As I was cleaning my wheel today I noticed they put a huge chip in my brand new wheel. I went there today and spoke with Kevin directly to try and resolve the situation. He denied any wrong doing, and furthermore has denied access to speak to the manager of Express. Here is the pic of the chip. Originally I was beyond pleased. They were able to get me in same day due to an engine light. I had…read morealready ran my engine and knew it was an ignition coil. I paid 202$ to have them run a "full diagnostic". Turns out they simply checked one coil and recommended replacing all but still noted only coil one was faulty and required immediate attention. This cost me over 900$ The next day my light came back on and was showing engine coil 2 was now experiencing an issue. I confirmed they never tested the other 3 coils even though I paid 202$ for a diagnostic review. Instead they took the easy way out - charged for a full diagnostic and only did a portion then just recommend all coils get changed for 1800$ instead of actually identifying the issue and that two of four coils were bad. They then also planned to charge me labor to change the other coil that should have been tested and changed the first time. Long story short I was able to buy coils and replace them MYSELF. It cost 65$ will never recommend this place to anyone. Next time you run a diagnostic for someone check all coils and don't just try to charge them for 4 nothing only 1 is bad when 2 in fact needed attention which you would know if you had completed the diagnostic fully. You should be ashamed to charge someone for a diagnostic service to half ass it. To me that is fraud and the biggest waste of 202$. I understand coils, spark plugs and labor are costly if done at a shop which is not where my issue is.

When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

I watched a YouTube video for 10 seconds got the cabin filter opened up easy. They then proceed to put the filter in wrong so I put it in the correct way. I also asked if they had Pennzoil platinum EURO 0w-20 they told me yes and they would put it in for me. Welp turns out they put Pennzoil Platinum 0w-20, so now if I ever have any engine problems my vehicle warranty could be voided.
