I'd been seeing this place online for a while and finally got the chance to stop in with my guy during one of our outings. So glad we did! We walked into a super clean, open shop and were warmly greeted by the ladies behind the counter. The girl helping us was incredibly friendly (and patient!) while we tried to decide... because there were so many delicious options. Tons of ice cream flavors and an insane amount of toppings. It took me a minute to craft the perfect combo. They also have a DIY boba station, which I was really excited about... but, yeah, I totally botched that one. I made the worst-tasting boba drink ever. I wish they offered samples like some other boba spots, cause I still don't fully know what I like or dislike when it comes to those flavors. Big miss on that part. But the ice cream? Solid win. Super tasty. And overall, the shop had a really fun, welcoming vibe. I'll definitely be back... just maybe skipping the boba next time!

Adore this ice cream shop above all else they have the amazing rolled ice cream. What truly makes this place shine is the authentic ice cream it is just cream and your flavor toppings no additives no fluff. Just pure delicious ice cream!!!! They have any topping imaginable you can choose as many as you'd like that gets put on a cold plate cream pour over it and boom hover roll ice cream. You get a show and a natures treat.

I was driving by the area and stopped here for a late night sweet tooth craving. First time having rolled ice cream, but the texture and presentation is top notch. I ordered the Girls just wanna have Flan, was the custard ice cream with cheesecake bits, caramel, and condensed milk. Super rich and thick bites of ice cream, just about as intense in creamy flavor you could want. I got it with whipped cream and caramel drizzle which complemented it well.

It was our first time visiting Icicles, as we were looking for a dessert spot for the kids to enjoy. Of course, we checked YELP on what is close by, and this popped up! The kids enjoyed watching their rolled ice cream being made, and it came out amazing and delicious. They had numerous options to choose from, and they also had a 'make your own boba' station. Everything was clean, and we had great, friendly service! If we are in the area, we definitely will be back again! If you have a sweet tooth craving, don't hesitate to try their yummy rolled ice cream!

David and Phoenix provided a quality service unlike I've ever seen at an ice cream place. Quick, friendly, and delicious, I even brought some of my friends to check it out and they enjoyed it just as much.

Solid 5 stars for Oscar who literally made the entire experience amazing. The prices are a bit much but it is soooo good!! We got the strawberry one, Reese's peanut butter one and the chocolate fudge. Sooo good. We will most likely be back!!

First time there, the pictures on the windows caught our attention BUT the people there are amazing. We walked in and we were acknowledged right away. The took the time to help us, provide us recommendations. The making of ice cream is a neat art that kids and adults will enjoy. Toppings are included in your purchase which is rare for most places but you pay for it in the cost - totally worth it even if you get what we got, berries something with little toppings. Thank you! First off: even if the ice cream wasn't amazing (it is) it'd still be super fun to watch. They have so many flavors and it's pretty hard to choose. I went with the Butter Face which is cookie butter and graham crackers chopped up into cool rolls. I went to this place to try the matcha and chai tea ice cream rolls yesterday. (1) All the people there were friendly. An Asian guy was very friendly in particular. While he was making ice cream for another customer, he managed to greet me when I walked in. He also said thank you when I left (after finishing that humongous order). (2) All the people there were very hard working. When they were not making ice cream for a customer, they went to the dining area to wipe the tables clean. This gave me a lot of confidence as a customer. (3) The ice cream rolls were full of flavor and one could have all the toppings desired. (4) The dining area is large, bright, and clean. (5) One not-so-great thing was just that: there was a fly lingering around my table. That was annoying. Suggestion: I only saw one size of the ice cream orders and one price. An order is quite large. I would suggest having different sizes (at least two, one regular and one small with a smaller cup and a lower price) for customers to choose. Kids or senior citizens may not be able to finish a whole order as it is right now. Offering a less expensive size might mean more business because, at nearly nine dollars an order (tax included), not many people would be willing to (a) try an order or to (b) have such ice cream rolls very often. read more

Not going to lie, I'm not a fan of rolled ice cream but came through with a friend to try it out. Service was excellent and very polite. I would come back just for the service! The ice cream was pretty much as you'd expect from a rolled ice cream parlor. Plenty of toppings and did I mention the service was wonderful? read more

This place Is nice clean and customer service is great. They make the rolled ice cream right in front of you and the toppings are free. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is pricey and it's only one size. I got 1 cup and it was $8.95 . I would suggest they have smaller sizes especially for kids. I just had my first experience and loved it. I wished I knew about this place sooner. It's pretty cool to see them make the ice cream in front of you freezing it as all the air is left out. The price can be a little steep but you get what you paid for. My first thing I tried was a cereal combination with vanilla. I highly recommend trying this place. read more

