I had a great experience at IHOP. I came around 4pm on a Tuesday. It was pretty empty. We got served quickly. I would really recommend the mocha ice coffee here. It was really good. I ordered the egg white spinach omelette; it was okay. It tasted a little bland. It could be because I'm not use to eating egg whites I was just felt like being healthy. My Mom ordered the clam chowder and coffee. She liked her soup. Our bill came out to about $25. read more

We didn't get greeted we waited to be seated for too long and the place was empty then when we finally got seated, no one came for over 15 min to ask if we wanted something to drink. Five star for our service from Javier yesterday afternoon! My family was on our way home after a week-long of outdoor activity and we stopped by the nearest diner in the area. This IHOP location is clean, neat, and it was not crowded during that time. Javier was attentive and courteous, always checking on us. It is a wonderful experience when you come to a restaurant with amazing customer service and staff like Javier makes the difference . The service from the start was not very welcoming. The lady who sat us didn't say anything and we weren't even greeted by our server after over 15 minutes. One of the worst IHOP restaurants that I've been to. I asked for well done scrambled eggs and they were still wet, I also asked for my bacon crispy when I received it the bacon wasn't even fully cooked, instead of making me fresh food they cook the same food that was already on my plate. French toast was now cold because it had been siiting on plate while my food cooked more. Ugh, this place felt like cattle call! Definitely NOT a warm and easygoing place to have a nice breakfast. I came with a girlfriend on a Saturday morning to have breakfast, and also to see my nephew who had been working there for a few weeks. It's a large IHOP and it was so crowded with the employees moving around so feverishly fast, my nephew never had a chance to even come over for 30 seconds to say hello! We did make eye contact though! Sigh. My friend asked if I wanted to read the newspaper, which she brought with her, and I said no way... I can't concentrate with all the hustle and bustle of employees moving around as though they were in some kind race. The atmosphere felt somewhat stressed. When we received our food, it was cold. :( Then sitting right near the kitchen area, I was able to see goings on with employees preparing and grabbing food to be served, and noticed what looked like a female manager (tall middle aged woman who kind of had a limp) who appeared to be complaining and bitching about something to the employees.... the cook included. This went on for a while, off and on while we were there. And let me tell you, she looked MEAN, like someone you don't wanna mess with. What a horrible and stressful place to work.... like a salt mine run by a slave driver. Ok, rant over. IMO... bad place for employees and patrons alike. P.S. I will say our server was very nice, but she couldn't even serve with ease... she was constantly rushed. This IHOP has the far worst customer service. Literally waited an hour and a half and food never showed up. All they were bringing was coffee. We got attended at 10:20 am. Waited and other people had showed up after us and got attended quicker. We left at 11:40 am and just paid for our coffee. read more

This is the cleanest and friendliest Ihop around. The servers Liz and Sunday will make your visit special. We go at least once a week and no matter what we order it is great. The pancakes are addicting and the new burgers taste fresh and delicious. The location is not crowded and spread out so you can enjoy your food. Great location with tons of parking. read more

