If you have ever eaten an In-N-Out burger, then I have no need to write anything about the taste. It is unique and quite enjoyable. The buns are toasted perfectly, the thousand island is always yummy and the cheese is always perfectly melted! I like how you can see them making the food through the drive through, specifically the fries. The only problem with in-n-out, which is too a positive thing, is how simple the menu is. Burgers, shakes, fries and soda. Now this is a bad thing, because if you are like me, you have a picky family. Someone wants chicken, the other person wants a salad and someone else wants a specific kind of burger. Now this is a good thing as well because you don't have to decide on so many choices. You know what they have, what is good and you can't really screw up anything! I tell all my friends to go to In-N-Out and I will continue to do so. Especially friends visiting California. read more

terrible drive thru service. it literally backs up the street. i give the food five stars but not the associates. way too slow and you will be angry at the horrible wait times. i'd rather go to nations. the manager might think twice about moving a little faster. read more

The food and service was great as usual but yesterday as I was waiting for my togo I've noticed that the inside of the restaurant was kinda sloppy. Tables weren't sprayed and wiped down. Floors and counters had a lot of smug stains on them, and I really hate to say this but seeing all of those flies flying around left a bad thought on me. I know that when it comes to flies that's something they probably don't have too much control over but it didn't help the cleanliness look and feel either. read more

Wow! So I worked 14 hours today, ate once up til this point. I pull into the drive thru at 12:25am with 3 cars in front of me. I repeat my order multiple times because she keeps saying she can't hear me. After the 4th or 5th time she FINALLY gets it. Well fast forward 25 minutes and I finally get up to the window and I have at least 4 vehicles behind me. At this point I'm already annoyed because it's taken so long, but I think I'm finally getting my food. She reads my order and has it wrong. I say, "no. It's supposed to be....." she says, "ok, just a second." Comes back with my new total, takes my card, comes back with my receipt. Then she tells me to go ahead and drive around and come back through the drive thru. I said um no. I've already been waiting 25 minutes for three cars. She looked at me with a dumbfounded look on her face and told me, "oh....well umm....we're closing soon and we need to get to those customers." I said, "this is unbelievable. ok fine, just give me my money." She goes and gets cash but wouldn't give me the money until I gave her the receipt back? Whatever. 5 guys is better anyways read more

My favorite fast food restaurant. Simple menu, good food and they always get my order correct. Quality of the food is consistent, service outstanding. Thats why they always have a big line inside and in the drive thru. But the line moves so the short wait is worth it. read more

I love this place. The burgers are so fresh and hot. The only thing I can complain about is the drive thru. I love their secret menu even though it isn't a secret. My husband went on you tube and found out about their cheesy fries so now we have to go back and try to order them. I always order my shakes half vanilla and half strawberry. read more

This location's line inside moves very quickly & efficiently. The store is clean & usually has available tables inside & outside. Of course the burgers taste great & the prices are reasonable, especially for the good quality ingredients they use. The drive thru line is usually slow & long during dinner hours & the layout of the parking lot makes it difficult to park & leave. read more

I do not like this burger joint. It is usually the last place I would go eat. I heard such great things about the burgers from friends so I tried it and I was greatly disappointed. The burger taste like something I would make at home, there is nothing special about it. I have since then eaten there various time with friends who like their burger but this is definately not a 1st 2nd or 3rd choice place for me. read more

Usually my experience at this location has been wonderful. Tonight, March 16 was horrible. I received cold fries, and cold burgers with hard cheese. I am extremely disappointed. There was also a group of young adults out front seemingly having a great time with music and dancing. Although, this may have been innocent fun, it did not reflect well on the business and definitely stopped people from parking and going in. Hopefully, this was just an off night and this location gets back to the level of service it has had in the past. read more

The best fast food joint I might say . Even thought the close at 1 ( still late) I enjoy eating it at 12 am ! Never disappointed with the service or food! No lines Sunday at 7pm, and the staff are very efficient and friendly (even when you run into them in the restroom). Incredibly fresh lettuce, tomato and onions on our burgers. However, the shakes are way too sweet (as they are at other In-n-Outs), and McDonalds fries are still the best. read more

You can never go wrong with In-n-Out, but Tracy's is the best. The biggest spot after every Tracy football or basketball games, it's always a very fun and social place to be with friends. Seems like the only fast food place I have never had mess up my order, the grilled cheese is unlike any grilled cheese you can find at a fast food restaurant. The fries are so healthy tasting and different from greasy soggy salty McDonald's fries, or if you want something more tasteful the animal style are always 5 stars. I love this place, yum! read more
