I have been to in n out burger a thousand times. it is so delicious. I usually get a cheeseburger with nothing on it except their great tasting spread that's just what I like . Maybe you'll like something different ...well don't be fooled because there is a secret menu for example triple cheese burgers or hamburgers . I love this place and its location. I usually get the double-double and it always tastes delicious. Other than the weird walk-in between outside and dining area that has bad air and a lot of noise, this place is great. The food tastes good, even though it takes a while. But eh, it's In-N-Out Burger, so it's typical at all locations and definitely worth the wait. Best place for fast food and burgers in Tracy! read more

I absolutely love the double double animal style with the protein wrap. I started to eat the protein wrap when I was on a diet and found that I actually prefer it this way. So delicious! If you have never been to an In-N-Out, do yourself a favor and go. If you are already a regular, look no further. Much like every other In-N-Out, they can get crazy long lines but they don't last and the service is excellent. read more

I did a road trip this summer through the western states and drove through several in n outs along the way. This one was head/shoulders above the rest. The protein style burger was actually wrapped well in the lettuce, they waited for a fresh batch of fries for me and chatted with me while I waited. Great customer service with a smile and even better burger than normal. read more

My relatives drive to Tracy to eat at In-N-Out, not to visit me. Is one honst hamburger place.

So other than the lack of a second one in town I can't complain. You shouldn't try to hit it on your lunch break. The drive through during peak lunch and dinner hours is CRAZY. But there is a reason for that. It is amazing. Never had anything less than amazing, food is always really fresh and the people are super friendly. My order is always perfect and the fries are always cooked to perfection or crispy if I order them that way. Make sure to ask for extra spread if you like your burger really saucey. read more

Food is decent, but very limited. I love the burgers but it's still just a cheeseburger. Fries are terrible and even if you slather them with cheese, sauce, onions or whatever else it really doesn't change that. Milk shakes are bland. But they are definitely cheap, and the burgers are definitely delicious. So why 1 star? Because the burgers are the only thing good here. Add that to the incredibly slow service and the fact that so many incredible fools will actually go and sit in line and wait as much as 30 minutes for a $4 cheeseburger and i just can't bring myself to frequent this place. I mean seriously... Every time i pass by that place i can't help but laugh my ass off as i pass by and take a gander at the people waiting in a 20+ car deep line. I sh*t you not i have driven by, gone to nations next door, ordered, sat down, ate, and left only to find that the last few cars in the line when i pulled up were still waiting to get to the window. I literally lol'd. I love their burgers and wish i could frequent them a bit more often but that will never happen until they open up a few more restaurants in town to thin out the lines. They have to know how much business they lose over customers turning away because of the lines. Right? read more

I love In-n-Out and usually have a good experience. Last night, my order got screwed up because the girl at the counter was so busy chatting with her friend who was ordering food, she wasn't paying attention. After I got my food, I let her know it was wrong and she gave me a funny look. She then went back to the cook, pointed at me and both chuckled and then the cook came out and asked me exactly what I wanted. Bottom line, the team here needs more customer service training. They need to pay attention to the customer in front of them and not be distracted. I never did get my order right, BTW and all I wanted was a cheeseburger WITH grilled onions. For being such a typically crowded location (even at 9-9:30 pm) the service was good, the food was your normal In-N-Out quality and the whole process was quick. The only issue, as with every other In-N-Out it seems, is that when it gets crowded it gets really tough to find a place to sit should you want to eat in. I like the company as a whole. They strive for cleanliness and it really shows, you can see their associates cleaning constantly and the bathrooms are always clean as well. They make some of the best burgers in town (made fresh when you order) and the associates are always so friendly. While they are affordable, I wish they had more variety in their menu. They only have burgers frys shakes and sodas. This particular establishment actually is in the top ten in regards to cleanliness and when you walk in you can see why. They have old fashioned customer service based on the "golden rule"- the customer is always right-. The company has a rich history that it is proud to show off (all you have to do is ask) And while the menu may look simplistic, they actually offer some "styles" that you don't see. (Again just ask about the hidden menu). Overall great family owned company that has stores all over California Nevada and Arizona, (and soon to be Utah I hear) that actually puts customer service ahead of its own profit. never ever been disappointed...it's consistent, clean and super friendly staff. have always ordered the single burger, raw onions or sauteed, lettuce and tomatoes with well done fries and it is always what's expected...fresh, juicy meat, real potatoes washed and cut with that special tool-you can watch by the window as you wait in your car- deep fried twice for that added crispiness. cheap meal and healthy as you know it's not processed. you can also order your burger without the bun for those watching their carbo intake. i'm not too fond of their shakes though. read more

Really enjoyed taking my kids here- burgers are really good for fast food. Like 10 times better than the McDonalds just next door. Service was friendly, got our order exactly right even with kids' special requests, restaurant was clean. I think the fries and shakes are only so-so although my kids loved the vanilla shakes. One order of fries is enough to split between myself and my three kids. I really like the simplicity of the official menu- fewer choices makes it easier for kids to decide. read more