I will never go to this IHOP again. The food and service at this IHOP is what you would expect from any IHOP. However, I expect the charge to my account to go through exactly as represented on my receipt. Twice now this particular IHOP has charged more to my account than I authorized. On a Saturday, I authorized the charge of $17 dollars for my meal and tip but on the following Friday $51 dollars was deducted from my account by IHOP. So I went to IHOP with my receipt and bank statement and spoke to the manager. He said because we split a check, "something" happened when the cards were rung though so we got charged the full amount but none of our friends got charged anything. That was FALSE - I checked and the other people in my party's card were charged and the rest paid with cash. I wasn't trying to be a jerk. All I wanted was an, "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, here is your money back." He said he couldn't open up the transaction and he didn't want to give me cash because his register wouldn't balance. I don't understand how any of that was my problem when the cashier obviously made a mistake. I said, "I didn't know if this was a dishonest employee or a training issue." He denied that was the problem and was not very unapologetic. He tried to offer us a gift card, but I really never want to go to IHOP ever again and finally he gave us the difference in cash. This IHOP is conveniently located by my house which is one reason we come here. Another reason USED TO BE that they were fast, the food was hot, and we were in and out. No more. We overheard a waitress telling customers as an apology for their service that the place recently cut their hours and it shows. We were sitting in a section for 15 minutes and no one ever greeted us. It took another waitress noticing us and another table and taking pity on us. Another waitress later took the order of the table next to us and they got their food first. My food came out on a hot plate thanks to the lamp warmers with lukewarm food. I found yummy eggshell in my egg and the rest was equally unimpressive. I'm not sure if this is a one time terrible experience but they really ought to know that that's all it takes. Denny's isn't that far away, they should remember that. Took my mother to ihop last Sunday. The wait was 15 to 20 min, not bad. Oce we sat down we order drinks then meal. Everybody in the restaurant got there meal but my family. We were the only black people in the restaurant and the waitress made ot clear that she refused to bring us food. Busy...Busy....Busy....not a problem, unless the staff is not experienced for such a scenario. Do not come hungry on a Sunday morning or expect to pass out before your order is brought out. For example, after waiting about 30 minutes for our order, I got my steak omelette before my grandma got her simple vegetable omelette, why? Pancakes were not hot, a sign of them sitting to be taken to the table too long. The disorganization is a clear indication of the lack of proper leadership. More hands on deck please!!! They take about 30 minutes and cant even get the food right. They bring me sausage and had to take it back to bring me back my bacon. just ordered food from this ihop of which they use postmates for delivery. the food here was not good at all, and both entities provided subpar services !!!the postmates crew in the evening gets the job done delivering your order on time, except if the order is wrong they won't take the time to fix it despite paying the excessive delivery fees !!! postmates during daytime hours sucks balls too !!! it took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to deliver my order, and there's no way to contact them about your order if you're not a member and order directly through the restaurant !!! it had looked liked the driver ate some of my fries, and drank some of milkshake. did i say milshake ??? it was supposed to be a milkshake @ a whopping $6.00 !!! but instead i got a cup of milkin a child size cup !!! the pancakes were excessively dry because the cook didn't put enough milk in the batter. no amount of butter or syrup could moisten them !!! i ordered regular hash browns, but was given the "crispy" (yes, that's on the menu) burnt ones instead. for my 2 pieces of ham selection, i was given half of a ham slice cut in two pieces !!!! i don't understand how in the world this location has gotten such great reviews, unless they're the fake kind that are paid for.... i'm new to this area and have yet to find a restaurant with great food and great service.... at this point, i'm tired of wasting my money, and would rather drive further out in order to get my money's worth !!! i won't ever eat here at this ihop ever again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I would have given this 5 stars but the wait for food was ridiculous. I ordered brunch and from my view of the kitchen there was just a pile up of food on the service line. I waited 30 minutes for my food even though it was just sitting there, not sure if there was a mix up in the kitchen? There was also a guy (i believe his name was jovanne?) Doing his job extremely well, he was not our/a server but he was extremely helpful and attenative to customers when we hardly saw our server. Also Elizabeth was not our server but I love coming to this location also because of her, her personality and overall being is just so nice to have around! Staying in the area while visiting grandpa at City of Hope. This place is certainly a little different from the usual IHOPs I've been to. This one seems a lot more family oriented than others I've visited. I noticed they were making baloons for the kids and that there were several families making their eating outting here. I also took a few moments to read some of the more negative reviews and thankfully did not encounter some of the more reoccuring issues. Our server was fast and friendly and our food was excellent as always. An additional bit I noticed while here was that they have outdoor seating for eating. In addition to that extra, I noticed there was a fair bit more decore around the eating area than you find at most IHOPs. All in all, this is a great place to go with your family. read more

We came in at 9:40 pm, they close at 10pm but Elizabeth the most awesome waitress/hostess with the mostest sat us and the cooks made our food super fast, they treated us like royalty, I didn't feel as if I was at IHOP I felt as if I was in a small town diner with kind loving town folk who got a surprise visit from Prince William and Kate. Please order Strawberry and Banana French Toast damn dude they are an explosion of goodness on your taste buds.
