Absolutely disgusting experience. Staff was rude from the start, refused to give us real silverware, had and then had the nerve to make a 9/11 joke--completely unacceptable, especially since my uncle died in 9/11. On top of that, they threatened to kick us out because "not enough people were eating." Zero professionalism, zero empathy, zero respect. This place should be ashamed. Never coming back.

You can't go wrong with a short stack of pancakes at IHOP, and this location is no different.  Our pancakes were fluffy and golden brown and were delivered fresh off the grill. I was happy to find that the IHOP strawberry syrup is still available; if you've never tried it before, it's yummy and will make you feel like a kid!

How bad can it get? Well GeeZus what is this? I ordered the egg white omelet! When the cook is this bad you never come back!

You know what?? I can't be upset with anyone but myself because my experience here the first time told me that I shouldn't had never came back.. First off the server was cool and apologetic and simply doing her job. she wasn't the cook.. Anyways I order the Steak and eggs breakfast that came with pancakes.. My request EGGS over easy. white well cooked. Steak medium rare and pancakes hot and butter not frozen.. Well non of that happen... Eggs came out whites super runny Steak came out looking like someone cooked it on a hot tin roof in the middle of August in the backwoods of Alabama. The pancakes came out just like they always do at IHOP, Luke warm and cold butter that rips the pancake when putting it on the pancakes. Back to the SteakSteak, I kindly let my server know that the Steak didn't look appealing, it looked as if it was tan with no flavor.. So she took it back and came back about 3 minutes later??? Same results but a little more shaded. Anyways I just ask to allow me to pay for the pancakes and coffee...I didn't eat the eggs or steak.. I know that IHOP isn't a Steak house but please don't bring me a piece of meat and tell me it's a steak.. Never again will I endure time wasting of going into this IHOP again... I don't want anything free nor do I want to talk to anyone.

Not a lot of fluff here. It it what it is. I have never understood why a table has to be cleared or cleaned after the previous diners left long before me. The fewer the diners the slower waitstaff seems to get. But I didn't come for fine dining so I was pleased that the BLT and especially the onion rings came out hot with very little wait. I should have combined the sparse BLT ingredients onto one half. I felt like I was eating dry toast. The onion rings redeemed the meal so not a bad meal

From the moment we walked in, the hostess gave us a warm welcome, and we were seated right away. It took our server a little while to get to our table, but she arrived with waters in hand, which was appreciated. We started with the fried green tomatoes. They were good, though I've definitely had better back home in Houston. For my entrée, I ordered the Badass Bacon Plate, and it absolutely hit the spot. Everything on the plate was delicious, from the thick-cut slab of bacon to the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. I especially appreciated that the eggs were seasoned before cooking, something I don't often see at restaurants, and it really made a difference. The hash brown casserole was also fantastic and tied the whole meal together. My brother ordered the fried chicken biscuit and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Although our server was clearly very busy, the restaurant had a great team approach. Other staff members checked on us, refilled drinks, and made sure we had everything we needed, so we never felt neglected. Overall, it was a great dining experience with delicious food, friendly hospitality, and excellent teamwork. I would definitely recommend Phoebe's Diner if you're looking for a satisfying breakfast or brunch in Austin.

The service was so fast and friendly I thought they were trying to prank me.Here is the breakdown of how they stole my heart: Phoebe Benedict: The poached eggs were so perfect they looked sculpted by Michelangelo. The hollandaise belongs in a museum. Biscuits and Gravy: Fluffier than a cloud and smothered in gravy that tastes like a warm hug from a Southern grandma. Pure, unadulterated comfort food. Side of Bacon: This isn't just bacon. It is a thick-cut, crispy masterpiece. Pretty sure it's the best bacon in Austin, if not the entire universe. Pro tip: Get on their Yelp Waitlist early unless you enjoy staring longingly through the window at strangers eating your future meal. 10/10 will be back to eat my weight in pork products.

Directly behind the Limestone Village shopping complex is this massive place. Huge game room/arcade complex is upstairs and the restaurant on the bottom floor. The service & food was MUCH better than the reviews on this platform stated. Drinks: water (nice & cold) and the Jellyfish ale, Food: we shared the MASSIVE nacho platter w/beef chorizo which we didn't finish - it was too much for us both and it tasted Great! The size of the serving platter will utterly astound you so be ready for a stuffed gut! We both ordered the Baha chicken wraps & fries; we had to take these home with us and consumed them the next night: best wraps I've had served from any establishment and this was a day after we purchased them. We left impressed, will definitely return and highly recommend The Goat to all to try out for themselves! We hope you leave as satisfied as we did! Sorry, I left my cell phone at home so no pictures again...

We ordered the grilled cheese with tomato soup, chicken and waffles, and the strawberry and cream waffle with Biscoff spread. Before I get to the food, I want to recognize the excellent customer service. Since it was my first visit, I had quite a few questions. The employee helping us was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She walked us through all of the flight options, and let us know that everything was made fresh to order, so there would be a short wait. I appreciated the transparency, and when our food arrived I soon found out it was worth the wait. The standout for me was the grilled cheese waffle with tomato soup. The soup tasted homemade, with bright tomato flavor and generous chunks of tomato throughout. It was fresh, and absolutely delicious. The grilled cheese featured a flavorful muenster and provolone instead of the standard cheddar you find everywhere else, and the waffle itself was crispy on the outside with a perfect gooey cheese pull. My friend enjoyed the strawberry and cream waffle with Biscoff spread since I'm not a huge fan of Biscoff. I did try the strawberries and cream, though, and both were excellent. The strawberries were fresh, sweet, and firm, while the cream tasted rich and homemade. The chicken and waffles were outstanding. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and well seasoned, and the waffle had a wonderful texture: light and airy inside with a crisp exterior. It was served with syrup and a remoulade-style sauce. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated with fun murals, word art and nods to Round Rock. For a first visit, Waffle Love made a fantastic impression. The next time I'm in Round Rock, I'll be ordering another waffle flight, probably the same 3 selections, just without the Biscoff spread.

At first, my intentions were to share with husband but he wanted his own and enjoyed every bite. It was very crisp and cooked to perfection however the oil could have drained a little longer but still good. I had a birthday slice of sticky toffee pudding for my birthday that I've had a few times in the past. In my opinion, it has not been as good as the very first time. Not as moist. Overall, we'd probably return to try other menu options.