I like this place. When you go in and get it like $8.95 recently when I order it from door dash it was $11.95 which is crazy but I ordered anyway. I would suggest not to order it online and by the time it got to me it was a little melted and I was disinterested in eating it anymore. read more

This place is great ! The staff is so friendly and you can watch your order being made through the window. Really satisfying to watch the liquid freeze into ice with them scraping it into perfect rolls at the end :) It then gets passed over to the next window for any toppings that you like. L.remember first seeing the concept of hand mixed, rolled ice cream on a Facebook video that went viral of someone in Thailand. I thought it was so cool. The shop itself is very clean and pretty big. There's at least 3 stations to make the ice cream and a separate area to get toppings put on. There's quite a few flavors to choose from. On my visit, I got the Bravacado. In case you can't tell...that's avocado. lol. It's tasted so good! The guy even suggested to add a little condensed milk to the mixture in order to sweeten it up. My cousin got the Cereal Killer with fruity pebbles. You can choose from 2 other cereals to put in but I wanted my ice cream to look colorful. Now I know why a lot of people end up getting that because it's pretty to look at and tastes delicious. Customer service was top notch and I would definitely come back because there's a few other flavors I have to try and also you can choose to make your own flavor without the pre-picked toppings. I loved the fresh taste of the Bravacado, and so I plan on having/making something with strawberry next time. read more

This place is great! A little pricy but so worth the experience! The guys that work here are super nice and even offered more toppings after the kids started eating their creations! Atmosphere is great too. We will definitely come back when we want something truly special. The portions are big so you can definitely share and there are dairy/lactose free options! I took my youth group kids here last night to celebrate my birthday. The gentleman who rang us up was absolutely awesome! He was patient with all of all while we stared at the menu for years trying to decide what we wanted, he helped me sign up for their rewards program and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Had a wonderful experience here. The staff is soooo friendly and made the experience a blast for my niece and I. They make the ice cream in front of you and it is truly an amazing experience. I've never seen anything like it. We were allowed to split one, and they are huge! About 7 'rolls' roughly. You can get whatever toppings you like no additional cost. The flat rate of a cup is $7.75. Again, not bad! We split a 'Ferarii' which is almonds, Nutella, and chocolate waffle bits. Can you say TASTY! I can't wait to go back. I hope I can try a new flavor and not stick with the one I've already had because it was so good. Definitely would recommend. read more

I'm late to the rolled ice cream craze, but this was an exceptional experience. My first time, I tried the Bravacado (avocado&cream) and oh my; It was a delicious combination! Reminds me a lot of the 'sinh to bo' (Vietnamese avocado shake). My 2nd time there, I tried their 'Ube everywhere' and it was glorious for my tastebuds. I would definitely recommend to trying this place and you won't be disappointed, plus the unlimited toppings! On another note, I totally appreciate the workers and their attentiveness and warm welcoming when you walk in. ESP, Christina- super adorable and personable with making your rolls. Very very fresh fruit toppings (you can get whatever toppings - it comes with the ice cream) and I got the ube flavor and oreo flavor. Very good! The ambience is nice and the place is really clean and neat. Nice staff too. I will be coming here more often now that I discovered it! read more

Spectacular! This is a new ice cream parlor located near my work. My friend initially told me about it and I couldn't have been more excited to try rolled ice cream! After I walked into the parlor I fell in love! A week later I celebrated my birthday here! I had about 20 guests. The staff were so so friendly. They brought extra tables and chairs even played the Happy Birthday song! They have such a variety of flavors and toppings! Its affordable to! I would absolutely recommend anyone here- my grandparents even loved it too! Thank you Icicles for making my birthday extra special! read more

Another rolled ice cream place in Sac, yum! For starter, the place is spacious, simple and clean. I came here on a weekday during their happy hour and the wait was long, but then I came after a group of like 8 people, so maybe the wait time would of been different. I was apologized and thanked for multiple time for waiting, which I appreciate. Customer service is good. Now the rolled ice cream itself: it was good. I tried their "ube everything" and really liked it. I just wished when it was rolled, it was thinned out a bit more. I loved that it was unlimited toppings! And they were not stingy with toppings, which is definitely a plus in my book. The fruits were fresh and there is a good amount of topping to chose from. read more

This is my favorite ICE CREAM place. I've met them all and they are so sweet! I love going in they have good energy I love the music they have as well I've made a bestfriend there! I really recommend it I'm lactose intolerant but this ICE CREAM does not upset my stomach. They do have non dairy ones as well SUPER YUMMY! James is supper friendly they all greet you when you come in!! They make your ice cream look so pretty as well and it's one prices and you can get as many toppings . read more

