We visited around 3pm on Sunday, perhaps during an off-hour, but the experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the host told us there would be a 20-minute wait despite several empty tables. Shortly after, the shift manager said it would only be a 5-minute wait. Once seated, no one came to our table for over 10 minutes. When I finally ordered a glass of wine and a pasta dish, the wine that was poured for tasting was clearly off--both in color and taste. I requested a replacement. After waiting more than 20 minutes, my food arrived, and I could immediately tell something wasn't right by the smell. I tried one clam, and it was inedible. I honestly don't understand how the chef was comfortable sending out that dish. And this area is in the middle of eataly, the atmosphere is similar to cafeteria.

I love this interesting location of a restaurant. It was located in the center of the market, so you could people watch or decide to come last minute if they aren't too busy. You could choose to dress up or come casual. The service was great. Many waiters tended to us, so we would not want for anything. The focaccia bread was SOOO yummy we could have ordered 3 of those and been fine haha. The cacio e Pepe was yummy and flavorful like Parmesan, plenty of sauce. I will say the pastas were al dente (which I think is actually the norm in Italy), just not what we are used to! The texture of the Cacio e Pepe was a bit tougher than the truffle pasta my husband ordered. His food was so good and truffly! He spared some truffle to go on my pasta since they loaded it up. The tiramisu was soooo yummy but just wish there was more cake! Drinks were good but really sweet. Overall yummy and we'd be back to try something different! :)

Absolutely fresh and delicious. I had the Mallereddus Alla Campedanese. The sauce is basically like Bolognese but uses sausage only. Wonderful. Fast service. Nice seating at the bar counter.

A wonderful experience at Il Pastaio di Eataly. Was hoping to get some oysters but it was my fault for coming late on a holiday weekend. Waitress recommended mussels instead and they were quite pleasant. A little heavy on the butter but that's how we like it right?! Also how could you go wrong with some prosciutto and arugula on flatbread alongside some fresh burrata and mozzarella? It was nice to be able to side down and get all of these things in one place. I would have tried a pasta but I'm currently on keto. I strongly suggest you do though because they all sounded amazing! A little on the pricey side but otherwise friendly service, in a casual ambiance dead center in the middle of Eataly - what more could you ask for?

We've eaten at every dining setting in the Eataly here in Dallas many times, and I must say this was by far the best experience we've ever had here! Eduardo was a phenomenal server! Everything he recommended was by far the best food and beverage we've dined on here! Eduardo did not miss a beat! We will definitely be back and request him as our server. When someone told us they'd finished the coffee service, Eduardo went and made me a cappuccino himself! Amazing!

This place has a great, relaxed vibe for hanging out with friends and enjoying a nice glass of wine at the wine bar. Our bartender, Brendan, was amazing; he interacted with us and recommended some excellent wines. He also suggested some sushi options since we were discussing it. If you're shopping around North Park Center, stop by, grab a glass, and enjoy some people-watching!

One of my favorite things to do is to stop at the little wine bar inside eataly and grab a glass of wine after some shopping. The servers are very knowledgeable and have a good sense of Italian wines. Brendan was our server and he helped us find a good wine with good value too! The atmosphere is great with a mix of folks enjoying a date night, catching up with a friend, or taking a shopping break. These kind of places are my favorite cause you have a great experience while also drinking delicious wine!

My friend and I sat at the food station bar where they make all of the apples, salads and pastas...FUN TO WATCH THE ACTION! Our server, Daniel, was excellent. We had a couple of "hiccups" that were easily resolved. Wonderful food. Don't miss this gem!

We had a dinner party over the weekend and Everyone (!) enjoyed sampling the many flavors of ravioli and sauces. We also served the HUGE meatballs as appetizers with marinara & parmesan. Some of our parings were the Sunday dinner with marinara, but Any sauce would complement these ravioli. The mushroom ravioli with Alfredo sauce. The chicken quesadilla ravioli with chipotle cream, yum! The chicken gorgonzola with walnuts ravioli, which I served with my simple recipe of brown butter balsamic sauce. We also dropped off a lasagna with Bolognese sauce and the chicken divine to some family members and a chicken spaghetti to a neighbor who is on the mend. These casseroles also received raved reviews! Holy Ravioli, thanks for making our tastebuds dance! oxo

