Double double burger and french fries with grilled onions
    Melissa L.

I love In-N-Out! We were craving a Double-Double, so we decided to stop by. The drive-thru line was pretty busy, but dining inside was much quicker, so that's what we did. You really can't go wrong here - the burgers are always made fresh, and their spread sauce is the best. The Double-Double definitely hit the spot. If you're craving a solid burger, In-N-Out never disappoints. I love In-N-Out!

As always the line outside was wrapped around the building. Yet going inside helped avoid the wait. Food made fresh and staff efficient. Always nice to have a cheeseburger animal style, fries and a chocolate shake to welcome me back to the desert.

Seen all the videos, heard all the hype. I'm in Arizona and I'm definitely trying this!! I had the classic double-double and wife had the single. Got the fries that everyone complains about and made sure I got them chilis in a mini cup. Service was excellent, friendly and smiling. Great staff. The vegetables are fresh. It's just a damn good burger. Fries remind me of potato sticks in a can, but thicker. They're not bad, but McDonald's is king of fast food fries in that style. The whole burger is just a great component and compilation. A must place to visit and try. Warning!! Very busy, but such a well oiled machine that it's goes fast.

Quick and friendly customer service. Delicious burgers Drive-through signs well explained and organized. Clean bathrooms and tables.

Drive thru line - typically long but moves quickly.

We are often here in the middle of the week, craving a really good burger. The lines are long at this location and confusing because of the parking lot structure. Service is really great here and really efficient. We will occasionally not be given utensils for the animal style fries, and our ketchup packets will be missing, but the actual food is always accurate. We always get a double cheeseburger and one that is protein style, fries (animal fries if we feel fancy) and just a large pink lemonade. Fair warning: fries can either be really salty at this location or have none.

Clearly a disappointment with my fries and having onion on the wrong burger. Ruining both burgers that I ordered. Not the experience I anticipated for especially during a slow time. Please in the future take the extra mile to make sure things are correct.

I've always loved In-n-out! Still do but they kept the price down but the little hamburger that was placed on to of a big bun w/a huge slice of tomato and pickles really sadden me, no more nice burger to be found here. It's been down sized! Only shows you that the economy is so bad that the hamburger that use to bigger then the bun. Extremely disappointed.

I'm a big sports fan so as soon as I walked in, I was all about the baseball and sports collection all around the restaurant. Lots of great fun facts about baseball greats like Jackie Robinson, Lou Gehrig, Mickey Mantle, Babe Ruth, Willie Mays & many more. To eat, I went with the Triple Crown, which is a double steakburger, bacon and a fried egg. I added lettuce, tomato's and pickles. I thought the egg was gonna be fried all the way through, but it was more like a fried sunny-side-up egg. I wasn't gonna let that stop me from enjoying. Added the fries & drink combo to the burger and figured to upgrade to the garlic fries to see how they were done. While I waited, I enjoyed the decor and learn a few new things about some of my favorite baseball players. My burger was on point and great. I like the garlic fries, but I've always included rosemary, and I think that was missing for me. They have alcohol and a bar around the corner. I like being able to self-serve myself with soft drinks. Seating outside is patio pet-friendly and offers great shading if you come in the afternoon as the sun sets behind the building. They have this location and one in Flagstaff that I will absolutely return back for. I do think I spent more than expected, but it was a great quality burger. I just wish the fries came with it for that price.

Parking is available, there are garden beds to visit while you wait for your food, and most of all... The food is farm fresh. When my husband asked where I wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary, I really wanted a casual place where we could bring the kids, and I was really in the mood for some good, old-fashioned American food. I wanted a delicious burger, french fries, and a milkshake! We decided to get there on an early Friday evening after we finished work and we got a parking spot right out front. We walked right up to order our food, no line. It appeared that we had beat the Rush because the place definitely filled in by the time we got our food. I was surprised at the prices, but I was happy to pay it because we had such an enjoyable experience with such delicious food. Our food took about 20 minutes and we each got burgers, fries, and milkshakes. We ordered the farm and grill burger with cheddar cheese and french fries. We all shared the fries sampler that included garlic/Parmesan fries, sweet potato fries, and regular fries. My son and husband shared the strawberry milkshake and my daughter and I shared the vanilla bean milkshake. The service was amazing, the environment was so fun, the food was delicious, the milkshakes were the best I've ever tasted, and the entire experience was perfect. I already cannot wait to go back.