Very "cool" concept (see what I did there?!) When they're making it in front of you, it doesn't seem like a lot at first. But when it's all done and in the bowl, it's plenty! Very delicious, and you can add toppings at the end as well. Very friendly service, very clean store. Highly recommend. read more

Tried this place after enjoying a meal at the Habit. We came at a great time, from 3-7pm it's happy hour so the ice cream is $6 instead of $7.75. The employees were very friendly and helped us figure out what flavors we would like. I got the Bravocado with mochi and my boyfriend got the Cereal Killer with cheesecake bites. It was sooo yummy and I it was cool to see how they made and rolled up the ice cream in front of you. Definitely will come again! read more

When we got there, there were roughly three other individuals in the shop waiting for their drinks and we didn't notice a good number of to go orders come through while we were there. I would say at least six people came to pick up and drink order size range from two to six drinks for those folks. The space itself is very clean and bright at the same time with the colors on the mural to the right as you enter and also those cute Post-it artboard on the left hand side by the pickup area. So the space is definitely inviting and it was nice to be able to sit down considering that there was space when we arrived. Regarding the service it was pretty straightforward because there was a kiosk that you could order from and then the order went straight to the person in the back making the drinks. When we did pick up our drinks from the counter he greeted us at high and said he hopes that we enjoy our drinks and if we need anything else just let him know. During our time there we got two drinks. The first one wasn't Assam Black milk tea and the other was a taro milk tea, both with boba. I will say one of my favorite things about going to t / boba shops is the quality of the ingredients. I really enjoy when I can taste the tea or the other ingredient that is in there and it's not masked by the brown sugar Bobo or the jellies or whatever you put inside of your drink as a topping. Lazi Cow is definitely one of these places. I gave my drink a shake and as I took my first sip I could immediately taste the quality of the tea within my drink and my friend when he took a sip of his he was like I can really taste the taro and it wasn't clumpy it wasn't chunky it was perfectly smooth and just really blended well within the cup. Considering how high quality it had for the drinks, I would definitely come back here and try the other drinks. The one thing I was not sure about is how the glass jars work beyond the payment for them. Call out is you do have to pay an additional $1 to get a glass jar and you can take that with you. My question is around if you bring the glass jar back do you get a potential discount or do they just recycle it and you get a new jar without being charged. I will have to find that out next time. Because there will be a next time :-)

They also didn't have ranch, which I thought was a little odd since that's usually a go-to dipping sauce for popcorn chicken. My friend ordered the egg rolls, and those were definitely the highlight. They were crispy, flavorful, and delicious. For just a drink and an appetizer , I spent around $20, which felt a bit pricey. Thinking about it, that's a price of a meal. Then again, with today's prices, it almost seems expected. Overall, if I'm already in the area, I'd stop by again for a drink, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to visit.

The taro drink and mochi dog we got were good. Inside was very picturesque with a good amount of seating. The ramen wall was impressive and had a good selection. It served more for a decoration that day than for eating. But we loved the cute tree and floral wall. They also had some games for you to play with while waiting. We ordered the steak tartare to share which was excellent. It comes with an interesting bread you can break apart to carry the steak tartare which you mix with the egg yolk and herbs. The steak was fresh and clean. Highly recommend. For our main dishes, we ordered the fire roasted porchetta, tomahawk ribeye, and pan seared halibut. We also ordered the grilled broccoli as a side. The fire roasted porchetta was a little too dry and very salty. For $52, this was a disappointment. The roasted apricot does go well with the porchetta, providing a little balance. Not recommend. The 48 oz tomahawk steak for $165 was not the best steak I've had but was still good. The steak needs a better char on the outside but was tender. The steak overall was lukewarm and gave you the vibe of eating a prime rib instead of a steak. My guess is that it was prepared for awhile and resting in the kitchen for a little too long before it was brought out along with the other dishes. It was prepared medium rare which was what I requested. Can't say I am a fan of the carrot escabache that was served over the steak. Recommend. The best dish of the night was the pan seared halibut. It came out piping hot; the fish was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Highly recommend. Finally, the grilled broccoli was well seasoned and properly charred which gave it a nice smokey flavor. Ironically, the grilled broccoli had more of a char than the steak! But for $14, felt the portions were quite small. Recommend. After our steak tartare came out, it took another 20 minutes for one of the matte d to come to us to apologize and tell us that they forgot about our main and will take another 15 minutes or so. As a result, we probably waited a good 30 to 40 minutes before our entrees came out after appetizers. It would have been a nice touch if they comped us something like a shared dessert or something but they didn't really do anything about it. Overall, we liked the restaurant for its environment and atmosphere , but service and food were a little uneven, especially for the prices you pay.
