting and walked us through everything and the vibes were really rad. K. Vibes and energy aside... this is the best ice cream I've ever had! It's made in front of you exactly to your liking and it's INCREDIBLE. I got the "cereal killer" with condensed milk and my partner got the "rock n roll" with no almonds and we are both coming back immediately. Probably tomorrow tbh. 6/5. Easily. Stopped by and ordered the #8 Nutella n' Chill - graham cracker, banana, Nutella topped with chocolate drizzle, chocolate waffle bits, cheesecake bites, strawberry slices, banana slices, whipped cream, raspberry drizzle, and two roasted marshmallows on pretzel sticks. We were not expecting much from such a simple menu item, but were very surprised by the flavor and creaminess! If you're looking for the go to spot for rolled ice cream, this is it. I was craving something sweet and with my friend Alex's suggestion we decided to get some icicles ice cream. At icicles the ice cream is rolled out on a cold stone and stacked liked straws in a cup. The server asked me what ice cream flavor I wanted and after its was rolled out and stacked in a cup I was given the option to pick as many toppings I wanted. I was extremely impressed with the selection of fresh fruits and sweets they had available for toppings and doubly impressed by the excellent customer service I received with a cheerful smile. And Icicles handcrafted ice cream was not too melty or overly frozen and tasted as though it had less sugar than other types of ice cream. I asked the server about the VIP card with promotion deal and he explained the Icicles "Handcrafted Rolled Ice Cream VIP card", which includes a free mini personal fan that works when plugged into a cell phone (see picture.) Icicles ice cream is both unique and delicious. I look forward to coming back for more. read more

What a fun and unique experience. We went to celebrate Father's Day at my boyfriends request and we were so pleasantly surprised! I'm always down for a cultural experience so even though it's Americanized it's super cool to know that the idea came from Thailand's culture. Seems like a good date night spot. Each order is $8.25 and they have plenty of indoor seating. Just order one of the flavors, they make it fresh in front of you and then you can add whatever toppings you like. I think each serving is too much for one person, it's perfect to split. I ordered the non dairy "fruit roll up" and added strawberry, blueberry, rainbow jelly and lychee jelly. It's definitely cooler to watch the dairy ones being made but too bad I can't have dairy.. definitely recommend this place but I'd recommend either getting it to go to finish later or splitting with your date. read more

This place is good. Ice cream is buttery and full of flavor which means I should start walking there rather than driving... I got the "Ferrarii" because I usually prefer my ice cream chunky and crunchy. Didn't disappoint and the Nutella in it made it just the right sweetness. I only opted for light chocolate drizzle because there is no need to any anything extra in this ice cream. We also got the "Gotcha Matcha" and it's definitely for matcha green tea lovers. We were too excited to start eating that we forgot to take the picture first. Ice cream tastes like the soft serve from tea masters in Los Angeles which is really really good. She added strawberries and gummies for her toppings. When you eat the ice cream, it's so buttery good that it's hard to compare. Some places have the watered down taste and others taste like it's like things I could of got from the grocery store. I have a feeling I am going to be there every weekend... At the very least it's worth a try. There's always room for dessert. read more

I recommend this place for every age group. I went here for the first time and they were amazing. Customer service was amazing, sorry I forgot his name who helped me but his suggestions really helped me my boyfriend decide what we wanted. I bought ube with vanilla custard and added brownies to it. Trust me it tasted heavenly. I loved it. My boyfriend had #20 berry squad and he loved it also. This was my first time eating rolled ice cream. I was expecting it to be all about theater, not substance. I expected it to be icy. But it was amazing. It was fun to watch them make it. But even better to eat it. Because it is thin layers, it's easy to eat. But with very little air incorporated into it, the texture of each bite is dense and delicious, almost chewy. You can add as many toppings as you want, but to me fewer is better so that I can actually taste the ice cream. Plus it makes for better photos since the ice cream rolls are not all covered up with toppings. read more

I never write reviews, so this is how you KNOW it's good! There are so many delicious flavors to choose from. Whatever mood you're in, you'll find something that will satisfy you. Also, their point system is great and always has sweet deals! Not only is their ice cream great, but their service is what keeps me coming back. I literally love this place like it's my go to icescream place around the area near sac state. The customer service is A1 and me and my friends just love all the workers here. They are so nice and really patient with you when u get indecisive. This is really a place that is worth ur pay especially when the icescream is the best around town!!! I've been here 4 times now, and all 4 times I've left impressed. The process is entertaining since they let you watch them roll it up, all the preparers are upbeat and very pleasant throughout. One price for your ice cream and all the toppings you want. The place is extremely clean and never too busy but never empty. Not only did they greet my family when I came in but even when we left. They were helpful, patient & SMILED. Next, the ice cream was the best I've ever had. Ensure that the correct price is visible. Put painter's tape, cover the wrong price, and write over it with a marker. And it's not supposed to be $6.99, then fix your POS system. It's the principle, it's not about the 50 cents. Maybe the company will use the 50 cents it grabbed from me to get the receipt machine to print properly. Again, the workers here did nothing wrong.