No room for dine in, more deli vibes where you can just pick stuff up at the counter. The sandwich was decent. Alfredo pretty yummy, definitely kinda on the greasy/oily side. Spicy Rigatoni 8/10: It says spicy in the name but I did not expect it to be spicy each time I took a bite, lol. Very delicious and addicting! Sauce is savory with some sweetness. Chicken Pesto 9/10: I am addicted to these pasta shapes and textures! It was truly so delicious with good amounts of shredded chicken and the toppings are delicious. I had them as leftovers as well and they did not disappoint! Calamari 8/10: These are crispy and the calamari is fresh, good sauces, juicy lime, and some sour vegetables on the side. Very delicious appetizer! Truffle Bread 7/10 : So delicious! It came with some cream spread on top and the bread is fluffy but crispy, with a cheese and a nice truffle taste! Lasagna 6/10 : This portion is definitely a bit smaller and I would say it's a good ol' lasagna. Nothing special except for the sheets which were thin and fresh, and the sauce is a bit salty. Tiramisu 10/10: This was so delicious! It came with some crispy chocolate toppings and it wasn't too strong but definitely so delicious, would recommend. Other things I did not take pictures of: Meatballs 7.5/10: Very delicious with a nice tomato sauce and they are some standard meatballs. I would recommend you try something new instead of just the meatballs. Bread with Olive Oil + Balsamic Vinegar 8/10: Again, crispy but fluffy bread, balsamic vinegar was acidic but sweet, smooth olive oil. 10/10 Service! They were very accommodating to our large party and celebrated my cousin's birthday. Nice vibes inside and outdoor seating, and I like how the outdoor seating was covered and not fully outdoor.

My first experience here wasn't the best, so I was curious to see how a second visit would compare…read more A friend was moving out of town and wanted to come here, so I decided to give it another try and order completely different dishes. We started with the focaccia bread (5/5). Wow--this might be some of the best bread I've ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the dip was delicious. I usually try not to fill up on bread before the entrées arrive, but we made sure to finish every bite. We also ordered the burrata salad (5/5), which was a very generous portion and absolutely delicious. I would definitely order it again. For our entrées, my friend and I shared the chicken piccata and the bolognese. The chicken piccata was a 5/5 for me, while the bolognese was a 4.5/5. Both dishes were excellent and I'd happily order either again. This visit was a completely different experience from my first one, and I'm glad I came back. I'd love to return with my husband sometime.

Maggiano's has always been a source of good memories for me. It's somewhere my mom and I have…read morevisited together since I was a kid, and now as an adult I still like to go with her. However, the quality has changed significantly in the last few years it seems. I was here with my partner yesterday before we went shopping. We've both worked in the service and food industry, so I'm just hoping I can highlight some constructive feedback. I want to emphasize that while the ingredient quality has taken a downward shift, the staff is still on point (i do have some feedback for our waiter but I will get back to this) -The mixed drinks were perfect. Presentation was nice and they were well balanced - despite the lackluster ingredient quality, I can tell that whomever was in the kitchen was doing the best with what they had. I am gluten free, and usually when ordering pasta somewhere they come out mushy. However, my noodles were cooked to perfection, same with my chicken. There was just something about the sauce that tasted like it wasn't fresh, which tells me that the ingredient quality is going down. This isn't the fault of the kitchen staff-- this is a corporate issue, and I will not fault them for that. - the bread was entirely too salty for every day folks. Look, I love salt, I crave salt, but my partner said it was like biting into a salt lick. I tasted the butter and it was almost too salty for my taste, which tells me it's too salty for most people. - my partner ordered the wagyu stuffed shells. I have the same feedback for the sauce that I gave for my sauce before-- it just wasn't fresh. There was something about it that was just not reflective of my previous experiences with Maggiano's. The meat was incredibly greasy and overall it was just not visually appetizing. In terms of taste, the description said "spicy" and it definitely wasn't spicy or even close. My partner just described an overabundance of onion flavor. - In terms of our waiter, she was nice enough, but I did notice a pattern I'd like to address. We saw the wait staff that day- making rotations, circling the dining area and checking on their tables. However, we didn't notice this with our waitress. In fact, any time we asked for anything it took 20min before we would see her again. For example, it took 20 minutes after we received our bread before we received water. We were seated right after another party and they received drinks, their food, and bill before we even saw our appetizer. They were being attended by a different waiter, which tells me there is room for improvement. -Our total bill with tip came out to about $135 dollars. I don't mind paying good money for food, but for the quality the price is a bit insulting. I understand that things are getting more expensive lately, I really do. However, as a long time customer I wouldn't mind if your prices increased if it meant retaining your quality. Otherwise, i may as well go elsewhere in the meantime.
