The only downside of this place is it gets SO busy on weekend mornings to early afternoon, especially Sundays. It's newly opened. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's clean. The food is well prepared. I won't bother with the menu as it's a chain and a well known one so it's well trodden ground. I'll leave it at it's what you'd expect at IHOP, no different, but done well. The reason I've given this rating is because once me and my family done eating, I only expected for the employees to take only $20 extra dollars out of my card for the tip, for that was my choice but apparently an to my surprise, they take "automatic tip" an instead of $20, $44 was taken out instead! My family and I had to wait about 1 hour for our food when there was only a few people in restaurant (around 12 total) and with a wait that long we should have already gotten our food! My friend and I ordered take out on IHOP's website. When we ordered, nothing was mentioned about a 3rd party delivery. Our food was delivered to the front desk (we work at the hospital). When I went to get our food, I noticed that our drinks were not with the order. I called IHOP's, and explained to them my problem, and was told to contact the 3rd party that delivered. I told them that I was not given an option of a 3rd party delivery and thought I was ordering through them. I have looked at the receipt and nothing is mentioned. They told me that the delivery people come in and just grab the orders and leave, and that I was basically SOL. April 18, 2023 went here for breakfast with my fiancé and the service was very slow. This place looks run down and could use an upgrade. The food came out hot and tasted, alright. My biggest complaint, I FOUND A BLACK HAIR IN MY FOOD!!! I have lighter brown almost blonde hair and I found a medium length black hair mixed in with my gravy and hash browns. Consistently bad food. I go about once a year in the hopes that it has improved. This will be my last time there ever. Ordered breakfast (as usual) and the pancakes came out cold, crunchy and very dry. So cold the butter would not melt. When I tapped on them, you could hear the sound because they were so dried out on top. I politely explained the problem to my server who offered to bring me a new stack. Except the OWNER He's degrading, misogynistic, homophobic and disrespectful to top off the cake When they find a new host remember they are telling you 25 to 30 even 40 minutes because they're understaffed they're getting floor orders on the phone orders GrubHub and the website with maybe two cooks three if they're lucky If your waitress hasn't gotten to your table and it's been 15-20 minutes they probably were trying to get food for another three tables that have been waiting the same amount of time for their food because the cooks are overwhelmed and you would think oh stop any other order except through the phone or in person until you get more people well that's not how money hungry owners work If you're going to dine into this restaurant keep in mind it is understaffed and that is 100% part of your experience if you're going to go in there to be disrespectful and or no tip go to Applebee's or McDonald's But if you decide to stop in there tell your waiter or waitress Sofia says hi! read more

I ordered my breakfast to go this morning. At first the girl didn't even know how the meal I ordered was supposed to be made.. then she tells me 15 min. I get there & she checked about 3 min after I was there. Then didn't check again for at least 20 min. I had to then find another person to go look for my order because she was playing with a pen & then turning into the role of a hostess- since the other girl didn't look too skilled at it. Finally that girl comes out with it. Who knows how long it was sitting there for? Oh and the staff has to be at least 15 years old. Get your shit together, guys. I get home & the "egg" they put on the slider & the size of my thumb. NEW: Door Dash Order on 11.17.2019 I ordered 2 meals and half of the meals were missing. Obviously it's the Door Dasher's fault for not looking through the bags to make sure it was all there but it was IHOP's fault for not putting it in the bag. They credited our account which is fine, but the food was cold and very underwhelming. My omelette was over cooked and missing an ingredient, the French toast tasted like a dry piece of bread... just so underwhelming. This is the final time I'm ordering from them or eating their stuff. Not sure what's going on here. Waitress seemed very much out of it. Food was ice cold. If you're going to require your staff to wear masks they need to be worn correctly. All the staff that did have masks on wore them on their chin or not covering their noses. Every single one of them that went back to the kitchen took them off going back there. Visited on Sunday afternoon the wait was estimated 20-25 minutes but only ended up waiting 10. Inside is clean. Service was fast and food was hot when served. On our way home to Philly this was a much needed stop. The restaurant was super crowded but we were assured of a 20 minute wait until we were seated and the staff kept their word. We were served by Ashley G. and she was very attentive, considerate in tune with our needs. The food of course was what you expect from any IHOP. What made this visit stand out was the friendliness of the staff as they served a very busy and hungry crowd. Kudos to the whole staff. read more

We had a late breakfast today (6/22/21). The service was excellent. You could tell the restaurant was short staffed but our server kept her sense of humor and did her best. Absolute worst IHOP we've been to. Getting them to actually sit you down and serve you is too difficult a task for them. We arrived at 3:40pm. They're open until 4pm (yes, an IHOP closes this early), but refused to sit us down and take our order despite me telling them about my almost one hour drive to get here, and their online ordering showing the cut off tune at 3:45. I would've gladly taken my order and eaten in the car. The story I was told was that they start cleaning the grill at 3:20. Well then how about you change your close time to 3:20 instead of having patrons think you're actually open until the time you say you are? Basic and easy solution. read more

