If I want In-N-Out, well, this is the one I go to because well of course I live close by. I've been coming here since the day it opened years and years ago. The only down side now is that there always seems to be a car line going out onto Harvey Dr. which is kind of annoying because I don't remember this phenomenon happening before the pandemic. Maybe thay shaped the line differently? Or maybe the customers just increased. Who knows. But In-N-Out never fails. #1 Double-Double grilled onions, fries and either a rootbeer or strawberry shake, and In-N-Out is such a taste of home when it comes to burgers and fries for us Californians. Love me some In N Out burger. Was in the area and rolled up for my fix. I was ready for the typical drive thru line being an In N Out. This location on a Friday night was packed. Inside - no tables and a line to the door. Drive thru - line spilling out to the street. So normal I guess. LOL Good thing most In N Outs keep the lines moving. They had the guy taking orders in the parking lot to keep cars going. And the window servers were awesome as usual. Polite and friendly - service with a smile. Cheeseburger was great, cooked perfectly. I add pickles for extra crunch and flavor. Strawberry shake was in point. Sooo good even when it's cold out at night. Cheese fries were nice and hot, but the sorta missed centering the cheese. Got more of a glob on one side of the tray. Not a huge deal tho. Great place to get your In N Out. Off the main streets but no secret - it's busy. Be careful turning in to the drive thru line as it enters directly next to the exit. Lots of cross traffic. read more

Came here during COVID and super impressed by how well they can get through the 100s of orders. They took over the whole parking lot, and it only took 40 minutes to get through probably over 150 cars. This was the first time I had In & Out after my son was born. It took some careful planning to convince wifey to accompany me because she wanted something else. I suggest the restaurants she likes close to In & Out but for what ever reason they were closed. I was hoping for long lines to discourage her but the burger Gods had other plans and closed them for the day. We drove past it twice and I casually suggested "how about In & Out love" to which she replied a disappointed "okay" and nothing more. We walked in and I ordered for us, two of what you see in the picture I uploaded, Animal style fries and a double double with grilled onions and fresh onions, two pink lemonades and lots of yellow peppers. We were hungry and anxiously waiting for our order. Why is it that when you order and you get your number, your number is about 15 numbers behind as the numbers are called? It's freaking torture, however those number may include all of the cash registers taking orders, or who knows but our number came up rather quick this day. She was already sitting down looking down because she probably wanted something else. I placed our order on the table, she took a gander at the tray and saw two exact orders, she usually get a single but right in front of her was a double double. She doesn't get grilled onions and these had both grilled and fresh. She likes animal style fries so that wasn't a surprise. She picks up her burger, examines it, smells it and took a bite. Seconds later she stops chewing and with a mouthful asked me "is there peppers in this?" I gave her a positive nod. She chewed a bit more and asked "are there grilled onions in here too?" And again I nod. She finished the first bite took a sip of pink lemonade and the previous disappointed face turned into a unexpected smile. She didn't say a word until we were done. Yes, their fries aren't as yummy as McDonald's BUT I bet you've never seen McDonald's cutting and preparing fries right in front of you like In N Out does. Their lettuce, tomatoes, fries, etc. are all made fresh, in which you can actually taste the difference. They're also known for their famous spread. One of the greatest thing about In N Out despite their simple menu is that they have a secret menu that's not so secret. They have animal style fries, cheese fries, protein style burger (my favorite healthy option), well done fries, etc. There's just so many different things In N Out offers. One downside of In N Out is their drive thru. It's ALWAYS long but that's because everyone loves it here. This location is near a hospital so there's lots of workers from there that come here. In N Out is definitely a place for everyone and their families can come to eat and not spend a lot of money. read more

I've never had an In N Out meal that wasn't THE BEST!! The service here is as top-notch as other locations as well. By all appearances, this should be a 5-star In N Out....but THE LINE. OMG THE LINE. There isn't another drive through location anywhere near this location. That makes your customary long In N Out line an extraordinary In N Out line. The drive through set up is unique. As soon as you drive into the parking lot, you hit a quick left down an alley that wraps around the building. Specially designed to accommodate the amount of cars waiting in the drive through. That is what the cops call a clue. The inside is always busy-to-packed as well. C'mon guy that owns this location...build us another drive through location. Jus left this spot and I will say the service is absolutely horrible. The guy taking orders is very slow and took all of our orders wrong. It took very long to get my food and when I got it it was cold and dry. Awesome food, as always, at a great price. They also have a really good system for ordering and queueing during the pandemic. Ended up waiting about 15mins to order and about 10mins more for the food to be ready. That's quite impressive considering the long line of cars. Just arriving to LA from Miami for Coachella, we were all sure we had to try the infamous In & Out Burger in California. Location: these things are everywhere, hard to miss one in every spot in LA. Parking: open lot, lots of ample space. Was part of a shopping center but had no issues with finding a close spot. Price: definitely $/$$$$, very affordable! For two people, we paid $20 for two combo meals & he got an extra burger to go. Food: I got the #2 regular cheeseburger with fries & he got the #3 double cheeseburger with fries. Being from Miami, I've been spoiled with accessibility to A LOT of good, crafty foods, especially burgers. I have to say they're "good" but I'm not on the hype bandwagon. It's more fast food tasting than anything else. It's okay if you want something fast & cheap, but I personally would rather send my taste buds on a roller coaster. The fries were EHHHH. "In-N-Out, In-N-Out, that's what a hamburgers all about!." Another consistent experience at this in-n-out location. The food was prompt, hot, and delicious. This location is pretty crowded most of the day, but they were as efficient as possible and friendly. In-N-out is clearly the best choice of a fast food burger. My cousin Mikey was in from New Jersey, and had to get some In-N-Out on his trip out here. Not only did he get it both days of his visit, he was able to take a bunch of the sauce packets back to New Jersey. My brother was also with us and decided to order 3 double doubles. Surprisingly he ate them all. He did get them without the bread, and had them wrapped in lettuce. This was the help him bulk up as he prepares to continue his travels doing handstands in various locations in the country.
