Love the quality! I honestly think this is the best fast food chain in the US. Here potatoes are really fresh and the hamburger meat is fresh. The menu is a bit limited but I actually prefer it that way. Limited menu but great products. Employees are also very nice with customers and precise with the orders. The burgers are amazing, the burger patty is just the right amount of meat and cooked to perfection. I always get the double-double and animal style fries. If you don't know what animal style is, it's pretty much melted cheese on your fries, topped with caramelized onions and their special sauce. A must try for any lover of fries. This location has always been clean whenever I've been there. They come around constantly and pick up trays, clean off tables and sweep floors. The people here are all so friendly and very quick considering the amount of people wanting food. Star 3 is for the atmosphere. The fun environment and friendly staff make this place great. Star 4 is for the food being worth the price. I got two double doubles animal style and fries animal style for 11 bucks. My eyes are way too big for my stomach because I ended up taking a double double home, but it was a good price considering the amount of food I got and the quality. The burgers are absolutely the best, the signature sauce makes it tastier and the buns are perfectly toasted. What I like about In-N-Out is that it is made in front of the customers. Employees work in sections one for frying, grilling and chopping vegetable. They always chop potatoes daily and it is never precut. Although the fries are plain, I still think the burgers are a most try. Another thing is that the employees are quick with their services. One time I went through a drive-thru and the line was long. It would take a long time for each car to get to the drive-thru speaker. But an employee was standing outside and taking orders for each car, making the process much quicker. I also notice that all the employees have caps on, and female worker have their hair tied in a cap which is hygienic. They would wipe the tables clean with a towel whenever a customer leave. This place is always packed during lunch time, but regardless service has always been decent and quick. The place is well kept and clean, and the restroom is alright. The parking sucks though, every time we come here we always almost get killed. Their burger is pretty good, But nothing special. And their fries are gross! Even going animal can't save them. I don't see how people can say their fries the best. They are hard and dry! And I don't care if they cut them right there, their potatoes sucks. McDonald's and Smash burger's fries are way better in every aspect. Probably due to all the other stuff they do to it to make them consistent but oh wells. Overall a decent fast food place.