This is by far, hands down, the worst chain restaurant in the entire area. They reduced their hours to close at 4:00PM, which is by far not the biggest issue with this place. For the life of me, I don't understand how they keep the doors open. Cheap prices has to be the only saving grace. I decided to give them another shot this past Saturday morning, and do a curb side to go order. Ordered at 11:00, the app said the food would be ready between 11:27-11:37. Sounds reasonable. I get there on there at 11:40, assuming that it should be at least close to ready. I call the number as the directions on the sign on the side of the building states, no answer. I call back a minute later, it's busy. Wait two minutes call again, rings 30 times, no answer. I repeat this insanity 11 times over the course of 15 minutes. Now its 11:55, so I decide to go inside and see what is going on. Can't even get in the door, there's a line out the door of people just waiting to ask how long before they could be seated. No one at the reception desk when we do finally get in. Now it's 12:05. Lot's of angry customers waiting to pay, no one at the reception desk / cashier station. One waitress walks by with her eyes down, avoiding everyone. Another customer trys to get her attention "Excuse me, miss? Excuse me!", no eye contact, just keeps walking through in to the kitchen. At this point, I really just want my money back and go somewhere else. A worker from the kitchen comes out, I ask him if he could please let me know if my order was back there or being worked on. He was friendly enough, told me he'd find out. Walked back in to the kitchen, never to be seen or heard from again. Finally another waitress comes to the reception desk and says she apologizes, they are back up, but she will take everyone's name in the order they came in, and seat them accordingly. When she gets done taking the names, I said excuse me, I have a to go order that was supposed to be ready 30+ minutes ago. It's now 12:15, an hour and fifteen minutes since I've placed the order. She eventually goes back in the kitchen to check, comes back out 5 minutes later saying it's being bagged right now, they'll have it right out. Another 15 minutes goes by, it's now 12:30, a full hour past when the food was supposed to be ready. The food finally comes out. It's all cold. I paid for the New York cheesecake pancakes, got plain (undercooked and doughy) pancakes). The omelet meal was cold, the cheese was hard and consistency of plastic. The breakfast wrap meal was wrong, I had ordered a country breakfast burrito and got a spicy who knows what burrito instead). There was a non-stop stream of angry, disappointed, customers walking out, trying to pay their bill but no one at the cashiers stations. It appeared they were making customers wait until their waitress came to the cashier station to check them out. There was a receptionist of sorts, although she was visibly angry, walking in circle's, and would disappear for 10 minutes at a time, and never once did anything for a customer. Total insanity, this place just needs to be shut down. I had similarly bad experiences the three other times I've been here since the place opened. It's always a mess, the food is always cold and usually the order is wrong. The waitresses are either very inexperienced, or have bad attitudes. If you need something after your food comes out an hour later, cold by the way every time, don't expect anyone to come around and ask if you need a drink refill or any thing else. This is the ONLY place I have now for the third time, left absolutely no tip. Not a $1. The fact that I paid full price for the food was enough of a charitable contribution. read more

I love this ihop. They are all so nice there. One review mentioned that they are all high schoolers, which I want to point out, working at IHOP is a job typically worked by highschoolers or retirees. Sorry you don't like it? I've never had a bad experience there and they've always been more than friendly and prompt. If they take a hot min they are quick to apologize for the inconvenience. It does get busy on the weekends though so you could be waiting 30 mins maybe. When I've gone I get told 25-30 and typically wait less than 10 so don't get overwhelmed. Overall, it's ihop. Youre not eating at a bistro in the city. You treat the waiters good, and you'll get that more respect back and someone who wants to check in on you and your family. Just like any service industry. We had terrible service and they couldn't even get our order right and was missing a meal and waited for an hour for it come out and still wasn't done right. It all started when then told us there will be a 20 minute wait and wait in the car for 20minutes and they would call us. This morning we took our grandaughter out for brunch for her birthday. We went to IHOP on RTE 22. This was our experience. The restaurant was about 65 degrees We ordered 2 of the 2x2x2x2 one with bacon one with sausage one with over easy and one with over hard eggs. The bacon was burned, the eggs were runny, even the whites weren't well cooked. We ordered a Tbone and eggs, medium rare and over easy. The beat was mostly grizzle and raw. The eggs were runny, barely done. The fourth order was just bacon, eggs and pancakes. Bacon burnt. When we asked a waiter t get our server he said he had his own tables to take care of. The eggs were returned and replaced after everything was eaten. This while sitting in a miserable cold dark room. The bill was $58 and the meal was awful. Don't go to this IHOP. This place is highly lacking in good customer service, I wouldn't even call it decent. We had to wait 30 minutes to get a table, we were originally told 20. Once we got seated the waitress was prompt, I asked for a chocalate milk and water. She comes back with no water and "tan".... yes tan milk. When we went there on a Sunday they were out of, coffee, lemonade, salsa, and apparently chocalate milk. The staff later came our a d mized up some of our orders and I had to wait a little longer for my food. I then had to proceed to ask for water 2 more times to actually receive it.
