First time here ordered something to go.The price total is much higher than expected,so l checked twice with the waitress.They looked like I was throwing a one million dollars question,and the only thing they can say was DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT ?So rude and made me feel stupid myself. Came on Saturday, and oh course they were super busy.We got seated quick which was great.But are waitress look very stressed and rushed.The reason why Im rating 2 stars is because right when are food was placed on the table she left are check and didnt come to check on us again.I needed more water and when I didnt finish my food I needed a box.So then I had to get up and look for her.I dont recommend the country fried steak was very hard and dry (overcooked).I ordered it two diff times and always the same outcome.Not moist.I just recommend give check after u noticed they are done eating read more

Idiots, I ordered on the phone, they are always busy which can't do anything about but when I went there my food was waiting for me, cool. Checked in and they helped people before me- as I waited .......and waited in front of the counter like a dummy. I got my food and left giving that it was busy. I drive all the way home and they didn't put the whip cream or cream that comes with the crepes. That's like ordering a grilled cheese without the cheese. I drive alllllll the way back told them and instead of saying I'm sorry they tried to act like it wasn't a big deal- which I wasn't making it a big deal. Again they helped other people while again I stood there until someone figured out they need to get me what I needed and then gave me a half ass cup of cream. Couldn't even hook it up or say sorry. Went to this Ihop last week for a fundraiser for the purple thunder girls team, which I thought was great of Ihop to give a percentage to help out a team. The food was very good, I had the chicken strips and waffles. Yummy! The restaurant was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Definitely recommend this Ihop! read more

Went to IHOP after years of not eating here. Short wait as usually, our Asian waitress Cherry was great, attentive and gave us great service. And the cashier was great as well, also very attentive. Hubby and I eat here @ least once a week. He loves the place; me not so much. We've come to know most of the servers, who we find very helpful and friendly. I feel the food is very overpriced for what we get but we always use a discount coupon so the total bill is usually around $20, sometimes less if we can get away by just getting water w/our meals. My biggest peeve is the noise. The best time to go is between 2-4 p.m. The place is almost deserted, i.e., quiet. After 4, the dinner crowd starts arriving and since kids eat free after 4, be prepared for major noise til closing. Most of the kids we've encountered are not socialized--they run around, yell @ the top of their lungs, etc. Of course, their parents are often the same save for the running around so they just let the kids run amok or they yell @ their kids to behave for the entire time they're there (the kids ignore them). We've actually seen kids crawl on the table tops, climb on the windowsills and play tag in the aisles. So, I rate them average, due to the wait staff who have always been very friendly toward us. (BTW, the best IHOP we've visited was one that just opened in HI a few blocks from Waikiki--no kidding. It even served traditional Hawaiian/Japanese food such as loco moco, saiman, and spam. I was here about a month or so ago and I still remember the waitress. She knew a lot of history of IHOP and that particular restaurant. She told me how the staff stuck around because it was such a great place to work. I was impressed. I like to eat here in the evenings because there is less of a crowd. This is one of the best IHOPs, way better than the one near my house. read more

I just went to this iHop and the service was terrible. Our waitress was rude and incompetent. The food was good, but after we ate and tried to pay with a coupon everyone that worked there said their manager didn't accept them. Every other iHop I have been to has accepted this coupon so this made us angry at the fact that they were not willing to look at the coupon or try to work with us. I am very disappointed in the service and will not return this is a terrible location and an awful management team. read more

I brought my friend and my daughter there for lunch this week. Upon being seated I noticed we were seated to the right of the dining room where no other customers at all were, I assumed it was because I have a baby and maybe they think people will complain and honestly that's no issue for me however there were other issues. Number one the manager was reprimanding her waitresses as she held a somewhat meeting about one step from our table telling them how the syrup jars weren't properly cleaned yesterday and they were filthy and they need to do them ASAP , so then the manager leaves and those same waitresses were sitting down right next to us eating and cussing and bad mouthing the manager. This conversation was so inappropriate first of all why are you eating next to customers in my experience there must be some break room in the back right? It just looks bad, number two even if this is the designated place to be eating it's highly unprofessional and rude to bad mouth your manager in front of customers and cuss when A child is present. I take great offense to people who can't manage to control the words they use around kids it just shows a complete lack of respect. The food was dry I had an omelette that had different kinds of meat which were all dry and tasteless and my friend had chicken and waffles which turned out to be dried up chicken strips that looked and tasted way way way over cooked which results in being inedible. Terrible food and even worse service . Oh and let me add that when I asked for more coffee creamer the waitress asked me did you already use all that I left here ummm yes I used the three tiny little creamers sorry Lol read more

Came In this morning expecting to wait a long time because of course Sunday mornings are always busy..but unexpectedly where sat very quickly..the lady with glasses which I believe was the manager sat us down and offered us drinks..who gets fast service on a Sunday that was awesome and later our server Sherri took our order..not even five min later..we order chicken crepes and it was delicious..I give five stars to this place..staff and management have it together and to top it off a check in offer..great experience!! read more

I was contacted by customer service and given a voucher for myself and a guest. I was hesitant because I didn't want to feel uncomfortable but I gave this location a second chance. I like IHOPs (always get the Swedish crepes combo) but my server here was awful. The table of men next to me, and the one behind me, got GREAT service from Melissa. She made it clear it was a chore to wait on me. When my food was ready, she let it sit until it was cold, then delivered it. Cold crepes are not great, so I left money on the table and left. The person who seated me (maybe Grace?) was friendly and brought me coffee when Melissa declined to, so I left a good tip, in case the tips are pooled. Melissa, just FYI- women alone usually tip REALLY well. If I tipped that much fro crappy service, consider what I would have tipped if my food was hot, and edible. read more

If I could give this place a lower review, I would. This place used to be so awesome. We came, had 3 simple orders, and each one was wrong. To top it off, our waiter was super short with us, and hardly checked on us to see if we needed anything. The only positive thing about our visit was the hostess that sat us. She was super sweet and asked us how our day was. As we were leaving, our waiter and another guy were standing by the door, both completely ignored us and didn't say thank you or anything of that nature. This location has definitely gone down hill in the last few years. Will not be returning. read more

I am the team mom of a softball team, we have had 2 fundraisers at ihop and they have done an excellent job. The servers are great, food still comes out fast, they have plenty of room for everybody and the best thing is they donate 30% of proceeds back to the team, which you hardly ever see. I would totally recommend doing a fundraiser at ihop. I also like going there just for breakfast for me and my family, I love the variety of syrups for my pancakes lol. read more
